When I had made the reservation I thought I was renting a truck rental with unlimited miles( that was the main/only reason I made the reservation) I was quoted a price at a weekly rate and when I made the reservation it said it was going to be _292.69. when I put picked up the truck they charged me $370. I figured it was a deposit. I was in a hurry to get out of town because I had a funeral to go to in Idaho. Which ended up taking longer to get through... I called the rental place and let them know I would have to extend my rental a few more days. I used the truck to make a trip to Idaho and back thinking I needed to return the truck from where I rented it from. after I returned the truck I got a notice from my bank that I had been charged an additional $1892.82. I had rented the truck think I had unlimited miles, and was expecting $292.69 plus an additional three days rental at $39.99 and I ending up getting charged a total of $2262.82. they blind sided me by not being up front with the agreement I signed when I rented the truck. Dont rent from that crooks.

The website and the office hours do not coincide I ended up without my truck on moving day. If youre not open on Sunday then dont offer it on the website. I even called the day before to confirm and they did not mention they were closed on Sundays.It would have costed me $120 U-Haul is way cheaper and they were open on Sundays.Its not been a good run twice in a row wont be using budget ever again!!

This Greenwood Village, Colorado location should be revoked of their privilege to rent trucks to customers. The person behind the desk wasnt wearing a mask during this pandemic. The vehicle was filthy. The check engine light was on. The mechanic that was finally sent 8 hours later said I only work on diesel trucks he insisted on leaving his VERY noisy truck on so he could charge his phone/laptop. The neighborhood is a quiet suburb.The new mechanic that was sent the next day finally got us on the road. An ENTIRE day late.The time, energy, frustration, I hope no one else has the experience/nightmare of a situation as I did. Nope.com I definitely do not recommend Budget truck rental.

I had a reservation for a Saturday at 10am. I was running late. Tony called me at 10:10, I called back several times 5 minutes later to no answer. I understand I was late, however strong companies with good customer service CARE about their customers. I was out a truck with movers coming in 2 hours. Called Budgets customer service. On hold for more than 30 minutes total. One call to Uhaul on the other hand and had a truck lined up with great customer service in no time.

We have found the owner to be pleasant and easy going. Our needs keep changing and they have been very flexible and hassle-free. Much appreciated in this time of unexpected rental needs!

Tom was the one who assisted me and he was very professional & courteous; I was renting a truck early in the morning & in a rush but he was just calm. 16 foot truck was what they had instead of the 20 I needed. Next size was 26 or so.

Compare Budget to Uhaul and youll notice the significant price difference in long distance hauls. I highly recommend Budget for all your moving needs.Communicate with them beforehand about things that are important to you and youll be just fine.

This is one of the best hole-in a wall truck rental Ive been to. Penske and uhaul were overpriced. The gentleman running this place, was helpful, communicative and I got my move accomplished.

This location uses the old bait and switch, they tell you they will give you unlimited miles then when you arrive to get your truck they tell you they cannot and will not honor it. Lies upon poor customer service is what they are all about. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Call the number and it goes to a call center in India. They do not know the specifics of their own trucks. I will never call again to budget.

Rented a truck 2 weekends in a row. Both times trucks were ready to go, with drop box returns available. Easy as it gets.

They never answer their phone! Trying to let them know we were running late, no answer. Trying to ask questions about the pending $150 charge for 3 days straight, no answer... Really unprofessional......!!
