Environment was really clean and professional, but this is my hand 3 days after I got SNS and my regular polish smeared because they told me I was good to go and apparently my toes werent dry.I was in town visiting so I cant go back to have it fixed...

I work a block away. I called in for an appointment on Saturday and they were able to fit me in the last minute. As soon as I walked in they took my temperature, made me wash my hands, and also provided me with hand sanitizer. The place was not crowded. Kate did my pedicure and manicure. She took very good care of me and did not rush through. I will certainly be back. The place was clean and the service was excellent!

Loved this place. Very clean, up to par with COVID-19 protection regulations. Tech was great, foot massage was relaxing, gentle touch, neat work. Will be returning

The staff is vey professional and pleasant. The salon is very clean which is a huge plus, especially at this time with COVID19. My family and I received manicure and pedicure. We did not have to wait long to get serviced and our nails came out very nice.

I have been going here for over 10 years. I travel in from NYC to get my nails done every two weeks. The staff is amazing. Young, Mimi, Ellie, everyone is friendly, kind and does a great job. It gets pretty busy on the weekend so make an appointment!

Its not so great when everyone around you is just waiting for you to upgrade your service, they need to chill with that.Also, its so annoying when 5 different people work on you then when you are leaving they all line up at the door. very tackyAlso, if you want a good tip then say : Hello, how are you? Its nice to see you again.I am so sick of these factory places

Very quick mediocre manicure. Seems they changed ownership, you can definitely tell the place is not as structured and maintained as before.

Had the worst chair massage ever. Staff payed me no mind on entering and it just didnt seem that clean. I asked for a chair massage and was accommodated quickly but as soon as the massage started it was just awful. Aggressive elbowing and barely any actual massaging. I tried to tell the girl it was too hard but it didnt seem to register. I honestly felt bruised after. I dont write reviews but this was crazy..

Good job, but criticized the color I chose.
