We have been with Chan Chitwood as our State Farm agent for years. He and everyone on his staff have always been helpful, courteous, professional, and prompt in every single way. I usually go to Sharon and she always goes above and beyond to make sure our insurance needs and issues are handled quickly. They are all friendly and personable rather in person or on the phone.
