The farmers office in Denver is the number one district in the region with strong values on supporting there team of employees and agents. I have worked with Jared Seyl since joining Farmers in June of 2014 and it quickly became apparent that Jared was one of the top District managers, not just in Colorado but in all of Farmers Insurance. Staff is very helpful and friendly! The training provided by the headquarters was very well organized and thorough even though it was through zoom because of the current situation with COVID-19.

Since I began working as an Agency Owner for Farmers Insurance, specifically District 15 and District Manager Jared Seyl, I have been absolutely impressed with, and have benefited from, the systems in place to help us become successful. Jared and his staff place a very strong emphasis on training and accountability from day one, and there is an inherent culture of success, achievement, and growth built into these systems. From my agencys inception I was given the opportunity to work with district staff as well as other agents in order to acclimate myself to the insurance world. There is a strong connection between all facets of Farmers Insurance to the agents and an opportunity, through my district, to learn and succeed.
