6:30 on a Sunday evening. Needed assistance in hardware. Big disappointment. NOBODY around!! Got my exercise looking down every aisle. An associate in the paint department told me to come back during the day when a department manager was there. What???? Big runaround and a waste of my time. In hindsight, I should have asked for the manager on duty to relay my experience. Id invested enough time for absolutely nothing. Garden center had a great variety of very healthy product this year. Best Ive seen and purchased a variety of things!

This store is an absolute mess. We bought our fridge & our grill, two very expensive purchases and with each purchase it becomes crystal clear that no one knows how to successfully set up an order. It took 3 deliveries for an undamaged and working fridge to be delivered and we just ordered our grill and the wrong one was delivered so now were dealing with the same chaos all over again. When you go in store, you feel like you know more than the people trying to run you up and its a super concerning feeling. Everyone is nice but there is just zero competency. We really wanted to stay loyal to Lowes but moving forward, we will be taking our business down the street to Home Depot

Wow. So I am not fortunate enough to own a vehicle currently yet I work as a Handyman. I often carry my AWP backpack and a small craftsman tool bag with my every day carry tools in them. Many times I have asked upon entering the store if I could leave my bags with customer service so I can give my back and shoulders a rest as well as not look like a thief. I have been told β€œthings walk away” and β€œwe can’t guarantee nobody takes it.” Today as I was about 30 feet into the store an older guy gave me a look of disgust and then told β€œyou know, I’d feel more comfortable if you left your stuff at the front.” Sorry sir, I will not be leaving my tools at the front where your own employees have told me is un safe. I’ve never stolen from this place, sounds to me like the real crooks work here if my items aren’t safe at the customer service desk... That’s ok, I’ll take my tools and business to Home Depot.

We had a great experience at this Lowe’s location! We are remodeling our whole house and were wondering around looking at everything. Emily in kitchen appliances was so sweet, not pushy at all, and really educated us on brands and features we had no clue about! Then in flooring, Tracey offered a helping hand by showing us alternative options to hardwood which may be the perfect solution for our home and save us a ton of money! Called the store to ask questions about different jumper cables and boxes they had. was helped by a very uninterested and unprofessional boy who at first seemed indignant and told me i could look stuff like this up online. then i was put on hold after i said i didnt want to be. phone was picked up by some girl who asked what i was waiting for, after explaining to her, she laughed to herself asked to people in the background who was helping this person and then kept laughing and hung up.upon further calls back i was either screened or hung up on. nice service while being stuck on the side of the road and this is the closest location that might have something.later i had called their customer support to complain about the whole incident and was told a manager or someone would be calling me back to explain and handle the situation. never got a call.

My husband and I just finished building a custom home and needed to provide window coverings for the entire house. Kimberly went above and beyond to provide expert advise and recommendations for this large project. Ive never purchased blinds and really needed some guidance and direction. She spent hours (literally) and even stayed late to help make decisions with a designer flare. Please thank Kimberly for her exceptional knowledge and customer service!

Lowes is always my go to place when I need to build. I do have to comment that last time I was in, my roommate and I needed help with one thing and we were tired and just wanted to go home, but we were in the store for over 40 minutes because the person who helped us (a nice friendly man but clearly bored) continued to tell us stories and long jokes. Great customer service but unfortunately at the time what we needed was quick service so we could go home. Again, great helpful service though!

Thank god Home Depot is right across the street!Worst shopping experience ever.I am a local and just started my own business working for myself as a Handyman. Finally taking the step away from working for someone else and doing my own thing. Such an exciting and nerve wracking transition, business is going well if you were wondering.Because I am a handyman I do all sorts of work. Because I am a young company deals are always on my radar. Because of these two things I generally walk down every isle looking at the things I love and hoping they have the golden price tag. I wonder, both the isles of the store and the isles of my mind filled with potential projects or current jobs. I am in no hurry with no direct path. I enjoy myself...usually. I did not have that experience at this store.I felt harassed, I felt as though I was a burden, I felt like my business was un wanted. None of these are feelings a customer should have in a store full of things they love and are lucky enough to get to use to make a living.There was one gentleman back in the lighting department who treated me with respect. If customer service is a part of any of the other associates jobs then i suggest you team each member of this green crew with the one pro you have. It appears the pros are still across the street at Home Depot.

I will never ever shop here again. First of all, try to get ahold of anyone in appliances.... GOOD LUCK. They answer and hang-up... then try to talk to someone helpful in customer service, again, GOOD LUCK!I purchased a display Bosch washer and dryer because I was told it could months before the set would be delivered to my house. Never once was it mentioned that if the washer or dryer wouldn’t turn on that I couldn’t return it for a new one. I would understand if after using it for a little while that I would have to service it through Bosch if anything went wrong. But to bring the thing home and have it not turn on and still not be able to return it so I could get one delivered from another Lowe’s is absolutely unsatisfactory.It takes a lot to upset me and I have never written a poor review for any establishment in my life. So congratulations Lowe’s of Greenwood Village you are my first - and I will say it again. I will NEVER shop here again. Home Depot or Ace will receive all of our further business.

