Poor service when it comes to the front desk, i understand working long hours and dealing with patients that may be rude and inconsiderate during this time, but when i arrived the young lady had an attitude i was only trying to check my child in and get a covid test done because she was sick and had a few covid symptoms. the place i had an appointment with earlier that day called thirty minutes before her appointment and canceled everyone’s appointment no reason just a cancellation, so my mom called them to schedule her an appointment i guess the lady who scheduled the appointment earlier was rude too. any who my child is remission after having stage four cancer, i don’t take her health for granted so i played nice and thanks to the PA she was amazing, they should really consider front desk who enjoy there jobs as much as thier pay checks. very unnecessary for the attitude! unfortunate i can’t leave a pleasant review for the whole staff smh
The virtual visit was fast & informative and I got a test later that same day! The woman at the front desk was also super nice. The entire Covid test process was quick, streamlined, and super easy. They brought my results out to my car so I wouldnt have to wait in the lobby.
I was able to get an appointment online show up get checked in and out the door in no time. I was treated very nice by the staff with respect and answered all questions.

My husband came in on 8/02 for an appointment and during check in I was very appalled by how the receptionist was speaking to him. Since being sick he can barely speak then you have the mask and plexiglass that you are asked to stay behind. When he tried to speak she would interrupt him saying “can’t hear you” and “that’s not what I asked I asked if you…”I understand not being able to hear him because he’s sick but no where in any of her statements was she sympathetic or patient ! The doctor wrote my husband a 2 day doctors note for work and was told if he is still not well that they will write him another. Two days later and we call to get another’s doctors note and the same receptionist answered saying they would not write him another one unless he comes back in seeing the doctors and pay another deductible. Okay. She states that we can not make an appointment but we can walk in and the wait time is almost 2 hours so we come in sign in. Not even 10 min later we get a text message from this office saying we can now not see the doctor till 7:50pm and they close at 8!? How does that work?? We go home and 3 hours later he gets another text saying we can come in and get that letter with Theresa. She didn’t understand why we were told that but was very understanding and clearly wants to work there and help SICK people. My husband has bronchitis and pneumonia anyone that went to first grade could see he’s sick.. thank you Theresa for getting back to us!

Their professionalism, presentation, and work ethic made me feel comfortable and welcomed for something that I felt wouldve been worrisome.They were clear and concise about what I needed and what I should do, it made me feel like I had control over my life again because they gave me perspective. How does a clinic that is open never answer calls ? I call three other clinics & was able to get in contact with someone but when calling this location, 7 calls and no answer. Unacceptable
I got in a car accident called made a appointment on 4th of July. I asked what information I needed to bring with me. I was told my ID and auto insurance card form the accident. I showed up and they told me I needed different information. Meanwhile Im in pain and wont be seen because they close in a hour. The lady helping me was not knowledgeable at all. Very frustrating!!!
I was told Fairview couldn’t work me in as a walk in today 7/3 for my shoulder pain. And I needed to make an appointment online for the day after. I went to the location in Oregon City. They had no issues and said they have had several people sent to Oregon City because Fairview didn’t want to work them in. Thank you Oregon City location. I will NEVER go to Fairview again even though I live less than 5 miles to them.
The doctor I saw today was rude, negative, and not caring for her patient. I visited this place two months ago for a ear infection. They said I had swimmers ear so they prescribed ear drops. I didnt take it properly and missed some days but I finished it. Two months later im still having the same symptoms pain, cant hear well, white ear wax, and its dry, and itchy. Today 6|27|21 I visited a lady doctor for an ear infection. Before she came In the nurse was coughing hard on me while checking my blood pressure. She left and the lady doctor didnt even come out over ten minutes making me wait so long for her to come in. I heard outside my room i was and they were talking aboutother people that they know and stuff about dogs. When the lady doctor came In she asked whats going on,and I told her Im having the same symptoms when I first had my ear infection at this place. She asked me In A negative rude attuide why are you coming if its been two months. I dont see why how long its been matters, only thing that matters is me getting better. She tells me its allergies. But Ive never had ear pain associated with allergies never. The symptoms are the same symptoms when I first had my ear infection. My nose wasnt even congested when I was at the vist nor did I have any allergies symptoms. She told me to take fluconazole which Ive taken and its not working I usually take this for my allergies but my ears are still painful, and I still have symptoms of ear infection. She made it seem like I was crazy and making this up. Also acting pretty strange during the vist as if I felt like she was lieing. This is nothing knew doctors will tell you that nothings wrong so they make you come back and pay more. I highly recommend not coming here, if you seek to get better. My excellent doctor is out for a month which really sucks.

