This place is all about the money, and nothing about quality of work. The dentist actually told me that if I book an appointment to have my teeth deep cleaned (under gums), hell share something with me. He said that I have a cavity starting on the top, and if I keep brushing that area good, it should be fine and not need a filling. Wow, never went back and new dentist said my teeth and gums were great and didnt need that deep cleaning. I know of at least 2 other people that said they pushed that on them too.

Dr Cash and Antonia were both very pleasant, professional and understanding of my needs. However on my second visit neither were there, On my third visit the exam area I was in was dirty, including the mirror. when I commented on the alignment of my teeth 2 of the Technicians commented to me that teeth arent perfect, and look at theirs. I transferred to the Southport Office that day.

Dr. Patel is honest and up front with you, and she doesnt try to push you into any treatnent plans that arent necessary. Im extrenely impressed with her professionalism!!

I was having major tooth pain and could hardly sleep. When I called, Maddi was able to get me on the schedule the next day! Dr. Koh was fantastic and made sure to communicate everything to me. Rachelle the office manager was very kind in working with me to make everything happen so quickly and in a way that was extremely affordable, even without dental insurance. Great team all around!

Arrived at 10:45 with a very painful tooth for my 11:00 appointment and I filled out the information the asked then was given X-rayed, and spoke with dentist and by 11:45 I was done and the pain was gone. With my dental insurance the total cost was less then $59 it was totally painless other then the initial shot to numb it. Everyone was friendly and the office is nice and clean as well as conveniently located. However, I guess I misunderstood what checkup meant. All that happened during my visit (that I took off work for) was A LOT of physically uncomfortable (and at times painful) X-rays, the doctor and hygienist just looking at my teeth, and then the office manager attempting to sell me a nearly $400 gingivitis cleaning (and thats after insurance). I didnt get any kind of basic cleaning for my time. Ive never had a dental visit like this where the hygienist did not clean my teeth. So, Im sure its a perfectly fine clinic, but its too pricey for me and therefore Ill be going somewhere else for my dental needs in the future.

Recently had 2 fillings.. messed them up and I don’t like the new filling. Made an appointment for my son over 2 weeks ago, I arrive and they have no record of his appointment even though I showed them the text confirmation. Made no effort to squeeze me in just to reschedule him. Total inconvenience to me and my son. I will never go back there. Worst place for dental care.

A joke. My son went in there in horrible pain. His wisdom tooth needed to be taken out. They wouldn’t do it and wouldn’t give him NOTHING FOR THE SWELLING OR INFECTION. WHAT A JOKE

I always have a great experience here with Dr.Burcham and his assistant McKenzie. They make such a great team. I went there for a second opinion and the speak with him about getting my teeth straightened. He looked me over quickly and gave me a referral to a wonderful reasonable priced orthodontist. I also got my night guard that i needed replaced in a matter of time. I would recommend this office to everyone. I love the staff and the service.

My Veneer broke off my front tooth on Sunday evening. I was terrified and extremely overwhelmed so I made an appointment online and Monday morning was able to be seen at 8:00 am. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and usually require gas for even a filling, but not this time. I was so comfortable with my experience they were able to clean my teeth, do an impression to order a new veneer, and have me on my way with a well working temporary until my new tooth arrives in 3 weeks or less. Tori was inviting and helpful in getting me ready for my appointment to begin. Katrice took my X-rays and didn’t cause me any discomfort while doing so (this is usually one of the most uncomfortable things at the dentist for me). Rachelle was incredibly thoughtful in going over my treatment plan options and making me feel well taken care of. Rachel comforted me through the Novocain and made my teeth incredibly clean. McKenzie was empathetic and knowledgeable when doing my impressions and preparing for my new veneer. I trust Dr. Burcham’s treatment plan and am very impressed with the experience I had with this office.

Got me in the same day for a free consultation with x-rays! The very friendly staff was able to get the exam done, appointments made for the work needed, and set me up with a payment plan, all within an hour. I feel confident Ill get the proper dental care I need with the Aspen Team.

I have had the same dental hygienist Rachael and she always cleans my teeth perfectly. The Doctors is very knowledgeable and polite. Also an in network provider for me and the cost was WAY below my expectations from a similar previous experience at another private practice dental office.

Made the bad decision to get a new set of dentures from here. They say you can get them in days not weeks. However I have been scheduled to get mine (for $2700) in a month! Thats a lot of days, and its also actually several weeks. You should change your commercial to be more accurate. Had I known this going in, I wouldve gone somewhere else. Terrible experience. Would not recommend and will not be a repeat client/customer.

