I have had 15 years of experience with Andrea Hitch taking care of my hair, nails and definitely my feet. Andrea has improved my way of life with my feet. My toes used to hurt so bad i hated walking and just in a couple appointments she saved my feet. She has a awesome product she uses that has taken away most of the fungus in my toes nails. (Sorry I cant remember the name) but u can get the product from her and it is not expensive.Also, the whole the shop continues to improve every time Im there. Which is every 3 weeks or so. All I can say to finish this off is if u truly want a awesome salon go here if u truly want awesome people taking care of your self care.

I went here to get a French manicure in gel nail polish. My nails are absolutely hideous. I was there for over an hour with Jasmine working on my nails. She started putting the nail polish on over my clear coat from home. I had to tell her it was still there. I asked her about my cuticles needing to be pushed back because she, again, just started to paint my nails without doing any prep to my nails at all. The nail polish was too streaky, which I told her not wanting to watch a disaster happen. She decided to fix it with a second coat which was globbed on way to thick. I told her there was no way I could do that. She took that off, put the white tips on and then filled in the other part of the nail with polish. I have parts of my nails that arent covered, I had to repeatedly point out areas that she was missing, parts she wasnt bringing the brush all the way back. I finally gave up. After over an hour of this and my nails completed she looked at them and said we could take them off and start over. I was not about to go through the pain of another hour with her attempting to do some godawful polish job on my nails again. I said Ive already been here for an hour, Ill have to come back and have them removed and redone later. Her response? Ok, will it be cash or card? My nails are all bubbly looking and uneven, which you cant see too well in the pictures, and theres nail polish on my cuticles. Keep in min, these were done YESTERDAY. I dont know about the other nail techs, but I definitely will NEVER see Jasmine again. And it certainly worries me that they hire someone to work there that is this bad.

I seriously question whether or not the lady that did my hair even has a license! I purchased full head highlights package on Groupon for $48 for the service only and I told the stylus I wanted a full head of highlights with big chunks of hair used so I would have a dramatic effect and I wanted lowlights and what I got was somebody that didnt listen to anything I said did the complete opposite and I left there with my hair darker than when I came in so when called The Stylist back and told her that I was not happy and this was not what I had asked for right away she got defensive and just started saying anything she could to convince me whatever was wrong was my fault! When I came in and she saw my hair she said oh obviously you washed it and thats why it is darker because the color ran all over the blonde part that was highlighted well I hadnt washed it yet because I hadnt purchased the special shampoo for color treated hair yet and I know that youre supposed to let it set in for a while so once I told her I hadnt washed it yet she started coming up with other excuses for why it was the way it was and was going to say anything it took to convince me that whatever it was it was my fault no matter what! So we scheduled another appointment and I had already forked out over $100 on that $48 service that I paid for and she said she was going to have to charge me again about$30 to get my hair how I wanted it so at the second service she charged me another $50 so not including the tip I paid $150 for a partial foil weave also I told her that my hair didnt really need trimmed cuz I had just got it cut the day before but she said it needed a little evening out and she wouldnt take any of the length off well my hair is normally cut in layers and this time was no different but I had taken a lot of the length off already so she went through and cut all my layers straight across and completely even after I just got it layered the day before and had it thinned out she cut it all off even and took about four more inches off now I am stuck sick to my stomach and crying on a daily basis that I wasted money trying to save money when I could have spent $150 and got the best hair job Ive ever had if I just went to went to one of my friends that I thought I couldnt afford now Im in debt not just financially but emotionally! Denise was my hair Destroyer so stay away from her cuz if she screws it up shes going to blame you!

Wasnt so pleasant. Denise rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a magazine to show her the color I wanted.Apparently covid wont let them have any so it was hard to explain to her.But all in all the streaks turned out nice.

Andrea is the bomb! I always leave her feeling like a million bucks. She always listens to my requests, and cuts and colors my hair as I like it. I appreciate this about her so much as I have heard of friends stylists just doing their hair how they thought it should be done (needless to say, these friends did not feel like a million bucks leaving those stylists). I cant recommend Andrea strongly enough. Go see her; youll be glad you did.Side note: she also cuts my husbands hair. I met her through him, actually. So if your guy is a little lost looking for a barber, she can probably help him out too. :-)

Had a very bad experience at this salon. I purchased a Groupon for a balayage with Melissa Preston. She ended up bleaching almost all of my hair which ended up turning a yellow blonde, not an ashy blonde that I asked for. I showed Melissa two photos of what I wanted so she was well aware of what I was requesting. After she had completed my hair I was pretty shocked and slightly embarrassed by how blonde my hair was, and so I failed to mention anything about how I didnt like it while I was sitting in the chair. I definitely shouldnt have left the salon without being satisfied, but honestly i was just shocked. I ended up texting Melissa several days later to let her know I wanted a little more dimension as that is typically what a balayage looks like, it isnt just one solid color, she told me I could come back in and she would charge me an additional $100 to add lowlights. I also stated in the text my hair looked nothing like the two photos I sent her. I dont understand why I should be charged another $100 for what was her mistake. Also, she never fully styled my hair, she gave me a voucher and told me I could come in another day to get my hair styled. I wanted my hair styled at my appointment as I had somewhere to go after my hair appointment. Her response to my text was that the Groupon was for a single process balayage, no where on the Groupon did it state that. Also, if that was the case, she should have told me that. She never once mentioned anything about a single process balayage. She later told me she would give me a credit toward another service. Yeah I think Ill pass. I ended up going to another hair stylist to fix my hair and she did a fabulous job!

I had going there once cause I had purchased a cut and style from Groupon a couple years ago

I went to Denise to fix a haircut disaster from a different salon and had an appointment at 4pm. I asked for a layered bob. She was nice and seemed to know what she was doing but towards the end she began to rush because her 5pm appointment walked in. As she finished up around 5:15, she said my hair texture was ... and didnt finish her sentence. She was trying to say my hair texture made it difficult for her. Im Asian with asian type hair. Then said my hairline was weird and razored the back a little and sent me off. Its crooked btw. She also didnt tell me how much I owed her but took my card and swiped it. She did, however, offer to fix anything I didnt like because she guarantees her work. But I dont feel confident going back. My bob layers are very visible and need to be softened. You can see every layer. Think levels. Straight levels. Like bowl cut bangs in levels.

THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. I went in for an appointment with Katy for nails. She showed up 15 minutes late and then had the audacity to tell me I was in the wrong for being upset. She is completely RUDE. I wouldnt recommend her. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS LADY!
