These temporary hours are really making it difficult to work with this company. I could understand during the hottest days, but today was 73 degrees and they were already closed when I tried to take my packages in.Another star gone for parking at this location. It is a madhouse and if you try to park a truck or anything larger than a Beetle, you end up in two spots anyway.A few months ago they started a remodel that appeared to downsize the floor space. Between the garbage bin taking up another space and then the general chaos that is always as you enter the store, I wish there was another place to drop off my prepaid packages.I wouldnt use Fed Ex if my customers didnt have accounts with them.

I avoid this place at all costs. Always poor speed and service. Today was no different. It’s as if it is a game to see what lengths they can go to ignore people walking in. Transaction times are insanely long for simple processes.Now they want to tell you that they won’t ship your box because it’s not theirs?Sorry I am not paying your outrageous packaging prices. The box I had to send a rod back had previous fed ex labels on it. Meaning YOU DO ship these boxes. Unreal.

Mindless staff that just look to leave and cant manage to read a clock.

Had a single page print order submitted about 2 months ago (pre-paid), ended up not needing it so I didnt puck it up. Went to pick up a new order today, they still had the one there from 2 months ago.

Been shipping things no problems for almost 2 years and now they won’t take the same boxes I use every time because, “they aren’t shipping boxes”. Well I got stuff shipped to me in them no problem!? Doesn’t make sense. UPS takes them no problem. I will be taking my business there from now on. This place is a joke.

Went on a Saturday around 5pm expecting it to be busy, to my surprise it was empty and there was an employee who happily greeted me and my mom. Made some nice small talk and got everything taken care of in 3mins. Love this fedex center.

I live in Eugene and had to conduct some emergency business over the phone. Misty was able to listen to my needs, suggest solutions to the problem, and execute a plan. It was a great experience. She went way above and beyond for me as a customer. Thank you again!

I got rid of my printer a few years ago. Didnt use it much anyway and i got tired of wasting money on print cartridges. So I started using this place for a few bucks a pop whenever I really really need to print something.Its convenient, reasonable, comfortable, and printouts are high quality laser copy. Pretty awesome.

First thing that happens here is getting ignored. The second thing that happens is you’re directed to self-service without instruction. Third thing is that other customers are placed ahead of you in line. Fourth thing is they take inordinately long amounts of time to finish a transaction.Edit: major exception for Cameron. She got this store their singular star from me. Would’ve been no stars without her. She a rockstar. The store and other employees, not so much.

Horrible wifi so that there is no way to bring in your own computer to email files, etc, but they do have their own computers that you can use for .35 cents a minute---if you want to continue to be charged for service you do not need. They conveniently charge you more.For simple printing, they are okay.

Today I was going to my doctor. There is a huge driveway to pull in. Nonetheless, this young male driver...license 521788 decided he was so important, he can block the entire driveway....so I had to go off the curb to leave. That is piss poor training. Im calling the manager as soon as my review is done. He had 15 feet to pull up so cars can get out. Done.✔

Obviously they have had employee change since the last review written. I waited 40 minutes for help when the store was completely empty. The man behind the counter was doing something OBVIOUSLY more important than helping the only customer in the store. I paid for 80 prints and only got 8 because I was tired of waiting. He told me to get the rest of the prints I would have to wait a little longer. I had already been there almost an hour. He treated me like I was an inconvenience to him and what he was doing. So I left, I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional this man was. I will never go to this branch again.

This is the main location I use to get my landscape designs photo copied. Every time I go there - without exception - their employees are happy, helpful and proactive. Would recommend that location to anyone needing the type of services they offer.

I hate this place. I have only gone in a few times, but each time was for a good sized project. I always bring in everything so that it is ready to be printed and assembled. Each time I went in they always tried to charge me processing fees to do what I had already done. The last time I was in there, They wanted to charge me $30 extra for processing which literally entailed 5 mouse clicks and 10 seconds of work. My business is going elsewhere...

My 3-star review isnt so much about the actual store performance itself rather than just FedEx/Kinkos in general. I went in there for what I would consider an emergency. Had to print a 16-page contract that night. I have a printer, just wasnt working at the moment. They cost an arm and a leg to access your own email and print something from their computers. So, alternatively, they offered me the option to send my attachment to their email and wait for a code back to enter into the printer. It was 7 pm. The CSR informed me that it would take a minute so just hang out. No biggie. I waited for about 20 mins and my phone died. No one offered up a charger (droid, everyone has them or apple) or any other way to access this attachment. The lady was nice, just doing her job. If it were privately owned, that person wouldnt feel like their job was in jeopardy over a simple act of kindness. THATS why Im giving a 3 star review....ended up leaving and you guys didnt get any of my money. Thats how it goes. I took my business elsewhere.

I have a small business with 4 employees, We use Fedex to do all our shipping and have had no problems. We went to Fedex printing in Gresham to have a new batch of time tickets printed, but this time the employees were rude and didnt want to help. The Fedex employees wanted to focus on packages being shipped out for christmaa not on a business needing some printing done.
