I wanted to call and talk to an in store person, but when I called (both Numbers) I was sent to a list of options, none of which was talk to real person in the store. I wanted to see if there was a lost and found there as I have misplaced a pair of prescription glasses and I am trying to track down where I was and if the local store where I went to last week had seen them. Now I have to go to the store and waste time.

I am very satisfied with my experience at this store. I needed a cat-themed poster print order and Kevin provided excellent customer service for my request.I was very pleased with the efficiency of the store and the quality of the prints. To truly experience the Depot Difference, I would highly recommend visiting Kevin and the rest of the staff at the Arapahoe Road location for all office and personal printing needs!

I needed a last minute wedding program printed. I worked with Kevin and he was so helpful. He walked me through my double sided printing options. I ended up needing to come back later after I made updates to the program. He was still working and continued to help me. Great customer service!

Just needed some printer ink for my HP envy 4500 and they seemed to be out of stock on over half the ink in the store including the kind i needed. This is an office supply store, correct? Thanks for nothing. Went online to order it from you and it was out of stock there, too. Ordered it from Amazon, where I now realize I should have just gone to in the 1st place. Amazon.com gonna put you out of business in the near future: Better price, free shipping, no hassle, no waste of time, no waste of gas, dont have dont have to participate in the mask-wearing BS!

Love the Greenwood Village Office Depot! Store #3238. It is clean every occasion I have been there. They always greet me. The copiers are superior to other office stores as is the better quality paper they use in the copiers. Ask for Ben or Kevin - both customer service oriented guys! Thx!

Kevin and Brent at the Store #3238 on Arapahoe Road were amazing!I called in asking for help and Kevin answered the phone. He was super pleasant and helpful - he mentioned on the phone that both he and Brent would be there if I needed help.I arrived 20 minutes later and they both took a huge interest in my project! Had a bit of a printing emergency this morning. Kevin was courteous and very professional and asked the right questions to make sure we got the prints we needed. Kevin turned the print job around right away while I waited. Just all around a great service this morning!

Think all office supply stores are the same? Yeah, I did too until I started using the Office Depot at Arapahoe Road and I25 and met Faria. If you have print center needs, this is the place to go. Faria and her team are helpful and attentive, and work with you to get it right. They go above and beyond. This will become your go - to office center.

I dont think Ive ever walked into and out of a store with a bigger smile on my face ~ Fariah at the Greenwood Village OfficeMax in Colorado was one of the most engaging, thoughtful and just all around amazing team members I have ever met. Fariah is the Print Master at OfficeMax. She listened to my ideas and graciously recommended the right paper, sizing, and alignment for my project... my wedding invitations! She structured our time so efficiently. Her attention to detail, patience and encouragement made my experience incredibly special. We sent our invitations to all our guests, and so many of them reached out to us with compliments. They were so impressed with our invitations. I recently went into the Castle Rock Office Depot location to have three large images printed, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement (see that review separately, not 5 stars). However, I decided to try the DTC location out and Brent absolutely blew me away with his customer service. He was prompt in greeting us, took time to understand the issues from the other location, and printed the correct items for us, double checking the little details along the way. Brent was amazing and I wish I could review him again through the Office Depot website but their survey requires and receipt number and he was kind enough to do the small print job fully free due to the other store’s lack of care. Thank you, Office Depot and Brent!!

I won’t be going to this store ever again. The staff there were unprofessional rude and without a doubt extremely uninformed. The employees have no sense of Customer Service or respect for others. My recommendation is to avoid the store at all cost!

The manager was not even willing to match the price feom another Office Depot Store.

Came with a large project and Kevin helped me through. People here are always willing to help.

Staff has item on the floor as a model, but has none in stock, and none are available online, and there is no restock date available. Yet “the boss” is unwilling to sell me the model. It’s not a model if you don’t have the item to sell. If you ever get the item back in stock, then open one and use that as the model rather than advertising an item that you can’t sell me. That model is useless to you and you won’t sell it and have no recommendations for me when the website says “1 in stock” and I drive all around town trying to find something that you’re not willing to sell. Very disappointing customer service.

Got worse since the manager changed and most of the old helpful crew disappeared. If finding something online, and coming here, make sure that there are more than few items. Constant inventory issues, poorly managed like the rest.

Whenever I need a rushed printing job over the weekend, I know my only option is to run to Office Depot off Arapahoe and ask for Kevin. He always knows just what I need.

