Awful experience. The agent and underwriters fail to communicate with each other and this has a negative impact on your policy. Im a healthy 40 year old and for over 2 months I was getting a run around with this agent. A lot of information was requested consistently and I returned it in a timely manner. All documents and all information that was requested was returned. After you send one document, all of a sudden they want more. After a two month run around I was informed all I need now is to return a document from my doctor stating Im in good heart health, this was sent. Next was a final drug and alcohol questionnaire, this was also complete. I was told Id have an acceptance within 3 business days. I had to contact again because they failed to get back with me. This entire process of jumping through hoops ended when I received a letter on July 24th denying coverage because not all documents were returned to the underwriters. If all documents werent returned it was due to the failure of the agent. All documents were returned and she stated this was all I need. Please if looking for insurance, shop somewhere else other than Allstate. Please dont waste your time of them giving you the run around. I also took my home and auto elsewhere and saved around 1,500 per year.

I absolutely despise dealing with insurance agents and agencies. That is until doing business with Allyson and her Team. For the very first time in all of my years of insurance experience, I am being treated like my needs matter more than selling policies. Vicki is absolutely OUTSTANDING! And when Vicki was off, Allyson herself stepped in. Usually, whenever someone else has to step in, they give excuses like, Vicki was working on this and she is out. Ill have her call you when she returns. But not here. Allyson made it seamless, which is as things should be on a Team. I moved every single thing we need insure to this agency. You should too!

Seriously? Im not sure why that guy got so pissy. I was an insurance agent myself many years ago so I know how it all works and when I spoke to Vicki she was professional and knew her stuff. This happened today, so not a fake review.