The Nurses were friendly very efficient .They explained every detail that they were going to do.They were very good at keeping me calm. The Dr. came in and we t over the details and explained the options I could choose from they were explained to me so I could understand them. If I could rate lower I would. My wife has been needing to have her wisdom teeth out and our regular dentists oral surgeon quit the practice suddenly on them and forced us to reschedule to this terrible company. At our regular dentist the removal was going to be $500 after insurance. At her consultation they told us the removal would be $800 so we agreed on that and paid the extra because she needed them out. Then we show up for her removal and they changed the price to $1,150 on us because apparently they didn’t code enough anesthesia at the consultation and they “miscoded” her removals. I feel this is a deceptive bait and switch maneuver by this company to price gouge her procedure. If you don’t want to pay more than double what a procedure should cost do not use this practice.

Went in to get a check up and see about getting a tooth that has started hurting real bad a couple days ago and there is infection and the doctor told me that he doeant touch wisdom teeth and was pretty much done with me all that could come out of his mouth was oral surgery that he doesnt do so left there immediately called the last dentist i went to cause I couldnt get in very soon and called them and told them what happend saw me a couple hours later said he could take care of it and subscribed an antibiotic and go back in a couple days to get it removed do not go here terrible staff was nice doctor does not know what hes doing

I wasn’t happy that when we came in they called the insurance at the front desk so everyone sitting there heard names, birthdays and insurance number. The employees were less then impressive. Once you left the waiting room everything was old, dirty and dated. The dirty part is what really bothered me. We were there for over 2 hours.Rachael that cleaned the teeth was ok. I have to give one star so she would be the one that earned it. But other wise I was really unhappy.

Luckily I haven’t had any major dental issues in the past few years, but even my basic maintenance is handled timely and professionally. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a relaxed setting which is nice because I feel uncomfortable going to the dentist as I always have.

I had a very pleasant experience with Aspen Dental. They saw me quickly, even though they could not fix my dental issue (my bp was too high), they referred me to a surgeon and advised me to see my PCP. I am thankful for that because I have to take bp medication now, I called immediately. So not to sound extreme, but they may have saved my life. So thank you Aspen Dental for the caring service, and I will be returning.

Everyone who worked there is extremely nice, so no issues there, but big issues on their work and diagnosis. I went there with severe tooth pain and was told I have a cavity with an infection. Got antibiotics to take care of that. In the meantime, they scheduled a cleaning, said I had to get my wisdom teeth removed before they can fix the bad tooth, then do a root canal, then the cavity fillings... I got this really expensive, hardcore cleaning a couple days later. A couple days went by and the infection went away with the pain, but then in the middle of the night the pain came back ten fold. I was forced to go to a 24 hour clinic to have an extraction in the middle of the night. While I was there, that dentist could not understand why they felt the wisdom teeth must go and said it was fixable right there on the spot with no other work. He also couldnt explain why they would make me deal with a really sore tooth for literally over a month while they did cleanings and an unnecessary wisdom teeth extraction. I decided to go to a separate dentist for the remaining cavities. First off, they could not even tell I just had a cleaning!!!! They showed me the calcium buildup that was supposed to be removed on that previous cleaning...still there completely. What did I pay for?!?!?! They also found two other cavities that Aspen just didnt see?.....OH and they never sent the X-Rays to my new dentist that were requested making me pay for new ones at the new place. They cut the price in half as they felt bad that Aspen did this. The wisdom teeth are fine by the way too. So I paid $1300 for a cleaning that was unnoticeable by other dentists, a misdiagnosis of a necessary wisdom teeth extraction, missed cavities and they were going to make me wait in pain for WEEKS to fix the tooth that was the entire problem. Very very nice people and nice dentists, but i feel that I was taken for a lot of money and got literally nothing out of it except for antibiotics I could have gotten from anywhere. The other dentists were able to fix em right up with no wisdom teeth extraction or long, multi-week waits to fix the pain. I will not go back to another Aspen Dental again.

Aspen Dental in Greenwood, IN is lucky to have Dr. Tom Martin as their lead dentist! Dr. Martin is an awesome dentist and always ensures that his patients have a pleasant experience. He graduated from Indiana University Dental School and is very knowledgeable. Hes always willing to spend time with patients to not only answer all of their questions, but to get to know them and build great rapport. I highly recommend him for anyone in the Greenwood/Indianapolis area looking for a dentist!

I am not one that enjoys the dentist but the Aspen in Greenwood mad me very comfortable and gave me the best options. Even sent me to their Southport store for the extractions so I could get taken care of that day. I will be absolutely returning for continued business.

My normal dentist had retired right as I left for college. It had been a few years before I came back to find a dentist and Aspen was awesome. They did a full x-ray and gum examination because it had been awhile since my last checkup. Everyone was extremely informative but not at all pushy about making me do things I didnt really need. Great experience.

