I can’t say enough about Dr. Archibald and his office! I have a lot of general anxiety, as well as emetophobia, so I had avoided the dentist for quite a while and was worried about being judged for that. Dr. Archibald, Kari, and Sara are the kindest people. I had to have a handful of cavities filled, and it was a very smooth process. The little things like Sara greeting you by name or Kari chatting like a friend really add up, and make a less-than-fun visit more relaxing and inviting. Will definitely be a longtime patient.

I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and needed a lot of work done, but Dr. Archibald and his staff have been amazing. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have anxiety about dentists. I truly appreciated how Dr. Archibald gave me a detailed plan of what he suggested, was upfront about the costs and what wasnt covered by insurance; I did not feel pressured in any way. This will be our go to dentist for our entire family!

Dr. Archibald was FANTASTIC with my daughter who hates going to the dentist. She tends to gag, throw up, and generally be uncomfortable/overly sensitive. He listened to her concerns and then proceeded to clean her teeth with care. She came home and for the first time EVER had a great dental experience. Note that shes 22 years old. Dr. Archibald and his staff are amazing! Staff is welcoming and nice. Dr. Archibald will take the time and care to explain what he is doing and what he recommends (even if you dont need any fillings!). Appointment started right on time and the office even has cool refreshments in the waiting area. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a dentist!

Love this dentist! Dr Archibald is amazing and actually as much an artist in his work as a classic dentist. I highly recommend him for all kinds of work. He also has solid referrals if you need something outside of his purview. All in the office are personable and highly skilled at their work. The environment is so comfortable when we are often in an uncomfortable state when we go!!

I was referred to Jeremy Archibalds office by a friend while looking for a dentist in the Gresham area. When I called they were friendly and efficient and got me in the next day! When I got there the office was welcoming and the staff was excellent. I filled out paperwork online, but the one paper I had to sign was sitting and ready. Again. Efficient. Once I went back Dr. Archibald and his staff were very nice! He listened to what it was I wanted to happen with my care, and we made a plan right then and there. I HIGHLY recommend this Dentist to anyone!!

I want to start by saying what a beautiful and kind and caring everyone is at this office. Fist off the building in which Doctor Archibald is located is new, clean, modern and refreshing. The front office staff is always greeting you with a huge smile in person or over the phone. The caring and customer service resinates over the phone and is felt in person. This is not just a business, but a clinic that truly cares about your health. Doctor Archibald is out of my network but I choose to come here because he is incredibly good at what he does, and the spastic and anxious patient that I am with incredible immense fear of dentists. He puts my mind at easy and is patient and caring and not to mention his dentistry skills are superb!!! I highly recommend Dr:Archibald and his lovely team to anyone!!! Absolutely not exaggerating, this dude removed my wisdom tooth in under 2 minutes (not including numbing and x rays) with absolutely no pain. Hes a tooth wizard, give him your money.

I was not impressed with this companys customer service or bedside manner.After my initial exam with the dentist, I could hear him in another room talking about me. That is not professionalAlso, I got sick and had to cancel an appointment. When I called the office, they tried to push me to come in because their office would get a open 1.5 hour slot. She didnt care that I was sick and that I had called off work.Then when I called again to reschedule and ended up cancelling (because I was so fed up with their service). Their staff informed me it was important for me to come in and be treated.This company only cares about money.

Dr. Archibald is extremely well versed in his science and will always take time to explain what his care plan is and what to expect. Helistens to your opinions and answers any and all questions you may have. Patient education is an integral part of dental care and the dental hygiene staff does a good job of this during the time it takes them to clean your teeth or take X-rays. Dr.Archibald and his dental care team are a painless bunch whose care will make you thankful you discovered them!

I went to Dr. Archibald to have a tooth pulled and was very glad I did. They did an excellent job at removing the tooth and the service was very reasonably priced, especially since I didnt have any dental insurance. The entire staff was very friendly, they treated me like I had been going to them for years. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further, this is the best dental office I have ever been to.

This dental office has friendly, well informed staff. They take their time while doing cleaning and are meticulous about getting everything right.

I cant believe how good Dr. Archibald is with little kids. He has been so great to help my little grandchildren get over their fears of being at the Dentist. He takes his time with them and explain carefully and on their level what he is doing. We really like Dr. Archibald in our family.

I have a huge phobia of dentists to the point that I usually have to be medicated to even walk in the building. After many years of just avoiding a dentist altogether, I decided to listen to my husband and give Dr. ARCHIBALD a shot. He was very caring and took my fears seriously. He listened when my jaw needed a break, he listened when I needed additional Novacain. While I have more work ahead of me and I am still nervous, I am confident He will take good care of me! His assistants are great too!

I took my husband and already knew of his many dental needs but the entire office staff made it as pleasant as any trip to the dentist can be. They even got Jim in earlier than anticipated and accomplished a lot ! I give the office 5 Stars but no one can really say that they Love Going to the Dentist can they?

Dr. Archilbald really knows what he is doing. I had never had a dentist check my gums very carefully. I was surprised to know that gum disease is a real issue and he gave me great suggestions on how to tak care of my teeth and gums. Really nice office and fun staff as well.
