Once I placed the order (mid-day in Seattle), Rob made sure the watch was dispatched on the same day and shipped over night. I received the watch less than 24hrs lates, impeccably packed. Harry is the best. He was able to fix the clasp on my Omega Sea Master after the clasp spring wouldnt close. and kept popping open Omega wanted $263 to replace it. Wow, I feel so insulted. We walked into this store looking for a timepiece for my husbands birthday. The guard at the door was polite and opened the door to let us in. A nice lady behind the counter asked if we were looking for anything specific, and we said we were looking for watches. Out of no where, an older man yells out that we only have 3 minutes. Yikes! How rude and inappropriate. Management should just close their doors if they want to rush clients when it is almost closing time. On top of that, with COVID-19, hours are irregular so it would have been more professional to let us know, as we entered, that they were closing soon. But to yell to us that we had 3 minutes had us shocked and mortified...so we just turned around and left. We will spend our money elsewhere. I wish I could give 0 stars for the horrible treatment.

I went to a jewelry store that was just down the road from Manfredi. However, when I got there the staff was rude and disrespectful to me and my family. I then went to Manfredi and experienced the complete antithesis. I was kindly greeted at the door and was surprised that one of the staff members immediately asked what I was looking for. The staff there answered all my questions; they were respectful of my decisions and didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing anything. They were also very accommodating. Manfredi has two rules: one, the customer is always right and two, the customer is alway right. When you go this store you will be treated respectfully and kindly. The customer experience here is amazing and I recommend going there if you are looking to purchase a watch.

Great experience. I worked with Nick on a custom engagement ring and he guided me through the entire process. Nick, along with his colleagues, were extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated care and patience throughout my entire experience. Dafina is the absolute best! I went to a number of jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring, and everyone was able to explain the four Cs, but Dafina explained subtleties in the rating systems that nobody else discussed. She is completely honest about style, transparent about pricing and truly added value throughout the process. I will definitely be back for more jewelry needs down the line!

Walked in to order a Rolex datejust for wife and myself, chatted with Darla Jo and she was so helpful and friendly. Experience was so good I walked out with a Tudor black bay gmt. Staff fitted the bracelet for me which looks fantastic and ordered a leather strap for free. I highly recommend Mandredi jewels in New Canaan for ur Rolex and Tudor needs.