I stopped by to do a print job this afternoon. The printing itself was fine, but I had asked for holes to be punched in 6/8 documents. When I got home I discovered none of them had been punched. It was a lot of holes to punch myself. Ive never had this problem before.

Fariah is incredible. I travel long distances because shes been the only Office Depot expert who does great design work. Shes patient and precise and offers exceptional service and excellent print products. Wish they would clone her!

Fariah in the Print and Copy Center is AMAZING! I walked in needing custom banners and menu boards designed and made. This may not always be the case but this time she was able to get it all made and I’m walking out of the store with them!! Incredible!!

The only store that has printer ink in stock. With everyone working and doing school from home its been impossible to find printer ink for my brother printer. This is the only store that seems to get it in stock frequently. More expensive than other stores but it is what it is

I would like to thank the staff especially the amazing Print and Copy Supervisor, Fariah Caves, whose service for me was life-changing. Having visited various companies for my print work and experiencing terrible service and low skills, I visited Office Depot in East Arapahoe Road. Fariah Caves provided the best service that I could have possibley expected! She is well over qualified for her job and l thought that she was the Store Manager at first. I couldnt have been more impressed! She was amazing, from her good attitude and speed of service to the quality of work and problem solving skills. Came in for a product and found an entire display of empty boxes. Well it turns out that none of them are actually in stock. Why have a display full of empty boxes for products you dont even have in stock! Crazy! Dont go here. Overpriced and did not even have the items in stock.

I dont visit this store often, but the staff is always friendly, they ask if I need help finding what I need and are quick to answer any questions I have. Great customer service!

The crew here is always great. I come often for business supplies and they always have what I need in a nice clean environment. Speaking for the prices, they are a little on the expensive side, but Im not faulting this locations otherwise good review for it.

Excellent customer service! Our printer had quit working and I was there to buy an ink cartridge hoping that would help. Jon met me in the ink department and by asking the right questions and offering advise, he gave me step by step instructions to trouble shoot the problem when I got home. I followed his directions and ended up cleaning the heads x 3 and now it works perfectly! Im a baby boomer and not very tech savvy, but his instructions were clear and easy to understand! Saved us from buying a new printer. Thanks Jon!

Decent selection in a pinch. The staff are nice. Prices are ok, not the best but fine if youre in need of something immediately.

An event for my wedding had a last minute change of location, a week after we got our invitations printed from a rather expensive website. I called Office Depot completely out of my element. I created a simple file to print and insert in with the invites, and they called to confirm after they noticed it was a little fuzzy after being printed. I had 15 minutes free from work and ran down to see it. They checked me out and printed them for me within less than 5 minutes. Fariah in Printing is a saint!

The print service is awesome and the manager Fariah is great with knowing how to help.

Have been in this store 4 times in the last month and each time is just as fun as the last - crap customer service, manager couldnt care less, overall pretty easy to tell they dont value your business. ((Except Faria in printing, she does an awesome job))

Pretty much your run-of-the-mill corporate office Depot. Nothing remarkable about this place, other than the fact that you get what you expect. I am slightly disappointed that the management continues to refer me to a 1-800 number when I have an issue with rewards. If youre like me at all, then you appreciate working with someone face to face vs speaking to someone over the phone.

They have everything you need, the employees are helpful and very straight to the point but cold. However, the tech support is fantastic, sadly I cant remember the name of the woman who helped me but she gave like fifty extra miles of help and was determined to help me with my lousy Dell PC.

I had a very bad experience at this store. I had to take some photocopies and was made to wait for 15 minutes. There were sales people around but no one even acknowledged my presence. After 15 minutes I was told that I would be taken care of in a few minutes. Then was pointed to the direction for a self service photocopy machine. I could have saved those 15 minutes if someone had just asked me what I need.Again at the cash counter while we were waiting for our turn, my toddler son was picking something up from the greeting cards section. I was trying to pull him back. The person at the cash register called me when it was my turn. I had to pick my son and get to the cash counter. She could not be polite enough to wait for me and was calling me again and again. In a matter of 5 seconds, she called me thrice.The sales people available today at the store did not have respect for me or my time.

The people at the print counter are the most helpful I have ever worked with.

I was assisted immediately when I walked in and they had what I was looking for. However, I went into the restroom while I was there and it was disgusting. No toilet paper but 3 empty rolls on the dirty floor. I doubt it had been cleaned in weeks. Ive used porta-johns that were less disgusting.

They have what you need, not cheap though but the sales guys are nice.

Ryan helped me out and really made the experience a positive one.
