I have been going to H&R block for many years. So far out of all the years I have went there I have been satisfied. The only reason I did not give it a 5 rating is because I still think it is a little pricey. My tax preparer Janet Larson has always did an excellent job.

I always use HR block. Not always go to a professional. I often use the app. But, i always trust HR block. I will be back. Dont fix what isnt broke and I only trust you guys. I used someone else in the past and had a horrible experience. Then went with HR block and havent left since.

We ended up getting our forms together after 1 hour of being patient and going home and using turbo tax... As we were leaving He said Im sorry this is the 1st refund Ive done ....Where was the training to have a proper tax professional do our taxes? Why was I going to pay $350 like I do every year to H&R block for that kind of service. From now on I will use Turbo Tax it was Less than $50 including the insurance and it only took 45 minutes.

HORRIBLE! The lady at the front was on her cellphone and could careless that I walked in & needed her service. Not to mention when I did she rolled her eyes and was very rude. THEN gets another woman to help me & she worse!!! So rude. Didnt want to help with my simple request because I didnt want to make an appointment basically. So money hungry. Glad I know how to file online now!!
