The hours for Friday are never correct on their website or Google. You are expected to read the fine print on a sign only posted on bathroom doors to discover the hours for yourself. The gym actually closes at 630 on Friday as of Oct. 1. That is a huge difference from the 730 posted online.

The gym is not bad, especially for the price. However, it is crowded all the time and the equipment is in very poor condition. The locker rooms are very small and inconvenient to use. the parking lot is also small and difficult to maneuver if you drive a truck.The absolute worst part is the company that handles your contract. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS GYM. You will never cancel your contract despite what the staff says at the front desk.

They charged me 22 a month for 2 months then charged me $50 and has a schedule payment next day of $22! Proceeded to cancel the membership and said I will not get $50 back and will still be charged and have to send a email to company to cancel and will be charged an additional $60 in 30 day time. They treat it as if it is a mortgage...Terrible gym! I would not recommend whatsoever.Man at front desk is very nice and personable. Gym itself is very nice and none judgmental. Billing and contract is Bull tho.

You cant beat the selection of equipment for $10 a month. The other option for that price would be planet fitness which isnt really much of a gym. Theres all types of people who workout here so its easy to become friendly with other members. I like to go in the morning when its less busy.

I understand the reasons behind it as far as the owners go, but its still a pretty big inconvenience.Honestly, were it not my cheapest option, Id go elsewhere just cause of my schedule being so odd.Other than that, its fine. Almost all of the bars are bent. Parking isn’t great. It advertises $10 a month but with all of the fees it adds up to so much more where it’s not worth the money. Also getting charged another yearly fee because my membership ran over 10 days before I could cancel. Read the contract before you sign up!

This is the second time I have had a membership with 10 star, they are one of the only gyms that isn’t 7 days a week. The reason for my review is the ABC company they use for billing, the gym is decent but twice I have tried to cancel my membership and they always give me a reason that I cannot terminate my membership and I end up paying for an entire year more of service. They aren’t in the business of providing services for the time you use the gym they are in the business of robbing you when you are ready to terminate the service. The first time I allowed a friend of mine to get on my policy and he never attended a gym before and he had no family or desire to join so I put him in my account. He unfortunately died in a motorcycle accident and when I contacted them to terminate he part of the account they needed a death certificate to cancel. As he had no remaining family I wasn’t able to obtain the death certificate yet sent them the news article that had his name in it and they still wouldn’t cancel. This time around my reason for the cancelling was that I moved and they told me I had to move more that 50 miles away to cancel so if you still like 49 miles from the gym or more than an hour they will continue to charge you for the remainder of the year because it’s not more than 50 miles, I will never use this gym again and I suggest any new members to have them explain every detail of the agreement because they are just out to steal your money when it comes time to cancel your membership. They need to change their name to 1 star not 10 star

Training staff is very knowledgeable in regards to nutrition and workouts. Ultra Fit staff will talk in great detail about diets, plans and how to help you reach your goals. If you’re serious about your health fit goals this is the place for you. Only drawback here is they’re closed on Saturdays (open at 8pm).

I was looking for a good home gym, and the moment I walked in I told myself that this was the one, and it has been for a good couple months now. I absolutely love this gym, the people are nice, they disinfect, and the trainers correct your form if they see you do something wrong! Super helpful, and I love all the staff and trainers.

Great, competitive prices. Great equipment variety and amenities. Sauna, child care, smoothie, zumba, and more available with the premium pack. Bring a guest free every time with the premium pack. The Greenville location needs work with the front staff. They are polite but both times Ive been they havent been able to answer any of my questions- regarding a promotion they were running and discounts they offer. Overall would recommend the gym but Anderson location is preferred.

Started at the Anderson location and it was ok. The Greenville location was terrible. Super crowded, everyone fighting for equipment to use. There are a lot of arrogant people there. Dudes wearing sunn glasses doing squats. Lol good luck cancelling your membership.

Best gym, positive atmosphere.

I have asked to cancel my membership 3 times and they will not cancel it, now I have been charged $59.99 and this gym refuses to give my money back.Do not join this gym!! They will require you to give a bank routing info and now they are stealing my money and will not respond to me when I asked for help.

