I purchased my first watch from here today and the entire experience was great. Joel ordered my watch and it arrived sooner than I expected. Was pleasantly surprised. The interior is very warm and welcoming. The employees were all friendly and even offered me water and a chocolate. They’ve made me a loyal customer.

Over the past 30 years, our watch and jewelry purchases at Betteridge Jewelers have always been a tremendously enjoyable experience. My most recent watch purchases (3 in the past two years), ably facilitated by John Velky and his colleagues, were enjoyable not just because of the beauty and quality of what I purchased but also because I am assured that Betteridge will be there in future years to help me maintain and protect these beautiful timepieces. I cant say enough positive things about this Jeweler. I was able to buy a very hard to attain watch at retail last year. Erik went above and beyond to make that happen for me. Interestingly, I found out about betteridge when I First saw Terry on youtube clip for WWE with million dollar belt but when I inquired about rolex i was was told that they have No rolex availability or until Demand goes down. Oddly, If you do not live in Greenwich, they tell you to visit your local store. Maybe this is for all ADs but I wonder how they would ever expand customer base. Just my experience.

My family and I have been going to Betteridge for many years. My first experience was over a decade ago when I went to have a pair of my grandfathers cufflinks restored to their original glory. Betteridge did an outstanding job. Naturally, when the time came for me to propose to my then-girlfriend (now fiancée), I went back to have her ring made, and Betteridge didnt disappoint. Warren shepherded me through the entire process down to the tiniest details and helped me maintain discretion so I could surprise her on the big day. Despite the challenges of making the ring on a short timetable, everything came out perfectly - The ring is tasteful and timeless (and she said yes). We will, of course, be going back for our wedding rings.

As a male who wears no jewelry apart from a watch this place is very refreshing. The sales staff are actually watch people.
