NEVER GO HERE. I hope the man loses all his business. No one deserves to have to work for this man or utilize this business! The owner (older gentleman) came out when we were parking to go inside and reprimanded us for trying to just put our car someplace in their weird lot. My husband went inside and he was extremely rude, making gestures to tell my husband to hurry up in his question and lied (I’m pretty sure) saying that the appliance dolly we needed (there were 2 on the porch) were not available. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I HOPE HE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS

We asked for a dolly and they didn’t put it in the truck. The older man working was very rude to his employee and myself. I said no to a service that I would pay extra for and he cut me off and had a condescending tone. He also reprimanded his employee in front of me in a very harsh way. If I hadn’t been on a time crunch, I would have walked out. I didn’t want to give this man my business. We started off a very difficult move with so much negativity due to that man. Treat your employees and customers well, it made things very awkward. Also clean your birds cages.

The owner and apparently the guy who everyone is saying that is rude, literally came outside screaming to his employees in front of me when all they were trying to do is take the pictures they have to take, he accused me of possibly suing him because his employees were helping me when they were not.Stay away from this place, I took a trailer to move a truck and the truck did not fit after uhaul.com said it will, I requested a refund and of course the guy emailed me saying that I took the trailer and could not reimburse me.Loosing a customer over 60 dollars really?AVOID ISSUES AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.On a good note, Chelsea was super nice, I hope she finds another job working for a person like that should be horrible.

RUDE!!! Do not rent from this man!! Drive south to Franklin or North but do not give him your business. No one was in the office when we entered, my husband called out for someone and the sales rep came inside stating “ We do other stuff around here than sit in the office” refused to even speak to us without a reservation and then lied and said all the trucks were being serviced ( the lot was full) He began cursing at us. Horrible place!!!

Whoever the man who answers the main office phone to the Greenwood South location is the absolute RUDEST person Ive ever had to deal with. I was asking about a discrepancy with our bill and what was supposed to be charged to us after we used a truck to move to a different state. He kept interrupting and actually yelled STOP while I was calmly trying to explain the situation. He then continued to laugh at me and told me he couldnt help me. I never once raised my voice and just calmly hung up. To the man who was rude, if your life is truly that miserable, dont take it out on others. Im writing this to just give a heads up to anyone who calls there and expects help, but most likely wont get it.

This guys attitude is atrocious. Ive dealt with him once before, seemed to have quite an attitude, but I chalked it up to having one of those days and dismissed it. I call today (3/19/21) to make a reservation, same attitude as months prior, but I dismiss it again. Hes says hes checking a truck in, hell call me right back. 2 hours 15 minutes later, I call back. He responded with greater attitude Im a little busy, its Friday afternoon, Ill get back with you when I can. If you have to have a truck and have no other options, whatever. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere without being addressed your business is a burden.

The truck was infested with roaches and when made a complaint was disregarded. Manager was rude and unprofessional in all aspects. I was also over charged for the truck. Do not get a uhaul from this business.

This place is terrible. The owners are rude and have horrible attitudes. They make some customers wear masks and others not. Then make you wait outside cause they only allow one customer at a time.

Chelsea the office manager went above and beyond to help us. She was so nice, welcoming and professional. Will be returning and requesting her service more often ! Thanks again young woman! God bless you and your littles.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!After a nearby Greenwood Uhaul location left us (& another customer) in the lurch, Jeffrey at this location SAVED our day.Jeffrey quickly got us set up in a 15 foot truck all with a smile, kindness and GREAT customer service. This allowed us to finish our furniture move day (a little later than we had planned but of NO fault of this location).Well keep this in mind for future rental needs...it was worth the extra 10 minute drive.Thanks again Jeffrey.

Will over charge you for truck rental. They charge daily rates the same as a one day rate for truck and equipment daily and then charge you when u return the truck/equipment for the regular agreed amount at the signing of the lease. Should be a crime to do this.

Few issues, I needed to move a king size bed. They had a 10ft and 20 ft truck. Was told the bed wouldn’t fit in the 10ft so I got the 20ft which was priced higher. I had the truck for roughly 2 hours. Filled the gas up to where it was and returned it. I was charged $90 for a 2 hour rental! They’re saying the gas wasn’t filled yet I drove 42 miles and got gas before returning at a station roughly a mile away...the gas gauge was where it was supposed to be when I dropped it off. Total rip off and will never go here again.

Overall courteous. Had some issues with self rental due to service in the back of the lot which delayed our moving day.

Nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Picked up a 5x8 trailer, only disappointment, paying an additional $20 for the electrical adapter.

I had a very good experience I was in there and Ill be there in 15 minutes thank you very much.

They are great! I miss their dog snowball!! They moved a little further north of whiteland so I dont get to see them all anymore.

Booked my vehicle online and did the mobile pick up. Went quickly, grabbed the keys, and I was off to go load it up. Employee working wasnt overly friendly, but had minimal interaction with him.

The owner or whomever I spoke with was very rude and condescending. Didnt want to help me at all, and seemed like he was irritated by me asking questions about the rental. Customer service is horrible. Wont be using again or recommending to anyone.

Online smartphone pickup of truck doesnt work at this location. (Was using AT&T network and GPS would not allow the pick up to proceed) only one employee behind counter, made for a 40 minute wait to pick up truck already reserved online. Gentleman was not even physically in the store during office hours when I dropped off the truck. Had to wait 15 minutes more until he came back to complete my drop off. Would not recommend this location.

No communication. Charged my card twice. Yes I will get a refund on the the first charge, but very inconvenient. They obviously saw they charged me extra for gas & tried to rob me of an extra 30 dollars. Good one guys, bravo! Lol. Joke

Use anyone else but here! Budget, Enterprise, 2 men and a truck, even renting a donkey or camel would be less of a headache! Messed up my reservation and sent me to another location that was out of trucks, charged 2 days for 1 day when I finally got a truck at 6:00 pm. Impossible to speak with customer service. Their guarantee is a joke.

The owner of this location is a joke.Doesnt know how to be customer service orientated.When we initially booked the reservation I booked it for so many hours and a certain time to pick it up.uhaul called a day before to see if we could shorten the time.I had this booked at the beginning of the week.It is not my problem you overbooked then get a attitude when we tell u no.From picking it up to dropping it off was not a experience I want to repeat.I have booked Uhauls before at other locations and never have I had the issues I did at this location.I guess becuase he has a ranch and 3 ither locations he fills entitled.Recommendation is go somewhere else.