Came in needing alot of dental work done. Everyone was more than happy to help me and answer all my questions. Set up a care plan to get all my work done and even got me an appointment for next week to get my wisdom teeth out.

He immediately made me feel better about my extraction. From the moment he walked into the room, to the moment I walked out of the office doors, he carried a good and professional demeanor. He kept checking on me throughout the process to make sure I wasnt in pain or feeling anything. He does very quick, very good work.If I ever need any more work done I will go back to Dr. Martin. He will be my first referral for other people. I have gone to another Aspen Dental and that visit was the complete opposite of what I got at this office. Now I know where to go in the future.

I am terrified of the dentist! It is always a chore to even think about going! When I chickened out at my family dentist and decided to come to aspen I was greeted by such bright and reassuring faces. From the beginning reception calmed me down, and helped me fill out paperwork, right after I was already being seen. The X-ray woman was so nice, and gave instructions very well while cracking a few jokes. Don’t even get me started on the doctor and hygienist. Two of the most lovely people I have ever met. Very knowledgeable about a lot, like I said; I’m terrified of the dentist. I am actually looking forward to my next visit there.

The staff was friendly but they recommended expensive dental work that was found to be unnecessary after a second opinion. In my case, they said I needed four fillings for $1200 which we would be paying out of pocket without insurance. When I got a second opinion from another local dentist, he said they were very small and didnt need fillings at this time. He even compared my x-rays to x-rays from five years ago and could see that those very small spots had not grown at all, so fillings were not necessary. I instead paid $90 for a cleaning and that was all that was needed. Were still appreciative of the free x-rays with the initial exam without insurance, but recognize they are aggressive in recommending expensive dental work and be sure to get a second opinion if youre not comfortable with the recommendations.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didnt like was usually when you have a procedure done they call within a few day to see how things are going and they didnt.

Absolutely love the upbeat, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and personalities of everyone there. They really made my son and I feel completely comfortable. This was my sons very first dentist experience which he was nervous about but that entirely went away within the first few moments of meeting Adam and he was able to go through it on his own while I was being examed in the next room. I have been telling everyone I know how impressed I was with this experience. Even though I received the news of needing additional treatment in the near future, they made me feel confident in the process instead of being nervous or scared .

Adam could make anyones day better! He is so cheerful. He was the best personality. Dr. Martin was great as well. He was able to answer all my questioned and made me feel at home.

Excellent service. I went in for my implant surgery and I have to admit I was a little sceptical at first. But I have always been taken care of very well here and it was a pain free surgery. I only used a local anesthesia and I have to say they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and I am very pleased with the treatment so far. Although it is a long process it will be worth it when we are finished.

All the staff were extremely professional and polite. However, I made it clear that I was looking for a crown that was more affordable than the $1300-1500 range that is the typical price point. When I googled “affordable dental crowns”, Aspen Dental came up. Over the phone I was told that crowns start at $800. The price I was quoted—after almost two hours of (free) X-rays and exams was over $1300.I feel I was mislead and the appointment was a waste of my time and theirs.

Had to get a cavity refilled because it wasnt done correctly the first time. Waited forty five minutes to go back. One cavity took two hours. No blame to the dentist. Schedule better and make it right

I went in for emergency was having extreme tooth pain. Waited almost half hour to be called back. Once X-ray was done each person came in I had to retell what was gov on. Then the Dr wasnt listening to me he was looking at teeth and ended up hurting me and he goes does it hurt there I said no you poked me. He kept repeating same thing. He wanted to do root canal on my tooth after I said just wanted pulled. He didnt feel comfortable pulling tooth since Im pregnant... Personally getting tooth pulled is faster cheaper and better than root canal. So still in terrible pain until tomorrow morning when Ill get tooth pulled from oral surgeon. Will not be going back

Would not recommend if you are going for dentures. Staff are very friendly and helpful but I have been dealing with Aspen for a year and am still in pain with ill fitting dentures that I do not like. I understand that this process is difficult but it could have been much easier than it has been. Ongoing issues are difficult to resolve because the staff and dentists CONSTANTLY change. If you want to be happy with your dentures and not lose your sanity during a process like this, go elsewhere and spend the extra money for quality care. I wish I had :( Since I have already paid in full, Im going to go to a different Aspen location and hope for the best!

This is probably the best Dentistry i have ever been too.Friendly and caring staff. They will work with you to make sure your 101% Comfortable. Went in for a wisdom tooth removal a little worried because of my phobia of needles. They help me threw it. didnt even hurt. only took 2 mins. they have earn mine and my family business for now on.

