Omg... it’s like they should have a box at the door to put a quarter in to go pet the circus animals out back, cuz it’s like they running a circus there!! Lol, words can’t describe the many horrible experiences n phone calls with the agents in this office... I applaud businessmen especially the older generation.. but David McGill I think it might be time to retire...

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!! Was with this company for a while. Constantly had issues with paying them and them saying I still owed for that moth. My final straw was when I called to have my insurance suspended while my car was in the shop. The lady on the phone assured me that would be fine and said it was good for up to two months. received a letter from the DMV stating I owed them almost $200 dollars or my license would be suspended. I called and talked to David McGill and he said there was nothing he could do. I dropped my insurance with them and moved to progressive who have been great and I highly recommend.

David McGill insurance office is the best insurance agency around. Always helpful always there if you need something just a great set of folks there.

David McGill will no longer get any more of my business. I needed to rent a car due to my truck being in the shop from some rear end damage, upon calling David to tell him this he then said for some odd reason rental wasnt on this truck, I then asked why wasn’t it? He stated that he didnt know and that he would look in to it and get back to me momentarily. After over and hour I call back they said he had stepped out and couldnt tell me when he would return, I explained that the rental place would be closing at six and the time was now 4:45 pm, she then gave me his cell number. I called that and he answered and said he had something come up at his house he had to attend to.no problem but here it is nearly 5 Oclock and the day before thanksgiving and I’m without a vehicle to drive to Florida to be with family. He stated that he would send in a referral but to go ahead and do what I needed to do to get a car, long story short I rented a vehicle for three weeks in the amount of $844.71 and after about ten phone calls and waiting nearly 6 weeks asking David if he has heard anything, said that they could not honor the expense that I had payed and he understood my frustration but he couldnt do anything more after stating it was there mess up. There’s a lot more in between that needed to be mentioned but dont have the time or room on here .Being the main agent at this office and me being what should be a valued 20 plus year customer he could have fixed this much easier but would rather lose a customer and i hope by the time people read this, many more. Go ahead and retire David if you cant do what’s right...Follow up with this is as of today January 15th I called the office and spoke with Comrade and he informed me that the rental car has still not been attached to my policy, and he corrected this with ease in under a minute .After all the problems and money out of my pocket from Davids mistake in not having rental on this policy and me telling him to make sure to put this on the truck multiple times.As in the previous review, by rental not being on this policy had costed me $ 844.71 in rental fees he is continuing not to service me as his client .I will be transferring to another State Farm in greenwood, Its not the insurance company just David McGill.

Their okay, giving my insurance drops a little every payment, it takes 25 mins just to pay a bill.. Needs new help..
