Called these guys in crisis mode when my walk-in freezer went out! The owner mustve sensed my panic, because he personally came out that day, took care of handling the warranty information, and explained the process thoroughly. Will DEFINITELY use these guys again!! Highly recommend!!

This company does not care about their customers. They are not willing to work with them. This was my first time doing business with this company and I feel cheated, will never do business with them again. Even when its their technicians fault, they still do not try to go out of their way to fix the mistake of their company. They charged me $1150 to do absolutely nothing. They just kept adding charges on top of charges, would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Our outside compressor failed during a very hot weekend while we were away. RSI owner Greg Ballenger thoroughly examined the system and gave us three options and a recommendation. We went with his recommendation and replaced the outside unit. Everything in our house was 95 degrees (walls, ceilings, furniture, us, etc.) and the new compressor was immediately giving us 71 degree air at the registers. It did not take but a few hours to cool down the entire house. Professional, courteous and prompt service at a fair price. What more could a customer ask? My power bill was twice what it normally was last month, I figured it was my furnace. I was right. I called RSI because my mother in law used them earlier this year. The tech came to my house the next morning and found that my heat pump wasnt running right, so it was using the emergency heat all the time. He replaced a contactor on my heat pump and were back to normal! He had me running within 20 minutes. Great guy.
