My second project with Rave Renovation involved interior painting, wrapping existing ceiling beams, installing additional ceiling beams, and remodeling a fireplace wall. The work that Rave Renovation did exceeded my vision and expectation. I am beyond pleased with the final product! The 2-week project was done professionally and timely. Their lead carpenter was the best that Ive interacted with over the past 30 years Ive owned homes.He was on time, kept me informed, and involved me throughout the process. Above all, he took pride in his work and treated my home as if it was his. I also appreciated the boss coming buy throughout the building phase to provide accountability and overall supervision.I have recommended Rave Renovation to friends moving to the area and will continue to do so as my interactions with them far exceeds that of other businesses Ive dealt with in the area. I have booked them for additional work in the near future, I look forward to it!

Made a huge mistake in going with this company for our deck project. The work was sloppy and rushed and 0 attention to detail was paid. The scope of the project was also not properly quoted so out project doubled in budget (should have been my first red flag). Called the company and asked the owners to come out twice. Jessica said that she would make sure I was satisfied and not let the crew leave until we were but didn’t offer to come look for themselves when I asked. Me being completely satisfied would have been to rip it all out and start again which no one can afford to do so what are we supposed to do? Many people in the neighborhood have asked about our experience and my response is the same. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want it to look good, be on time or come in on budget. We are so disappointed and sad we spent so much money and are so unhappy with the result.

*Update: I see in the owners response that he is unwilling to take responsibility for his lack of communication. Obviously things come up, obviously finding workers can be an issue. However, rather than be up front about that, he continued to string me along for two weeks before emailing that he couldnt do the project. The review is for poor communication and lack of professionalism. I stand behind that.I had Brian come out to the house to assess what I needed done and to provide an estimate. After looking at the house he told me Id have an estimate in 1-2 days. 4 days later, still no estimate. I reached out and he told me to give him another day or two. Nearly two weeks later I received an email that he was unable to provide an estimate or take on the job.I cancelled other companies that were scheduled to come out because Brian seemed knowledgeable and professional, and I wanted to work with him. I am now weeks behind on some time sensitive work.Do not call...very unprofessional, has no respect for others time, and has poor communication skills.

We are extremely happy with Uriah and Rave Renovations. After getting multiple quotes from others, they were the only ones willing to do a gabled roof for us, while remaining cost competitive. Uriah made sure that the job was done correctly and they made sure we were happy every step of the way. Both him and Brian never said no to any request and we love our new porch.

We called this company for a quote on fixing a small area of siding. They canceled and rescheduled us countless times, and then showed up the day that they were finally supposed to work and increased the price by almost 50% of the written quote. They had my contact information wrong numerous times, they failed to order the siding when the project was supposed to have been completed quite a while ago, and when I gave them an opportunity to correct it, they flat out ignored all communication. Extremely unprofessional and simply rude! Clearly not a straightforward or honest management/ownership involved. The tech that came out and the office staff were friendly, but the way it played out was extremely disappointing. In the process of waiting for them to do the job they said they would do, the damage to the siding got worse. As soon as I switched to another company, communication was clear, the price was better, and they actually followed through. It was my fault for giving them so many chances, but I figured with the decent reviews I should hang in there.... I wish I had dropped them the first time they called the wrong person about my service or the fifth or sixth time that they canceled on us.

I dont usually write reviews but I cant say enough about Rave Renovation. From start to finish they have been one of the best Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. From a complete rebuild of a damaged deck to several small projects around the house, they have been just fantastic and have done an amazing job. Looking forward to working with them on future projects and I would highly recommend them any time!

Uriah did an excellent job replacing old decaying wood on two story bay window. He removed the decay replaced with hardy planks and painted entire bay window. He was very pleasant to deal with and cleaned up everyday...so pleased with their work and will definitely use him and Rave Renovation again!

Rave Renovation installed permanent stairs to an attic space above our garage... a challenge with ceiling height 12 above floor level. The entire Rave team was a pleasure to work with. Every aspect of the process from the estimate, contract, scheduling, design, execution and cleanup was excellent! Uriah Wood meticulously designed the stairway to fit and match the existing perfectly. The craftsmanship was exceptional with every detail thought out. I can recommend Uriah and the Rave team without reservation. They will be working for me again!

I used Rave for porch repair including new columns and railings. Daniel did an awesome job and really gave our home a face lift. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be calling Rave for future projects.

Work was done in a timely manner.One day job took about 3 to 4 hours.Only think I thought to make Job even more timely was to come with everything needed to repair/do the job for as the materials need to fix repairs.

Estimator was on time and did a nice job estimating the scope of the work. Scheduling was prompt for the small one day job. Crew did a nice job repairing water damaged fascia behind a gutter that required a fair amount of labor. They were good about fixing a few areas that were damaged during the removal and replacement so that it looked like the original. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is the job took longer than estimated and the crew was a little late each day either from other jobs or personal reasons. Too their credit they kept me informed by text of their ETA.. I would definitely use them again.

