I have a hundred nice things to say about Gary. He really had your best interest at heart, which is hard to find in such a cut throat world.He would rather take the time and give you sound advice on a home before you make a purchase that you arent satisfied with. I can tell you, that I looked at close to half a dozen homes, and he would walk through and point out potential costs like asbestos or foundation issues. He didnt just try to make a sale, he worked to make sure I could find a home that I would love and that fit my budget.I searched for a home for years and I took breaks for family illness, work, and travel. And he would always call to ask how my mother was doing with her cancer. He really cares! He was never just trying to get the next paycheck, but he really care about people. And you cant buy that. You wont find a more honest, down to earth, good guy than Gary.I recommend everyone to him, including you. If you are trying to find a good real estate agent, then you found him.
