Had the crew out on 09/08/21 to retrofit our gas heating system to add central AC. They were right on time, very professional and friendly, and did an excellent job with the installation.As expected it was pretty much an all day job but they did a great job making sure it was all clean and professional looking, the typical mess from construction was all cleaned up and everything was tested to ensure it all worked before they were done.I quoted a couple different companies for the job and Century was the most reasonably priced, so they were who we chose, and definitely dont regret the decision. Highly recommend them.

Randy and Gregg were the technicians who installed the first central air condition system in our over 100 year old home. They were professional, friendly and took extra care in their work. The whole process from bid (with John J) to finish was made so comfortable and easy, let alone affordable, with Century. I applaud this company!

I had them install a new furnace in December which they did on a cold pouring day. Looks great and cut my gas and electric bills. Nice 95% Payne. They couldnt check the A/C as it was winterized so they said call if it doesnt operate. Sure enough first time A/C came on it shut off my thermostat. I called and they sent Orren out to trouble shoot. Ive had him before and he is worthy of five stars. Sharp, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fixed some loose connections in the furnace and then figured out the A/C and thermostat problem. I need a newer thermostat, but until they install it he changed the current thermostat to to work with the A/C. Great guy and Ill have him install my new one. Nice work Orren

So the former company that installed my A/C unit apparently was bought/took over by this company. While getting my furnace serviced by another company, the tech mentioned whoever installed my A/C unit did a botch job and installed it incorrectly. Called number on A/C unit and Century Heating A/C picked up. Explained situation to them and sent them pictures of what was botched. Few days later they called back and would honor/correct the mistake of the botch installation free of charge.To me a company willing to honor and correct a mistake of a company that they took over speaks volumes to the professionalism and character of this company. Shout out to Dallas at the front office for returning my calls and fielding my questions. You guys got a new customer and they will be first people to call for my furnace and a/c issues from now on.

Our home is aging, just like us. We wanted to be sure the house would be attractive to someone else if and when we sell.We had used Century Heating to install our a/c unit when we moved into the house in 2005 and chose to use them again since we were pleased. John J. and Rowdy B. came out to give us a bid. It was nice working with familiar people. The three gentlemen they sent to install, Charlie M., Greg B. and Mike M., were awesome and fast! They talked us through the parts we needed to know (like setting up the thermostat). They were scheduled for 2 days but completed in one standard day. I realize its not always possible but the turn around from when John and Rowdy came out to when the system was installed was short - about 2 weeks! Will definitely continue to use them!

Everyone I dealt with from Dallas in the front office to John in sales, to Rowdy, Greg and Mike during installation were professional, respectful, helpful and competent. Greg, Mike and Rowdy worked for 1 1/2 days removing my old furnace and AC and installing the new one. They removed a cupboard that was blocking the furnace and so out of code and moved it to my garage-not charging extra to do so. They took their time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable and knowledgeable with my new system. I have had my Amana furnace for a month now and it works great. The inspector came yesterday and told me how well they had done in their installation. I highly recommend this company.

Greg and Mike just completed the installation of a ductless mini-split in an out-building on my property and did a GREAT JOB! these guys were so easy to work with and very pleasant and professional. They finished the installation in just 1 day and cleaned up after themselves. If the out-building wasnt warm and comfy, you would have never known they were here. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it!

Call to see how long before they could look at my A/C (other places were 1 week or longer) they said could look at it later that day! To fix the problem same day as calling and charging a very reasonable amount is worth me using them for future HAVC services!

Century Heating was one of three bids that I solicited for the installation of a ductless heating system for the upstairs portion of my home. They by far took the most time and effort during the bidding process to understand what I really wanted and to come up with the most thoughtful and efficient solution for me. They were very responsive to all of my follow up questions and were quick to schedule once I let them know that I wanted to proceed with the work. Their installation team was very thoughtful, respectful, and did a fantastic installation job that looks clean and professional. I will definitely be a return customer.

The technician, Warren, did a great job. Very thorough, patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Mine is an older unit and we discussed the alternatives of repair versus replacement. Decided on repairs at this point and he checked the entire system and acknowledged that because it was a cooler day, he may have to come back to fine tune it. I would definitely request him for service again in the future.

Extremely friendly technician explained everything he was doing while he was working. I’ve had no problem with my furnace since he fixed it. I have to say this young man was exceptional and very likable. Century heating has a gem on staff.

We had Century out to check our filters and do routine maintenance since we recently moved into a new place. Curtis, the owner, came out and personally took care of us in a fast and timely manner. He went through all the cycles in our system, cleaned and replaced filters and even went as far as to buy and replace a return filter that was not there.
