Brendan was a professional in every sense of the word! He helped me get my new phone activated and he was able to transfer all of my pictures and videos from my old phone to my new phone. He was very professional with me and also with other customers while I was waiting. He was very knowledgeable about cell phones and he was very thoughtful and conscious of his customers needs. Everything went great!We just moved from Marin & Sonoma County, California to Vancouver Washington. We needed 2 wall mounts for our big televisions and Washer/Dryer sets. Besides getting larger price savings we got service savings and prices on car stereo/ GPS system to order next week.We are very happy! *****

I really wanted to love this service but I cant. The wait time to get your computer fixed is toooo long. 2-3 weeks in not going to work when you use your computer for work. Sadly, I need to find another computer repair type of service (I wont go back to Dell either).

It’s sad I can’t write reviews for the Call Center so I find my local Geek Squad being punished for their terrible service.Gentlemen on the phone was rude, unprofessional, and condescending.I waited on hold for an hour and15 mins for someone to pick up only to be hung up on.I simply tried to explain my situation, and how we’ve been without a TV that we spent $400 and is less then 6 months old for over a month in a half now; when they told us Sept 8th that the parts would be delivered in 3-5 business days.It’s now October 6th and THEY haven’t reached out to us in between now and then by any means. Not one update.Back to the dude(I know I should’ve got his name, didn’t know customer service was going to be that terrible at the time,)To keep it short the dude rudely interrupted me every other word, tried to talk over me and to top it off when I asked to speak to a manager he said I didn’t need to?!Like thanks I don’t think that’s your judgment call to make?!? Then he hangs up on me!Worst service I’ve ever received, ill never purchase or recommend Geek Squad services or products again in my life.

Waste of 200 dollars. I bought their total protection plan. Thought that it would be a good plan considering how much I use my computer. I bought a solid state drive and had them install it. When I got it back, my machine constantly blue screen crashed. They said to bring it back. I felt they should send a tech to fix the issue so I didnt have to bring it back and be with out it for several days again. They refused. So I did take it back. When I got it back this time, same crashes and my DVD drive no longer worked after they insisted they tested it thoroughly. I eventually had someone else fix my issues for far less then their total protection plan. Today I received an email saying they were about to bill me for thr next cycle and I called to cancel and complain. I asked if there was a chance for any sort of reimbursement. Didnt ask for a full refund and explained why I felt they should refund a portion of my payment. The person I spoke to said his name was Winn and said that since my plan was about to expire I was not entitled to anything. Completely disregarded my complaints that I addressed before when I picked up my computer the second time. This place cares very little about quality of work. I wont return and anyone who values their money should be weary as well.

Paid $199 for my tv to be mounted with a week and half out till it could be done fine whatever. Today’s that day and I’m told they can’t find the tv mount and isn’t willing to drive to another store. Now they’ve scheduled me for 2 weeks out. I’m not waiting a month and paying 200$ to have my tv mounted that’s outrageous.

Went in to have my fan cleaned out nothing more and they tried to get me to buy a while whole new fan along with a temporary use laptop as I do online school and need my laptop during the 2+ weeks they would have mine sent out to there main company, never felt so angry in my life over a repair service