Went as walk in on Wednesday, couldnt diagnose, said return on Thursday at 11, they printed this and sent a text for appointment reminder, showed up for appointment and they didnt have me scheduled. Waited 45 mon and finally they said go to ER.
I walked in and they refused to see me because she said “Do you have a reservation? No? Well you have to make an appointment for a later time. We have no staff.” Not sure why an urgent care is even open with patients in the waiting room with no staff.
Once we arrived at legacy-gohealth, the staff was so nice and professional on getting us in quickly and making us comfortable while we waited for the results.
They were very warn and kind! They treated me and my service dog very well! Excellent staff!!!

I was driving from the Seattle to Bend and started to feel lightheaded and dizzy around Gresham. I pulled off the highway and, not knowing anything about the area, I found this urgent care online. I walked in and was called back to a room within 10 minutes. They were very thorough with their testing, including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen, glucose, EKG, and a COVID test. The staff made me feel comfortable that I did not have any medical issue and it was safe for me to continue driving to my destination (which I did). I was very happy with this urgent care experience.

Beware** I was flagged and told I would be arrested if I went back on any go health properties for calling out an MA that didn’t properly sanitize a room between patients. The PA had loudly discussed the patient, who was a child, having a positive test for flu and strep just prior to the MA trying to literally shuffle myself and my son into the exact room that he and his mother had just walked out of. Anyone who has been to this urgent care knows they have a very open floor plan and you can see directly into the rooms easily. I watched this MA walk in the room, change the paper cover on the bed and walk right back out while calling us back to the room. She didn’t sanitize any area of the room and was in and out within 20 seconds. I immediately refused to take my child in that room and made it a point to grab the attention of the PA who proceeded to defend the MA by saying patients come in and out of rooms all day long behind flu patients and with it being airborne even with a sterile surface there would be nothing to prevent it from keeping circulation back into those areas as if this was justification for the MA neglecting to turn over the room properly!!! I asked them for a corporate number which they refused to give, so I left. I went home and called several other go-health urgent care facilities trying to locate a corporate number and that in itself is nearly impossible. I finally got a semi-useful number and left multiple messages with no returned phone call. Shortly after I received a certified letter banning me from the site with threats of arrest should I trespass. When I called the gentleman manager, who had sent the letter, to ask him how he had become aware of the situation since I, myself, had been unable to reach anyone I was then informed that the staff had reported it. Imagine that? They were surely quick to cover up their negligence and put it off on me. Needless to say he’s a piece of work and he was definitely more interested in protecting the best interest of the facility over patients. Honestly, I did nothing but call out severe misconduct and refuse an appointment. Never once did I threaten or berate anyone and there was certainly no type of anything physical so why the hell would I be 86’d?? Even if justified why then take it one step further and 86 me from all go health’s. Was he worried that I may find a pattern if I were to visit another facility??? I had been going to the Fairview go health over the course of years. It was literally my go-to place when we couldn’t get into our PCP and that was for our entire family. I just found out that I’m banned from them all and now I will definitely be taking up an issue as this is borderline defamation of character with unjustified refusal of care. This was also just before the beginning of the COVID lockdown, so I certainly hope he corrected the staff especially since sanitization is now a thousand times more important, however, I certainly wouldn’t bank on it. Go to Johnson Creek Go Health, it’s a bit’ of a drive but it’s clean and patients are cared for!!!! Not to mention, they were appalled at this situation and attested to having heard many stories about this facility themselves as employees! If you try to email the regional manager Lisa Stone you will literally wait a year for a response and that’s even if you hear from her then!

Had a series of Covid tests that I needed to do for a job and Legacy-GoHealth had been contracted out to do onsite testing. The staff was fast, friendly and efficient.

