Great company to work for I worked for them about a year ago for 4 years 2 of them were in a leader ship roll went back and it was very depressing I like the challenges of the pack areas and having racks a now its just movein a box or a large metal container from one spot to another no more trackers its all hu labels

As a driver, I enjoy those I have to deal with. As for the warehouse workers, they need an area just for those that get high on break and play that loud rap music that not all of us care for. Good law suite set up for drivers. Law states NO drugs and we drivers pull up to inhale this stuff. Again, good place for a law suite

Very excellent company to work for. A top notch logistics company that takes very good care of their employees. In turn gives hand to a highly motivated staff, that well exceeds the companies goals in every aspect of the way. Especially when it comes to its standards in safety, which always comes 1st at Syncreon, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.

This could be a better place to work, if they paid better for the job and time. They really need to evaluate and ask questions as to why the turnover rate is so high.

Very nice & clean plant. The managers are very nice & it appears the workers were productive & proud of their work & product!

Took job because hours were 6am-4:30 and 6pm-4:30pm weekends shift. Once you get certified they want you to work from 6am-6pm 6pm-6am mind you they never say anything about working from 6-6 when youre doing orientation or inquiring about the job once you get certified can never get in touch with human resource unless you drive up to speak with them and even then they may not even be in the office. This is a temporary place that you can use until you find something better. The people are alright to work with, well the ones ive worked with so far. Apparently they are behind on some stuff so theyre expecting you to get like ridiculous numbers out between a shift but fail to realize you are waiting about 15-30 mins for parts at times if even that long. Seems the turn over rate in here is high especially on B shift

I enjoyed working here for my first warehouse job. Needs organization, competent leadership and safety in place but overall it was a good atmosphere.

For everybodynom here that says this is a good place to work is lieing. This place is not the place you want to work the mangers and supervisors are all disrespectful and they will lie to you about your hours they also will cheat you out of your money if you cant handle the attitudes from people are disrespectf I recommend you not to go here very bad experience the workers have bad attitudes you might find a few thats nice but this place is horrible take it as a advice dont go here you will be disappointed its a waist of time

Syncreon has been a really good place to work so far ive been there 4 months and all the people are friendly and leads and supervisors are great

Yea its a good place to work if your black or strongly approve of affirmative actions

Its 7 days a week, no time off unless a holiday, but expect the 7 days a week, the pay is good, but you dont get much a life because youre working all the time

This place wouldnt be such a bad place if the management actually had their s*** together and didnt work their employees to death. They dont pay enough for the job they expect you to do. And there is no AC in this building, just big industrial cieling fans that you cant turn up too high because other people complain because it blows everything everywhere. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Easy work for little pay. Ppl of higher power do not need to b people of higher power. They use to much profanity, talk to you any kind of way, and tlk about things you dnt need to in a place of business. Its not the job. Its the people that they refuse to let go and the pay. Thats y the turn over rate is so high. They run you off

Good place to work at. If u dont like working on weekends then get on a or b shift. If u think management is bad there do ur work and dont worry about everyone else. Also ppl asking about call out number its on ur badge. If u dont like ur pay put in for another job there. They are always doing internal hiring before they bring someone off the streets.
