Worked here for all of 93 days. The maintenance at this company leaves a lot to be desired. Had many days where I went to work and had no truck to drive. Got paid to wait, but it cost me money as I couldn’t do the two runs I was supposed to. The attitude I got from both operations staff and maintenance staff were terrible. Was to to “just drive it” when equipment would not have passed a DOT inspection. Never mind the recruiting staff and HR staff provided inaccurate information (read as lied to me) about the schedule pay and the job itself. The company really needs to reevaluate their current attitude toward drivers and get more on a Dan Baker type philosophy, one where the driver is truly appreciated for being the sole revenue generators that they are. Would not recommend this company for any good driver to work at, which is sad since there is a driver shortage and that should be enough for companies to treat their drivers with respect and appreciation.

Last year, Benore received a 10 million dollar PPP Loan, that was forgiven as of this year. The drivers have not seen a raise in years. Why?? BMW has given bonuses and raised pay for its suppliers, however, BENORE Logistics who carries for BMW has not given its drivers a raise in years. If you dont care about the very people who keeps your business running just say that.

Not worth working here as a recruiter. Management is horrible, there systems are old and outdated. They underpay there drivers but to qualify you have to have a perfect record. If thats the case they can find a better paying job anywhere else.

Great company. They take good care of their drivers and offer awesome benefits. If you have been in the truck driving world for a while, this company is a step above the rest!!

Got there at 2:30pm didnt leave until 12:40am. They show favoritism toward Benore drivers to make matters worst I was doing a Benore load. I was told they was going to call when a door came open but soon as doors came open Benore drivers was in them with no waiting. Two months and Im back here again getting the same results. I promise to never do another Benore load again so far I been bumped out the door by Benore drivers over and over again.

Worst company Ive every worked for. Where do I began. First off if youre looking to be paid this isnt the company for you. I was hired to be a shuttle driver and barely received loads. If you worked 3 days you are lucky to get paid for 2. Management is horrible to say the less. If you are looking to make money this isnt the company for you. If your looking to get screwed join there team.

I am 8 months pregnant and was coming back from a dr appointment with my grandmother, she was driving, when a driver from this company tried to run us off the road. He came flying up behind us and tailgated us then swerved around us almost plowing into the back of another truck. He was swerving in and out of traffic and driving very chaotically.Truck#5160868

Pay could be better, everything is on a strict time base. They want to watch your social sites like FB to make sure your not saying anything bad about them. Their turn over rate is high. Its basically just your everyday trucking company. Nothing special. You know, promise you the world to get you on. The dispatch are not that friendly. I have a clean CDL so I could careless if they get mad over a negative review. I can get a job anywhere.

Parking lot. What parking lot. I was not sure if I was going to hit a truck a trailer a person the building. It is a mess. No room at all. Matter a fact the ops manager had to jump up and run out the door to yell to keep two bobtails from backing into each other no space as all. Guys working in receiving have the I am just here to get my check attitude or I guess it was your a driver so you should know how our process goes rather you been here before or not attitude. Checked in at 8am left after 6pm. I actually got a ten hour break just waiting..

My husband worked here for 5 years, fighting the whole time to make it work. He lost money every year working here. They lie, nothing is as it seems. No communication at all. They will call you at 0100 to be in at work at 0500. They will send you out without ezpass and expect you to cover the ridiculous tolls on the east coast. No one ever knows the answer to any question, its always someone elses department. Save yourself a headache, stay away.

Warehouse is hot in the summer cold in the fall and winter... As far as work goes, its cool.

Pulled in parking lot and all I see is a mess of trucks and trailers everywhere. No where to park. Walk inside receiving office and asked where do I go and right away the guy has a nasty attitude as if I’m already suppose to know the answer.

They are work on Saturday and Sunday good place

Im a OTR driver, and the lot had huge potholes, and was extremely overcrowded. turning around proved nearly impossible. It took a couple hours before they began to unload, but worked quickly once they began. the shipping staff seemed stressed out.

Slow delivery location on live unload. 1/3 of trailer load took almost 6 hrs to get a dock on Saturday morning and 1hr for unload. Limited parking space.
