I had an unfortunate experience with this store in that an important package I shipped out arrived at the wrong location. Accidents happen. I spoke to the owner of this store and after having an open conversation, we were able to figure out a middle ground that took care of me as a customer and them as a business. I respect great customer service and this location stepped up to the plate when my delivery went south. I will definitely be going back to this location and recommend it to anyone who needs a great UPS store who stands behind their customers.
I had a good experience with the staff there while shipping two expensive and fragile items. Unfortunately one of them got damaged, so I had to start the insurance claim process which became a nightmare at the corporate claims level. Even more unfortunately, the store here suffered some attrition and I lost contact with the people involved. Luckily, Melissa - the general manager - was extremely helpful and communicative in the absence of the previous employees. She was very involved in the process and made me feel like I wasnt losing my mind (which corporate UPS might do to you!). Melissa rocks, and because of her I would happily revisit this store.
Tried to ship a package to California, package arrived at my door a few days after shipping it, the to and from were flipped, when I brought the receipt and the package back to the store, they acknowledged the mistake but refused to ship it without charging me again, I understand that there is a confirmation screen…. But give me a break, just make it right, They didn’t so I’m taking my business elsewhere.
The staff here is so nice, they go out of there way to help in any way they can. Jen, Imani, and Melissa always have a smile on their face. Best UPS location in Denver.
This is the worst customer service Ive ever received. I came in to ship an item for my employer, the state of Colorado. I was told that they did not know how to do tax exempt and it wasnt worth their time to find out. Another time I came in a minute after closing. The door was still open and Im told that I cant drop of a package. This store doesnt care about taking care of customers.
They are open late, which is great if you work and cant come during the day. Employees are always nice. Very rarely you will see long lines. Recommend.

We had an emergency at work so I had to send a laptop on Saturday. Consultants informed me that it will be delivered next day. Well, it wasnt.They forgot to mention that since Im dropping off the package at 3 PM - they will only be able to send it at 6pm on Monday. So next day delivery turned out to be pricey 4 day delivery (I trust that it will arrive eventually).Usually when somebody is ready to pay 300$ for a delivery it means that this package is important right?Otherwise, people were nice and helpful.
Employee didn’t bother to wear a mask! Like really? You expect customers to wear a mask and you are not considerate enough to wear one yourself? The other employee was wearing it but the one served us didn’t bother to! Come on UPS, you can do better!!
This UPS store does not take Amazon returns without trying to sell you a box first! What a JOKE!!!!!!!!! My advice is to find a different UPS Store and go out of your way to better customer service!!
Here are some of the responses that I just received when calling into the store (Monday 12/21/2020 8:30 am):- I have nothing to do with UPS Access Point, I am just the UPS Store, you need to call customer service - to which I did and was instructed to call the store because the store IS the UPS Access Point.- I have people in line and Im the only one working so I cannot help you right now- It says the package is in my system but I cannot check if the package is here because I have people in line. I was calling because they did not have my package.- I dont know why youre calling me - then proceeded to hang up on me.Unbelievable tone of voice from the woman working at the UPS Store at this location today. I have 0 problems when working with FedEx but UPS really takes no customer consideration.The reason for my call was the package I have been waiting for has had its glitches it seems. I was willing to accept it as technical glitches (as it said it was delivered to the store on 12/15 when in another email and customer service line confirmed it received it today 12/21. I got my first email notification this morning saying I have until tomorrow 12/22 to pick it up. Well, I have been patiently waiting for the updates on when it was being attempted to be delivered since 12/15 but I never got an update.Customer Service has now created a Case for a supervisor to assist because it seems the package is lost in transit and nobody knows where the package is.The UPS Store did not do their due diligence in checking for my package and was very rude on the phone. No need for that in business settings.
I set up a mailbox with Tara, she had a line out the door, one customer being a mom with a crying baby. Tara did not even get flustered, she continued to help me and when there was something I needed to do she helped the next person in line. She was amazing and got through the entire line while still providing me with great customer service. Shes a keeper for sure!
I wanted notary service; wish they picked up the phone to answer on when the notary would be available on weekdays, weekends.Tried at different times during the day, few days over last week and today, call never answered.Customers can save a trip to the store during the pandemic, if this information is available elsewhere, since phone calls are not answered.
They are clearly charging double what the other UPS stores within a 5 mile radius are charging.

My husband went to return an amazon item, the instructions on amazon say : “Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for FREE.”However the guy at the counter was refusing to ship the package without being in a box or package, even though that’s the entire point of that kind of drop off.It’s ok for the Staff to be new and unaware but my husband had the instructions from Amazon printed together with the return code, all the guy had to so was read it.
This used to be my go-to UPS store; however, I went to get an urgent document notarized and sent out overnight but they didnt have a notary on site. I asked if the person working there could help me out by calling other locations to help me find one with a notary. His response? - I dont have their phone numbers. I wont be going back to this location.
This is a top of the line UPS Store!All the employees are very nice, knowledgeable, and work quickly.If you walk into this UPS Store and theres a long line......dont worry about it, because these UPS Store employees work fast.Its in a great comfortable location. Amazing customer service! Gage, Bryce & Kyle are incredibly helpful and very fast paced. Get in & out in a sec! They genuinely care not only about their professionalism and getting the job done right, but also making sure they put a smile on your face by their super positive attitudes! I have been coming to this store last 7 months. Employees are very pleasant. Specially, Bryce is the best. He has a great attitude and very professional and very patience. That is why I come here to do my business and I recommend greatly to give your business to this store.
The very helpful employees at this UPS store rob you blind!I shipped a 15-lb box to NC on Dec 14, and they said for $45 it probably wouldnt be there by Xmas, but for $90 it would be guaranteed. So I opted for $90 - MISTAKE!My wife shipped a bigger and heavier box to the same location in NC on Dec 16 - 2 days later(!), and they told her for $50 that it would be there easily by Dec 19 - well before Xmas!This store in Arapahoe Marketplace tries to scare you and up-sell you. And I feel that if I take the lower price, theyll probably hold it longer just to punish me.DONT SHIP FROM THERE! Go to any other UPS store where they may be honest.