I highly recommend going to another dentistry. This place was extremely neglectful. I needed a filling and they rescheduled my appointment to someone else the day before because they needed to get it done before the holidays. Not only that, they failed to send in the billing to the insurance and failed to mail in specific documents that were crucial for my military career. The staff in the front were nice, but could not do their job at all. The manager was rude and blamed everything on his staff instead of taking ownership.They made countless mistakes on the paperwork AND the filling itself. I had to help the dentist hold the tools in my mouth while there, and had to stop in the middle of the operation for 20 minutes with metal grips holding open my mouth so she could go work on another patient at the same time. the filling has issues and was sub-par.If you dont think my review is correct, please feel free to read the other reviews, because I wish I had beforehand.

I scheduled a routine cleaning with this office as a transfer from another office. Scheduling was complicated. I was told I had to wait 2 months, but somehow got an appointment within a couple weeks. The receptionist gave many inconsistent stories. I stowed up for my appointment this afternoon, waited a little over an hour before anyone saw me, then questioned if it was safe to get an X-ray when I am obviously pregnant. This was the second time they have gotten X-rays during this pregnancy and have tried to put me under general anesthesia. All not safe while pregnant. This employee took my concern to a doctor and came back saying I will have to reschedule if I cant get more X-rays.Poor organization and scheduling.I cannot trust the safety of their care even for routine cleanings without first educating myself.

They entire staff was awesome, everyone was so nice and polite. I have to say the hygienist was excellent and the dentist Thomas Martin was the best, I had an extraction and I didnt feel anything.

They are very professional. They explain what they are doing and why. They work with patients on being able to afford the procedures and have financing available.

Everyone was very cordial and knowledgeable! The secretary was sweet from the get go and the nurse was quick and understanding of my uncomfort with my x-rays; getting them done as fast as possible. The hygenist was extremely thorough and Dr. Stropes was genuinely professional and accommodating as well! Over all, a great visit and look forward to seeing them all again!

They were quick to get me in for my infected tooth that had a big abscess that I popped on my own at my house. They pulled it out the next day but did not give me any kind of medication for the pain I was having. They wouldn’t even give me a note for my work saying I had been there under their care for a couple days. I received one for the day I had my tooth pulled but had to go to work that night. I was in so much pain after the novacaine wore off. They said to take ibuprofen and let me tell you, that wasn’t enough to even relieve some of the pain! I started using ambasol again to get some relief. I still can’t open my mouth all the way and it’s been 2 days now 😤😤😤😤😤😤

I visited the office yesterday and was pleasantly surprised I normally have major issues with going to the dentist and because of that Ive stayed away for quite a few years however when I entered this office I was greeted with an over-the-top nursing staff that made sure I felt welcome and safe and wasnt afraid to make me smile when the doctor began seeing me and saw some of the problems that we were going to run into time he noticed the amount of pain that I was in and opted to come back early from his lunch so that he could help me and give me help immediately Ive never been to an office that was as freely caring and helping as the staff here and I believe that I have found my family dentist

Would never recommend even to my worst enemy. Its unfortunate I feel this way, as the dental work itself was good. I had a routine cleaning w/ fluoride treatment. Prior to the procedure they told me I would have to pay a small amount for the dental and completely out of pocket for the fluoride treatment, okay fine; did that, should be done right? Nope, a year and a half later they send me an overdue bill threatening to go into collections if i dont pay the remaining amount. Obviously confused since i was supposed to have already paid what was due, i called them to find out what was going on. Eventually i find out that they had all my complete insurance info all this time but had never sent it in. They keep saying they will call me back when it comes back but no one, NOT ONCE has called me back. In fact every week or two I will call to check in and see whats happening, in which I get no solid answer; just an Ill call you back for this reason or another. This has been a frustrating process spanning over 2 months time. I feel like Im working a part time job trying to get this company to fulfill their duty to me as their patient, and not have an unjust bill go into collections. And Again this is a bill from almost 2 YEARS ago coming back to haunt me. I have also known two others who went there personally and also had hidden fees. So when they give you and estimate after presenting your insurance dont expect them to honor it. I would be terrified to go back, always wondering if an unexpected bill will come years later.

Have to say I have been very happy with the care I have received from Aspen. I feel that they care about my oral health.

So Ive had my dentures for apox 5 months now and Ive had more bone spurs than I care to count and I spent almost 10 grand to have all of this work done and have had teeth falling out of my dentures and all you get is attitude when you go In For a fitting or to have the teeth put back in the dentures. I dont know what they think but 10 thousand dollars is a lot of money to spend for a lot of people and you cant even rely on the quality of the dentures to last more than a few months. Would not recommend these people to any one. Dont spend your money with them. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Whats the point of scheduling an appointment when you still have to wait an hour to be seen?

Just starting with them but Dr. Stropes was great and I look forward to getting all of my work done there.