UPDATE: Its been over a week since the owner responded asking me to send an email, I have yet to hear back from anybody. Completely unprofessional handling of negative reviews. Wish I could rate 0 stars. I have warned my friends and family to find a new clinic all together as they have shown they dont care about making things right.Been here twice and both experiences were terrible. I will never come back. My first time here was to get a flu shot with my boyfriend, I believe they racially profiled him because he was asked a lot of personal questions at the counter I was not asked. The two front desk ladies were very rude and condescending to the fact I didnt know my mothers birthday off the top of my head. I dont have a close relationship with either parents and this was my first time going to get a flu shot on my own and I was treated like I was stupid. I asked one of the ladies how much Id be paying and I got a snarky response. I only managed to catch one of their names. I am an adult but I look really young and I feel like they looked at me like I was incompetent. I decided to come back a second time today for a more serious issue, Ive had a UTI for almost 3 months and the Dr I saw was very condescending and made me feel embarrassed by the way she was talking to me. She treated me as if she thought I was stupid and made me feel like a burden because I was having difficulty generating a urine sample. I felt like her and the other nurses were talking about me and laughing on the other side of the door, and could hear them discussing personal information like how it took me 3 months to gather the courage to come seek medical treatment. My experience today is the reason I avoid getting medical help. I could hear them making remarks and laughing outside of my room about me. As a young adult who is figuring out how to do all of this on their own, I feel like instead of receiving patience and guidance I was treated like an annoyance. I also heard them discussing my lab results right outside my door and waited 10 minutes before they even came in to tell me about them, which is very unprofessional in my opinion. Having to hear that my results came up positive from staff talking too loudly outside was embarrassing and frustrating.If you want confidential, respectful treatment.. dont come here. They will judge you and make you feel bad for being ill, especially if you are new to making your own appointments.

Very patient and understanding with my grand mother and her needs. The staff was friendly and helpful and very informative. Wish they could teach my grandmas primary care physician a thing or two about how bedside manner is supposed to be. They were great. Oh and grandma loved the coffee. 😀
As a returning patient, I am always treated with respect and each time I come to the urgent care, I see the staff trying to do everything they can to get each of their patients seen as fast as they can. Not an easy task during flu season, and at christmas. They even had a rude entitled patient come in, who was going on about how she expects to be seen first, or she was going to throw her $400 hundred dollar purse at the staff. I was impressed how each of the medical staff:( from the front desk, to the medical assistant, filled by the nurse practitioner) still managed to be respectful and patient to the women even after she continued to bash their supposed compentency and lack of wits. I received excellent care at this clinic for a suspicious looking mole. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen almost immediately. My NP was named Erin, and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and pretty too! She removed my mole and sent it in for a biopsy, which I received the report for a few days after. Great experience all around.
My son had a common infection that needed antibiotics. The provider who saw him was very curt. I get that not everyone has a bedside manner, but they dont know my kid. Anyway, whatever. He gets diagnosed with an Infection, prescribed liquid penicillin. Apparently its no longer the first line of medicine to prescribe for infections. No pharmacy within 8 miles had it on hand. They could order it for the next day. I call and speak to the provider to ask to switch to a different antibiotic. (Amoxicillin) which is more frequently prescribed. It was very much implied that he wanted my son to take what he prescribed, despite no local pharmacies carry that. When I explained that to him, he was getting frustrated. Said hed prescribe a penicillin pill, but had to recalculate the dosage. Within a couple minutes, the pharmacist says hes got a new script for my son for amoxicillin, which they indeed have. PA calls me back to say hes prescribed that instead. Honestly, it really didnt need to get to that point. I suggest instead of them just running through the patients trying to get them out, they really need to listen to them. Ive usually never had to deal with them like this. Theyre usually pretty good.

I saw Brad Chaney, NP and had the best experience with him. He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything that was happening to me. He even had me laughing. I would absolutely go back to see him again.
Thought I had torn a retina, of course on a Friday night. Was able to get in right away. The attending PA, Mr. Koch, was extremely competent, confident, and explained everything very well. He was able to arrange an ophthalmologist appointment for the morning. His diagnosis was spot on as confirmed by the ophthalmologist the following day. A big plus, is being able to go home and wait until called for your appointment instead of sitting in the waiting room.
The staff at this location is AWESOME. Even if we had to drive further to go to this particular Urgent Care, we would. They were super fast, extremely friendly and very thorough. It is without question; the best clinic in the area.

Ive been here twice. Its better if you schedule online a time to come in other wise you can be sitting there a really long time which I experienced the first time. So the 2nd time I scheduled a time to go in and my wait time was way less. On went in on a Saturday so there was a little bit of a wait time but not very much. Julie checked me in. She was very friendly! And Julie took me in the back and checked all my meds against her computer and what my primary doctor had which I thought was great. And she took my vitals. She was caring and kind. I even made the comment how nice she was. I had a nurse practitioner who called a specialist for follow up advice. I thought this visit was very successful compared to my first visit with themAnd thats why Im giving them 5 stars and Im recommending them.

I have been going here two years untill today. I will never step foot in another go health. They do not care regarding there patients. Im in a wheelchair and went for a UTI to be told the provider was not taking any more people and sent me home. I was 20 minutes early. They told me the provider was out when there were clearly people waiting to be seen. They know my routine. All I needed was me urine dipped and sent for culture. 10 min process.