This UPS store has some of the most professional, friendly and efficient personnel Ive ever met. If youre having an issue with mail delivery they will do their best to help you resolve it. When its time to sent a package theyll help you determine the appropriate container and pack g materials best suited to protect your item through the shipping process.
Family heirlooms arrived broken into a million pieces. The pieces of a puzzle of a family reunion were scattered throughout the box. Photo album contents were in a messy pile. I am devastated and obviously completely disappointed in this very expensive shipping. I would give it zero stars if that were possible.
I never write reviews, but I have shamelessly used these guys at this location for my packing needs for two years and I felt compelled. They are so friendly and always help me out quickly no questions. I even constantly never have tape and they are always even willing to tape it for me. I love my ups
Every employee at this UPS store is friendly and efficient! We use them for our small business and they make shipping incredibly easy. They recognize us when we walk in and pull up our account right away. They deliver our packages very quickly and have been super helpful with all our questions! Highly recommend them for all your shipping needs!!!

I lost my wallet, credit cards, cash ($300), license included, at this UPS store several months ago. To my surprise, I received a phone call from the employees letting me know they had found my wallet underneath a printer. Fully expecting to find a mostly emptied wallet, I stopped by to pick it up and found everything in it, including the cash!!THANKYOU!! Great crew, take good care of them :)Kerry D.
Excellent Customer service. They could have just gone for the sale but instead they were looking out for my interests as the customer. Thats rare and excellent customer service. I was trying to ship a package internationally and they did research and helped me determine that it was not worth it shipping to this particular location. I ended up not sending the package because they helped me find out that taxes on the receiving end are ridiculous. Short term they didnt get a sale. Long term, Id highly recommend these guys, and will use them whenever I can. Thanks Chris.
Gage and the Gang are amazing. They truly are. They take a bad situation and make it better. When its busy and things are backed up he takes control and makes all the customers feel as if they are number 1. And the way customers respond to him shows the relationship he has with his customers. They know he works hard for them and they appreciate that. Thanks for all you do Gage!
Ive had a mailbox here for 2.5 years, visiting the store at least twice weekly.1) Top notch employees (great folks to work with) - always.2) great customer service (always)3) great service (email updates whenever I receive a package)4) never had a lost package or mail with these folks managing ALL of my mail for over 2 years.Cant go wrong.
The staff is always very friendly and efficient. They print my menus and promotional flyers. The quality is always good and price is always reasonable. They even print out several versions of samples to show me before start printing the job.

I sent an envelope at this location 4 days ago, on Monday, July 30, at 9:49 A.M. I asked for the most secure and quickest shipping available, as the contents were expensive and time sensitive.The tracking number that Bryce gave me stated online that the shipping label had been printed, but the envelope had not yet left the store. I called the store this morning to find out where my envelope was.I called as soon as the store opened today, August 2, and got ahold of Bryce. He told me, in a rude fashion, that he did not have time to deal with finding my envelope, and if I wanted to know what happened to it, I would need to go into the store.He then hung up on me.I went straight to the store to speak with him as he had requested. When I walked in, I said, I am the one who just called in. Why did you hang up on me?Brian said, in a very defensive voice, you cussed me out! I dont wanna deal with this!I had never cussed him out. I did accidently drop a curse word out of frustration, which I instantly had apologized for.When I stated that I just wanted to know what happened to my envelope, Brian replied, Its a USPS tracking number that we put on the package, so go harass them. I dont have time to deal with this. Up until this point, the store had been completely empty, as the store had just opened 15 minutes previous to my arrival.When I brought up the fact that Brian is the employee who accepted my package, he said, Well we can take this out to the parking lot right now and fight over it!He repeated this over and over as I asked to speak to a manager. He stated that he had taken boxing and wasnt afraid of me. He then threatened to call the police if I didnt leave.He (Bryce) called the manager, Gage, and told him that I was insane, that he didnt get paid enough to deal with this, and that he didnt want me to talk to him (Gage). Gage then called the store phone and Brian handed it to me. I told Gage what had happened and he stated that he couldnt do anything about it because he wasnt there.During the duration of my visit, two other customers came in the store and wittnessed the actions and physical threats from Brian.I called the police and made a report against Bryce for the physical threats that I received from him during my visit.Upon going back to the store at noon to talk to Gage in person, Bryce repeatedly interrupted me and continued to call me crazy.Gage stated that he had talked to Bryce already and they would figure things out. He said the police had already been there and asked if they wanted to file charges against me. When I asked why they would have had a reason to ask that, Bryce jumped in again and said, Because youre crazy man! Nobody knows what you are talking about because you are absolutely insane. Even the cops didnt know what you were trying to say.At this time, there were 5 other customers waiting in line.I kept asking Bryce to quit inturrupting me because I was speaking with Gage. He continued to interrupt, not only me, but other customers, while helping them, to talk over me and call me crazy.As a result, I spent 4 hours on the phone between UPS and USPS corporate and local locations. The package was finally tracked down after speaking to 4 different customer service centers as well as 2 local regional offices, both here, and in Texas. I also endured threats and abuse by Bryce, simply for asking where my package was at.This is unacceptable behavior for employees to exhibit towards customers, under any circumstance.I was bullied, threatened, harassed, and unequivocally treated with the utmost disrespect.My experience with the employees at this location has been appalling, at the very least.
