The owners of this place are very very nice people, and they are almost always the ones working. They only have one employee other then them, and she has always been very rude to me, and Ive never had a positive experience with her, but I dont feel they deserve any less then 5-stars. I needed to ship several items and first went to the post office. I could not believe how much they were going to charge me so I left. A few days later, my wife and I ran into Mailbox Depot and the owner, Susan was so friendly. She told us we would get a better rate because I hadn’t sealed the packages which contained books. She gave us the book rate which was even cheaper than it would have been. Her price was considerably cheaper than the post office and her customer service was excellent!! I will ship with her from now on!!

These were truly the nicest people! My son and I went in with a small bag of things to ship to a friend. We were treated so kindly and with patience. We were provided a box that was packed carefully for us. Theyll definitely have our repeat business.There is also a lovely array of gifts, including crystals and jewelry. Needed to ship box to Montana in the fastest way possible and they helped me find the best rate I could afford. They not only helped me with that but also picked out the best box size and actually packed it for me with the padding on top so it wouldn’t shift during shipping. I don’t even think they charged me for the packing padding (those baggy size bags with air inside). Very friendly people.