All the staff was amazing and helpful. I work for tmobile next door and my son was sick. I was suppose to be at work so they worked quickly to help my son. I think we were there maybe 30min. From the time we checked in till the time we left.
My situation stemmed from exhaust fumes in the School Bus and exposure thereof. No one ever offered at Multnomah County Rockwood health Clinic the work comp paper work to fill out also at Legacy Go Health just wondering who drops the ball twice in one week at two different providers go figure. Im just a patient and our safety manager asked me how come it didnt happen and why didnt she give it to me and why should I remember that when Im just a patient just saying I was the one disorientated.
I came to the clinic last minute, and was seen by Dr very fast. The nurse was so comforting and friendly. I was seen by Dr Lionel Marx. He was SO helpful and VERY knowledgeable, and he listened!! I have not been to a Dr that good in many years. I wish there were more helpful DRs like him.
Health practitioner did not listen to my needs. Tried to explain that medication does not work and wanted other options. Now in a foreign country and sick.
This place is my new go to office. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Went back for a follow up. Wait was not bad and they treat you like you matter.

Im very impressed with the staff at this facility. I had the flu and even though I didnt have a prior appointment, they were able to see me after a brief wait time. The staff and doctors are very efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly treat you with dignity and compassion.

Horrible experience. I was told they accepted my insurance. Went in and no tests were ran. The doctor just looked at me. Months later and my insurance still doesnt understand why they will not bill them. Spent over $300 for nothing.
Rude service. Made an appointment for 12 and got there to find out another hour to wait. Incompetent to say the least, ended in the emergency room. Bypass this place and go straight to the er.
Went here with my mother about a year ago. It’s a good place and the staff are caring. The wait time was low and the provider actually followed up to ensure that the problem was being worked on with my mother’s primary care provider.

DO NOT GO HERE. Could have been responsible for my DEATH. TWICE. Note that while i am overweight and have asthma i am otherwise pretty healthy. The first incident was in 2016. I was having trouble breathing, they checked my lungs and said it was an asthma episode and sent me home. Two days later i was in the ER BEING ASKED WHY I HAD NOT SEEN A DOCTOR AS I HAD PNEUMONIA. The second was this year (2019) i had gone in for a separate issue and had my blood pressure register an absurdly high 160/112 from my normal 120/80 range, they then proceded to leave me unattended for an HOUR while they saw a patient who had come in after me (nobody checked in with me for the entire hour) during which i felt woozy and as if i was going to pass out and when i was finally seen by a doctor they proceeded to check five more times while upping the pressure each time to make sure she [nurse who took the previous reading] wasnt right and finally stopped at a reading of 130/90 and i was later told it happens sometimes with people your weight i was extremely close to having a heart attack and they left and dismissed it because i was FAT.
Great staff. I mean you are gonna need medical attention at some point and time. Why not go to some place that the people are cool and competent.

They were super patient with my son who was very sick. They answered all my questions without making me feel like they were silly questions. When the pharmacy didnt carry the meds my son needed and I had to call them, they ordered a new ones. They made it super easy didnt leave me on hold or say Ill have someone call you back! They just handled it and made it as stress free as possible. If we ever have to go to an Urgent Care again, (hopefully not) we will go there!
I went in with a problem, got bloodwork, and left. I got a voicemail saying your tests are fine. 3 weeks later, had the same problem. So I went back to this location and asked for a printout of my test results. One of them said right at the top Results Abnormal and clearly showed why I was having the problems I was having. They obviously dont care about the people who come in to get help :(
Barely any wait. Absolutely love the online system to check in and add information prior to coming in. Easy check in once arrived, friendly staff and all the necessary equipment on site for quick diagnosis. Highly recommended!
Doctors were fantastic. However their billing department lacks any common sense.. sent us to collections for a bill in my household, stated they sent five bills to us to notify us of our debt. We never received even one notice. Find that funny because they require your card at visit and state that after insurance pays they will take the balance from your card. They never did.
They were nice, they explained everything that we needed to know & they even had a good sense of humor, which helped my daughter get through the appointment that much better. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Pay $110 dollars to have a dot physical done and not receive a card and got screwed out of getting it based on a hunch and had to forfeit my CDL due to time period thanks guys I love just giving money away for no reason!

A billing nightmare!! Have tried and tried to get them to bill my insurance since March 2018. Extremely incompetent office staff! Save the hassle and go somewhere more professional.