Had my locker broken into when I was working out in the middle of the day. Stole all the cash out of my wallet and my lock. Had to cancel my debit card in case they got my card number and security code on the back. Had to go to the bank and get a new debit card when I left the gym. The owner gave no apologies and all they said was they were not responsible. Since then I’ve talked two other people who had cell phones stolen and one had his car keys stolen out of his locker. Never had this issue at golds, planet fitness are pivotal were I currently work out.

Great gym great people helpfull staff that will go to bat for you

The front desk staff at 10 Star Fitness were really nice and energetic when I first came to the gym. In particular, I met one of the staff members by the name of Jada. Miss Jada answered a lot of questions I had about memberships and I was really impressed with a lot of the knowledge she had about the company while she was giving me a tour. She made me feel like I was the star of the show. My favorite employee at 10 Star by far!

What can I say about Cedric Talley other than he’s an absolutely amazing trainer. From day one I knew I was going to have an unique experience and I did. He’s very welcoming, kind, knowledgeable of the body, and will put in maximum effort to get results. Above that he helps you to see yourself differently. I’m definitely not the same person I was day one. I sincerely recommend him in aiding you in reaching your goals.

After needing more equipment then my personal gym has I decided to look for a gym that had the bodybuilding equipment I wanted. And 10star was it for me. Not to far from the house and 24hrs too.

DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT! They make it hardly impossible to cancel their contract, charge you fees after fees, and the customer service is horrible. Gym is not worth it either, equipment is very torn up, and gave me a bad impression due to the lack of hygiene especially during a pandemic.

Great place with very good equipment, but too many members standing around conversing with lengthy conversations holding up the machine area for anyone else to use, this does is not in reference to any training. Just random members standing around the equipment talking to one another.... clearly there for the wrong reasons! Very inconsiderate, and this should be brought to the club owners attention!

My fiancé and I moved to Simpsonville, South Carolina not long ago. We were in search of a gym we both loved that wasn’t too far out of our way from work and home. We ended up stumbling upon 10 Star Fitness in the Greenville location and were surprised at how welcoming this gym was! Although it’s a little farther out of the way than other gyms near us, it is 100% worth it for the quality of equipment and the cleanliness. Above all else, the personnel at this gym is what makes this gym so unique. We feel so welcome at this gym, especially because of Issac, one of the employees at this location. He remembered our names from the FIRST time we came to workout and makes his presence known across the floor daily. He is really personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is a great representation of this gym. If you’re trying to find a gym in this location, there’s no competition. 10 Star Fitness is the best choice!

Plates GALOREIve been at this gym for a little over one month now and I have nothing but fantastic things to say. First, the staff, nothing makes a gym more enjoyable than an amazing staff. As soon as we walked in we were given a tour, sat down and talked to about what we were looking for in a gym, Isaac Langdon hit a homerun with the sale. But it did not stop there. Every day when we walk in, usually he is there the same time we are, he greets us like family. Second, plates plates plates. I went through a couple of gyms in town and selected this one for many reasons but my top was the amount of free weights and numerous available stations. Lastly, the amenities that go with the Preferred Membership, sauna, tanning beds, coaching they have it all and very well maintained. Loving this gym and the people there.

Ill give it 4 stars, but 3.5 would be more accurate. Heres an honest review...Acceptable equipment in a decent enough space in a decently convenient location. Matthew is great and seems to genuinely care about the club and members. I had to let my membership expire for a few reasons...The owner seems to try and pinch pennies by opening the doors when its hot vs running the air conditioner. Im sure the energy costs are a sizable line item when running a gym, but maintaining a comfortable thermostat setting is just the cost of running a business in my opinion. The showers are pretty awful. There does not seem to be much ventilation and I noticed a decent amount of mold growth as a result. The sauna is in pitiful shape as others have suggested. I also prepaid for a year in an attempt to not have to deal with ABC Financial that handles this gyms recurring billing. I feel like I paid a premium to do it that way vs the $10/mo billing through ABC Financial. If anything, I would expect a price break for paying someone in full at the beginning. There are some members that think its your job to watch their circuit training routine so you can know which machines they plan to use. I had to let a few people know, including 1 trainer, that if you arent on the machine then you arent using it. 3.5 stars. Take it for what you think its worth.

