Took a load with them. The van booked by us had some problem and we recovered it 2 hours before pick up. Informed UCW on new driver coming instead of previously booked. The new driver was already rolling to PU and there was no delay in initially agreed ETA. Nonetheless, UCW told that they had already rebooked it with someone else.How???? How can they rebook if we were rolling???ETA was the same as with the fist driver. They cancelled it and refused to pay TONU!And they were very rude:No you had a breakdown and changed the driver without giving us an accurate ETA. We booked a partial load with Jennifer from San Francisco to Los Angeles California and during transit, everything changed, but she sill took care of us as the carrier on the load! Both the office, the driver, and myself appreciate her working on a solution to make sure it ended well. Things happen, expectations blow up, and she still managed to come out strong! Thank you for not screwing us over as some brokers would be quick to do.

Trash company to work with they have there agents fill google with good reviews to make themselves look good. My personal experience dont work with this company they are thieves they will give you a load and start charging you for things that werent even in the Signed agreement. Missed 1 call they charged $200 driver missed a call another $200 driver arrived early they charged $500 for arriving 30 min early. all in all i was supposed to get paid $2100 after all the charges and its bin almost 3 months and still havent received anything from this 2 bit company and there baby agents.

Horrible experience. They gave me a load from NC-CA Military freight that required a team and we drove 2700 miles in two days, when we got to the delivery the workers at the facility did not want to go inside our trailer and told us that we needed to bring a pallet jack and that our broker was supposed to inform us of that. I called the broker and they told me to come back on Monday and they agreed to pay a layover of 600 for 3 days. I was fine with that we came back on Monday with a pallet jack and delivered the load and the bills were signed off by the receiving dept. In two months my factoring company tells me this load is not being paid because it we delivered late then they tried to say I double brokered it because I gave it to my Leased Owner Operator who is pushing my trailer and I sent UCW a Lease Agreement. They have refused to pay me and I have filed for small claims and on there bond. This is robbery we did our Job and we were robbed by UCW. Patrick claimed to be the owner and I am just finding out he is the manager they just keep lying to me and pushing the court date, they have cost me my credit and my driver and have caused my mental pain and suffering from this $4,600.00 hit I had to take my son out of his day care and I had to cancel a family vacation to San Diego. I pray to God that they get what they deserve for what they put my Family and I through