I just tried to return the overage of tile for my renovation project to Lowes. They would not credit me back my money because it was over 90 days since my purchase. Let me point out It had been under 120 days and Lowers still sells this tile. I would understand if they no longer carried it but this is ridiculous. The manager just kept running his hands through his hair repeating, the system locks us out after 90 days. He didnt even offer to give me a Lowes credit. I am renovating house number 6. I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, USE LOWES FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO RENOVATE DURING COVID?? Your customer service and operations are pitiful. I recommend this store to my clients as a builder & designer because their products are rarely damaged, but youll find it hard to find employees which for me normally doesnt matter because I know what I need to get and dont need help, but I ordered curbside pick up on a night it was -5 because well, its -5, and no one came for 20 minutes. When I went inside no one was at the pick up desk, but two employees were enjoying some conversation. Their competition, home depot, comes to your car before you even have time to tell them you are at a curbside pickup spot. Ill make sure to start recommending other places to my clients because I definitely dont want them experiencing customer service like that.

About a year ago my parents got all new windows in their house, about 25 new windows. The windows are great, but the crew Lowes uses to install this: a subcontractor from Texas, named KC, was awful. When they did this install they put the windows in, they never finished the job though. the windows have nails sticking out of them from the inside. they never put a finishing coat on the windows. they removed the paint and texture from part of our wall it was overall a sloppy job. Buy your windows somewhere else. they will have the same windows but Ican almost promise you they have a better install team.

Ive shopped here for years. Probably about 20. I am a life long plant enthusiast / aspiring homesteader and prefer Lowes over Home Depot from many reasons. Firstly, it is nice to shop there unharassed for choosing oxygen and continuing to exist as I always humanly have. It, however, broke my heart to pieces during checkout when the elderly lady ringing me up talked about a non-stop nose thing shes been fighting as she was uncontrollably coughing in front of me in a disposable surgical mask. I encouraged her to up intake of elderberry, zinc and nettle for that, but ultimately to ditch the mask. The surgical ones are especially awful! She walked away from me saying she cant otherwise shed lose her job. Been there, suffered that!What you are doing to your employees is LEGITERALLY unconstitutional! It is beyond me why you private companies strip your employees of their autonomy for a paycheck. IT IS INHUMANE! WHERE THERE IS RISK, THERE MUST BE CHOICE. Its time you stop being a puppet for propaganda, forcing unscientific and baseless measures which are ultimately harmful to peoples health! RESEARCH what you are doing!!!!!! Mask science is pseudoscience. If masks actually worked, theyd ban them.I walked out reminding her that she wont be around for much longer if she keeps up the ignorance and that she has more human rights than she knows. Not happy, today I went shopping with a $50 gift card. Picked up several items went to check out at the one male cashier working, I showed him my Colorado drivers license that showed I am a army veteran to use the %10 veteran they supposedly offer. He said I need your phone number, which gave, he said if your not in the system we cant off you the veteran discounts. I again showed him my ID that clearly showed I was a military veteran, and he said you have to register. Your sales associate completely messed up the order with submitting Incorrect colors which resulted in a worse screw up of my charges in the process of β€œfixing” the error. The employees working the aisles have always been great! However the cashiers seem to get worse every time I visit.Ever been asked by a cashier to walk back across the store to do your own price check while 3 other customers are waiting behind you? Or how about getting double charged for an expensive item to be told by the cashier to go explain her mistake to customer service and wait while 5 employees try to understand how to do a refund? Or being told to reload your entire cart and go to the other side of the store because you got the one cashier who didnt want to ask his manager how to do a pricing override on a single clearance plant?Tldr: training and initiative goes a long way towards a good customer experience. Our washer broke so we have no way to clean our clothes so we bought a new washing machine here but they refused to deliver it even though we paid a lot extra, they kept rescheduling over and over again for over 2 months. Delivered a fridge that was scratched on both doors and dented on the bottom. Theyve been completely unhelpful in getting it sorted. I bought a 2000+ dollar fridge to have it scratched up and the store hasnt done ANYTHING to help us. Bought some paint and he was very helpful on explaining more detail on what makes one brand better than other when they both claim same primer/base, about what other advantages are between 2000 and 4000 what does VOC, already knew about flat/semi gloss/eggshell. Only issue was took a long time to mix the paint up, longer than expected /should have been but he was alone and had a few interpretation.

The service help desk is need of some big changes. I received a microwave as a gift from a family member, who paid half cash and half on a card. I went to exchange the microwave, I had the receipt, and all I wanted to do was exchange the microwave for the exact same one just not broken. I explained to 3 different people at the service desk that it was a gift to me and I do not have the card it was purchased with. I was told they could not do an exchange, that I had to return the broken microwave and purchase the new one. I said thats fine as long as the full amount of the microwave goes to a gift card, because again it was a gift and I do not have the card half of it was purchased with. The young lady that was helping me said she understood and would take care of it. At the end she handed me a gift card with half the amount of the microwave and said the other half has been refunded to to the card. I explained thats not what I wanted and explained everything again. By this time another guy came over to help and the only way he help was by saying Well now your family owes you dinner for the money back on their card. This is not the only problem I have had with Lowes. Basically I am done, I will be doing the rest of my home improvement shopping at Home Depot. I have never had a problem with them.