Replace gutters, repair rotting wood damage, new roof, re-work front and side porches. Rave Renovations has done several projects for us and they continue to be professional and responsive. We will definitely call again and give out their contact information for anyone seeking renovation help.

I had a leak in the dining room ceiling due to inadequate flashing beneath the vinyl siding. Jerry removed the siding, installed new flashing, and re-installed the siding. He left me his card if I have any further issues. This is my first time using Rave Renovation. I really liked how on top of things they were. They promptly visited the property to prepare an estimate; they sent me the estimate within three days; once I accepted the estimate, they got my repair on their schedule quickly; and they did the repair on the day they said they would. During this entire time, the office staff was very responsive whenever I had a question. I will definitely reach out to them in the future.

Rave Renovation was very professional from the onset of their response to the work requested, to their communication throughout the process until the finish project was delivered. Their employee, Uriah, did an outstanding job in the home repairs we needed and delivered fast and beautiful results the same day. Rave Renovation completely outdid themselves on renovating my kitchen. My kitchen was the original kitchen from 1965. So it was definitely time for my kitchen to updated and more modern. The kitchen was originally supposed to be done back in March 2020, but due to COVID-19, the work was delayed until end of July 2020. But Rave were responsive and kept me updated on when the work will be done. They did an incredible job and Im very excited to use my new kitchen everyday!

Rave renovations built a laundry room for me and did great work. Very prompt, and kept me well informed. Everything came out great.

I have paid Rave Renovation in full to have my gutters installed and they took months and month to finally do it and then they only got it 80% done and never returned to do the remainder but took the full payment. I’ve called them and emailed them and they just keep saying they will come back but it’s been over 8 months so I just don’t have hope that they will ever finish.

I contacted a number of companies to get a quote on a repair and some were overly expensive, some wanted me to pay them for a quote, and others wouldnt even return my call. Dealing with Rave Renovation was a real pleasure which I have not been able to say frequently regarding other home repair vendors. They were very honest, fair priced and most importantly on-time or early. Jerry fixed up a leak in the flashing around my chimney. He gave me options, explained thoroughly what the issue was and how it could be fixed which made me feel very confident in his solution and approach. He even canvassed my yard 2-3 times with a magnet want to pick up any possible debris. I cant be more happy and will use Rave Renovations in the future.

We have had [2] entirely different type jobs done by Rave in the past 20 days. First we had 30 plus random pieces of vinyl siding replaced due to squirrel damage. They were able to match brand-color-and the end result is my exterior siding is again perfect.Second, we had our deck replaced. This was a custom designed replacement, with overhead boards arranged to create shade. They used the exact brand/color stain I selected, and again, the end result is that I have a beautiful new deck.In both cases, Vincent performed the work, and you should be so lucky to find people that listens, and clearly understand what you want. He was always on time-stayed as late as need be-and pays very much attention to details, and works on your project like it was his own.We have more projects coming up soon, these were just the first [2], we by all means will welcome Vincent and Rave back for more.Great job!!!!

I had several general home repairs completed by Uriah Wood at Rave. Uriah was very knowledgeable and knew how to tackle all the repairs. aka window trim repair, squirrel damage to outside trim, roof repair, door repair, ++. Not to mention, no mess. Everything was cleaned as he went. I would gladly use him again..

Weve used Rave Renovation for our seasonal gutter cleaning twice now and have been very pleased with the results. They communicate well, work in a timely fashion and for a reasonable cost. We will definitely be using them again.

Rave gave me a quote just days after I first called them. Jerry took his time evaluating the issues with our old gutters, and discussed options for how to best correct them. The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to start work pretty promptly. Jerry was very knowledgeable and was able to point out several other issues that we had been unaware of. I had them come out to fix a roof leak at my chimney. They were out promptly to look at it and get it repaired. After it was completed, it was cleaned so you didnt even know they were there.

I was extremely pleased with the service of Rave Renovations for my roofing needs in 2019. They are a local company and they were willing to do the additional things I needed done with my roof and fascia that the larger companies charged outrageous fees for anything “nonstandard”. Brian came to our home and walked through not only the roof but the insurance process with us. We decided on a color and he scheduled the installation for the following week. One of the things that impressed me the most was the professionalism of the entire crew during the job. They were courteous and helped with the many interruptions in their work flow caused by us. From kids going to school to dogs being walked, their team adapted and kept working with a smile. The job was completed in a single day and the yard looked the same as it did before the job was done. They had taken great care to move object and tarp the entire surroundings of the home. Brian visited a few days after to review my satisfaction with the job and it was my wife who stressed to him the professionalism of their crew. This roof has recently been installed and I do not foresee any issues with leaking but I am confident that, if there is any reason for Rave Renovations to return, they will come with a very professional crew and resolve the issue.

The company is extremely efficient in communications, analyzing problems, and providing solutions. We asked them to identify the source of a small roof leak, which had found its way into our sunroom through a ceiling fan. They looked closely at the construction of the sunroom, it’s attachment to the house, and identified several possible ways water could penetrate the roof into the sunroom. An estimate was provided for fixing every possibility, we accepted the proposal and the cost, and they implemented their solution within a week. Great job!
