Very poor service, very unprofessional, the person I spoke with made me feel like he was an interrogator and I was a criminal. His name was Tim Wiley. I have never been treated this way by anybody I have never seen an insurance company that makes people feel victimized. He asked me if I knew the person who hit me like are you serious. This mans communication skills were horrible. I have people who have policies with them and my mom and brother also have policies with farm bureau we are changing companies immediately!!!! He literally made me feel so disrespected.

Ive never seen this level of incompetence from an insurance group, especially Dillon Shirley, an agent in their Greenwood offive. I was given an estimate over the phone for a policy to cover my new home being built at Eagles Harbor. When I arrived at their office to drop off the check, Shirley had accidentally erased my file, had to start over from scratch and quoted a premium THREE TIMES what he had given me over the phone!

Love them! I have the cheapest insurance of anybody I know and a horrible driving record!

This has to be the worst insurance company Ive ever delt with or heard about. They are slow, rude, and a pain to work with. Dont expect to talk to the agent in a timely manner. Ever. Once you obtain insurance from them, they treat you like a number and lie to you. Also, I ended my coverage and Ive waited over three weeks for a refund check. Terrible company. Also, dont tell me, after three days of no return phone call, that you had my number pulled up and were just about to give you a call after I finally just call you myself. Rediculous company.
