This place is awesome! Every person Ive encountered has been extremely friendly and helpful. They run checks on your lights, wipers, and fluids, while they change your oil. The pricing isnt bad for the service they provide. Goodbye appointments, hello quick service.

Great service. Everyone was really nice. They offer extra services, but dont push them on you to buy. Emily, Logan, Eli were excellent in servicing oil change. Its great that you can stay in your car while they change oil. They even show you your filter, and if it doesnt need changed or does. I watched this with me being in the passenger car of my husbands car, and I think I will be taking my new car here too!!!

Fastest oil change in town. You can usually pull in and since they are so fast, theres very little wait. You stay in your car, they guide you in over the tracks and then they check your headlights, brake lights and turn signals. While theyre changing your oil, the person up top will tell you about any recommended services by them and the manufacturer. Then you pay and go. Super fast and they have coupons online. Definitely recommend.

I just can’t say enough about this place. The people, especially Chris the assistant manager is amazing! We’ve been coming here for a few years and it’s the same excellent service every time. Just took my daughter’s car through. She’s a new driver and Chris spent time explaining a lot to her about her car maintenance. Nice place was in and out quickly,20 minutes tops,for an oil change. You just set in your vehicle and they will go over everything about your vehicle with you but are NOT pushy in any way. Took off 1 star basically because of price ....make sure you have a coupon! As for me....I will be back.There customer service and being in and out quickly is worth the cost.

I was honestly surprised by their level of customer service at this location today. This is the fastest and best oil change Ive ever gotten. Very affordable, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and took all of 15 minutes. I was in and out and never left my car.Ill never go anywhere else ever again.

I have social anxiety so something simple like getting an oil change can be difficult. I panic and freeze. Micah was phenomenal. She was kind, patient, took the time to explain services to me but also talked me through simple things like flashing my high beams when I froze. There wasn’t a moment when I felt judged or uncomfortable. Chris and Maddie also did a great job and I appreciated that everyone took the time to introduce themselves and walk me through everything. I typically go to jiffy lube but didn’t feel confident swinging my truck into their bay- valvoline was the highest ranked on google and now I see why! I will definitely use them for all future service.

I’m very much a uneducated woman when it comes to vehicles. A lot of shops would use that against me and rack up a bill for me . In this case the gentleman avoided giving me a oil change due to being honest to me about not needing one for a while . Even mentioned how to check oil life with my cars features. Saved myself $90 and even topped my windshield fluid for free!! Awesome service

They did an absolutely fantastic job.Extremely polite, didnt offer me a bunch of services I didnt need - Even pulled my air filter, showed me it was getting dirty but not quite ready to replace.My car is running great, everything topped off, tire pressure checked, reset my oil light.The price was modest, but definitely worth a few extra bucks for the service I received!

Great customer service! I have much more to say after today! There was an issue with the oil gun, I guess it added too much oil. They worked to resolve it while I was there. Long story short. I came home very satisfied. My daughter called and said mom you left a large amount of oil in the driveway. I am OLD, I no nothing about oil...other than to call. David answered the phone, asked for my address and came out here...all was well with the car...he then proceeded to put a cleaner on the oil spot...cleaned it up perfect. I told him thank you, I couldnt believe the great service, and he apologized that it happened.I have shared this today with so many people...that is what my country is about...people taking pride in their work...and making a wrong a right!A million of thanks...job well done David!

Shop was doing good for me until the used not fender cover or any cover to protect my vehicle. When done smudges and scratches on it.My chrome grill has Marks on it still today. They refuse to do anything. The manager David said that I would have to prove they did it. I never left the place before bringing it to his attention. Then called headquarters in Lexington. They said they would call me back within 24 hours. Been a week no call yet. They got cameras but said he could see if the scratches were there.

This location was great! Pulled right up, 15 minutes in and out for my oil change, and only cost me less than $21 with their current 19.99 conventional oil change coupon! Staff (Anna, Sydney, and Eli was who i dealt with) was friendly and great! Definitely will be going back! Also, love the fact you get to stay in your vehicle! Hate leaving my vehicle in others hands and having to readjust my seat and feel the grit on my steering wheel like other places ive been.

I used this location for the first time today. They are way faster and cheaper than jiffy lube. The staff was great. Their entire concept is top notch. I was in and out in 12 minutes. I will definitely be back.

