I came in for an arm wax. The person doing the wax was Ariana, and she was very professional, gentle and fast. Made me feel comfortable. I was in and out before I knew it. I visited the Benefit Boutique in Greenwich recently for a spray tan service. Ariana took care of my service. She was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! She debriefed me on what to expect in the service given new COVID regulations and counseled me about the degree of desired tan based on my skin tone. This was super helpful because I hadnt thought about how their color system would look on my skin. I brought my own bikini but they have options for coverage at the boutique. The process was seamless and I left with a beautiful dark tan that still has not faded.

I first started going to Benefit locations in Manhattan about 4 years ago and they always have a team of very talented professionals in their stores. When I moved to Greenwich last summer, I saw they had a location in town and made a quick bee line there without even considering any other salons.Since then, I’ve been getting my eyebrows done with Tonia and I’m so happy to have found her! She always listens carefully and works with me on whats best for my eyebrow shaping and waxing. She’s also dependable when it comes to scheduling and even kept my last visit which fell smack in middle of a big snow storm! I highly recommend Tonia to anyone looking for a talented eyebrow expert.

I have been going to Benefit for months and love it. Mike is absolutely wonderful, he does an amazing job on my eyebrows. He is gentle unlike other places; I have very sensitive skin (eczema on my face) and every time I leave there I look and feel great, no redness or irritation. Would give 10 stars if I could. I recently did a brow wax and tint and was kind of hesitant because of Covid. This location is SOOOOO clean and using proper protocol to assure everyones safety.
