They had the product I needed in stock. Only problem is they wont sell to you unless you have an account with them even if you are willing to pay cash or credit card. I need the product today and wanted to know what I needed to do to get set up. I was told I will have to fill out a form with my company information. No problem I can do that...so I wanted to know if I could pick-up the product today and pay cash or credit card after I filled out their form. I was told it would take a day or so to process in their system so forget about getting anything today. This is a bunch of B@$#%&*FN S. They are listed as a distributor but dont want walk in business. I work for a distributor myself and we dont have counter sales either but whether a customer calls or walks in we treat them the same. If they dont have an account no problem just give your address etc. and pay cash or credit card. You never know how much business you may gain or lose by being rude and acting like you dont care or need a new customer. Dont worry I wont bother you again and will spread the word.