Great!First time visit. All three team members .. Zach/Holly/Dakota, professional top notch service! The fact that the customer doesnt even need leave your vehicle -is wonderful, and the cameras to watch the employees while they work was great.[I have always said that every single car shop should install close up and clear cameras in order for the customer to know for a fact that everyone is being honest]First visit left me feeling my vehicle was in good hands and being taken care of by honest people...which is difficult to come by in the Center Grove/Greenwood/Southern Indpls area. I will write a different review after each visit. Now if only I could find an honest repair shop in the area.

Never thought I’d say this about a car shop but I had a great experience here today! As a young woman I dread getting maintenance on my car because places usually try to sell additional services or items to me and then later find out what I bought was totally unnecessary. The staff here was friendly, very fast and not pushy at all. I truly appreciate that and will return for future servicing!

Quick and great service. Forget fifteen minute oil changes, I was there maybe ten. Everyone was on point and hustling. My sales guy was I believe Kyle, and he did a great job walking me through different options and was just a pleasant guy to talk to. Definitely a little pricier than some competitors, but if youre in a rush or value your time, Id recommend these guys.

Cant speak more highly of the service I just received at this location. Holly and the team did a great job and got everything I needed squared away quickly and with care. Very informative and polite. Did not try to upsell or pressure me into getting services I didnt need. I will definitely be coming back!

Too much trying to up-sell you on everything

Everybody was super friendly and nice. In and out in about 20 minutes and I didn’t t have to leave car. They have mirrors and cameras so you can always see what they are doing. I used to change my oil myself but their prices are pretty good. Now I don’t have to get messy and just let someone else do it.

They are awesome me and my mom go all the time.. They have such positive energy and get you a laugh. They are inexpensive and good at what they do..I highly recommend it here.

I arrived 30 minutes prior to close. I go in and they tell me just wait and then they can change my oil. An hour goes by and nobody tells me anything as Im still waiting outside. its supposed to be a 15 minute oil change yet they never told me it was going to be an hour and then didnt even see me. Never go here its a waste of your time its false advertising

Very bad experience, they charged me an insane price for oil change. Walmart charges only 39.08 for full synthetic oil, and these people charged me double of the price for blend oil. I never knew this people are cheaters. I haven’t seen my receipts until I get home, I thought they will give $20 off coupon discount which I had a coupon for. But when I came back home it was double price and the miles sticker says the car will go 3000 miles only when they say your car will go next 5000 miles. I called them back, talked to one of the manager, gave him my order number, and he said he will issue me a check for rest of the money in 5-7 days and also he said not to call again and again. I never received my money back. I would recommend everyone not to go this place, it’s super pricy. Walmart charges only $40 for full synthetic oil not blend oil. Hate this place. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

First the lady answered my phone was very polite and professional as well other worker during my visit. However, the clerk was a complete jerk.The whole process was unpleasant with him. At the end the employee underneath was over tighten the plug to the point he shacked the car (Honda odyssey is a heavy car). I asked him why the car shaking? My point was to make sure he is using the right amount of torque. He didn’t try to understand my question instead rudely lecture me about that we do our job according to Honda specification and when I try to explain to him my point, he’s answer was do you want to speak with my manager?I like the concept of this service, but you can much better customer service with half of the price at Walmart.My invoice number 1629, 02/26/2019 11:16:21

Oil change was good, price was a little high.

Been to this place 4 times now with 3 separate vehicles. The first time was due to receiving a coupon in the mail that simply made it a no brainer cost-wise. It wouldve cost more to do it myself. I figured Id give them a shot. I actually work in the automotive industry and can pick up on someone who is entry level and new to service work as compared to those who know their way around a shop. Ive worked with JD (assistant manager) every time and I can tell he is experienced in a shop setting. I believe he mentioned that he had past dealership experience. They are always personable and JD has offered me discounts above and beyond the coupon. In a world where it seems like customer service is an afterthought for most businesses JD seems to get it. Ive pulled away all 4 times feeling like I got more than my moneys worth.Being that you dont have to get out of the vehicle I cannot speak on any other employees but the service work Ive had done has been issue free everytime so the technician below the vehicle seems compitent at their job. I rarely review businesses unless there is an extreme situation positive or negative. If you dont absolutely insist on doing your oil changes yourself Im not sure why youd go anywhere else.