It needs to be called 1 star fitness. When you try and cancel they give you a telemarketing ad number saying its the billing department, after 30 minutes of ads it gives you a different number. When you call the gym back they finally give you the correct number for billing. They say its contract free but try and make you hold the membership for a year. All of this very illegal and probably the reason the Better Business Bureau doesnt support them.

Impossible to cancel membership and stop the company from taking money from me after I gave my bank routing number and debit card to a guy named Tony. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they wants to have their money taken from them at will. If they insist on getting your bank routing number, Id highly recommend taking this issue to court for fraud.

Gym is a scam. Very Unprofessional. You can not cancel inside the gym. If you dont believe me, try asking them what you have to do if you wanted to cancel. They will give you a telemarketers number and will be the start of your financial nightmare. Im serious and your credit score may become affected if you dont continue to pay.

Great atmosphere, equipment, people and staff.

This is my first gym membership ever. Ive always was afraid of working out, but this facility is so open and spacious, theres plenty of privacy to work out. I like the two story building: upstairs is cardio and downstairs is for everything else. The staff are super nice and helpful and there are so many different equipment and machines. They play trendy music that I enjoy and the price cannot be beat. I highly recommend this gym.

I joined because of the UltraFit program. I’ve lost 62 pounds working with an amazing trainer, Kim Bergen. This gym has a very diverse membership base of all ages. I’ve found that everyone is very polite and helpful. The gym has the equipment you need for your workout. It’s also nice that there is a place for children while you work out! I’m happy to be a member at this gym. Have no hesitation about joining! There are other benefits and amenities not mentioned that are a plus. Check it out!

I really love the environment of this gym! The staff is always professional, helpful, and attentive. The equipment is up to date and operable at all times. They offer several different group classes so you never have to worry about getting bored. The sauna, tanning, and in house child care make this gym a perfect fit for me!

I have been going to 10 Star Fitness for 3 years and it is great place! I joined because of the Ultrafit Trainers and program that are at 10 Star. It is the best personal training that I’ve ever had. I have been at 10 star since it was Coops and I have seen a huge improvement! The staff and trainers are so friendly and willing to assist the guests with anything they need. The facility is always clean and organized (no weights laying around or equipment out of place). Also, we just got a new stair master that I’m pretty excited about! Love this gym!!!!

I love how the employees at 10 Star are so personable and hands on! They offer memberships that include personal training and one-on-one help. Not to mention, the amount of workout equipment. Would definitely say this equipment is in much better quality than other gyms around town. 10 Star should be ranked above all of the other gyms without a doubt!

10 Star Fitness is the greatest gym I’ve been to. The gym is always clean, the members along with the staff are always friendly. The front desk are always helpful and very friendly. They make sure you have everything you need to have the best workout possible. Great looking out staff!!

While there is enough workout equipment, thats about all that is good about this place. The locker room always smells and the mens sauna looks like a scene straight out of a horror movie -- the wood is broken and the lighting is spotty at best.In addition, the no contracts thing is bull. Ive been trying to cancel for over a week and have been getting the run-around from the company the gym contracts out to to handle it.

Great Place to get your workout! The manager Matthew is awesome. My girlfriends headphones fell through the side of the stairs where the playground is and was freaking out since they were beats, but thanks to Matthew, he helped us get them. Also been going here for a couple years and wouldn’t change my gym for anything. Very good atmosphere to be in. Would recommend to anyone!

Gym is decent the Cancellation process is an effing nightmare, the employees wont help you at all because its not through them I would rather go to a worse gym that I can cancel if I have to. They told me to call a telemarketer who i spent 20 minutes on the automated service to finally talk to a human and find out they cant do anything over the phone. It has to be online which is even worse.

Its isnt a fancy gym like other spots club. But it has everything you need in a gym. The group classes are the best. I would recommend this to anyone who is motivated to get in a better shape.

It’s an amazing gym for the price you get. I been trying to find a gym with a sauna that’s cheaper then 30$ and I have. It has the same rates as planet fitness and the staff here are so friendly. And the best part about the gym is the Ultra⭐️Fit Program!-The Pyramid
