Ive been dealing with Ms Miranda Dore, and I have to say that she has went above and beyond to try and place me in a position that meets my qualifications and experiences. She stays in consistent communication, if I need to ask a question or anything, I normally get a response within 20-30 .ins of an email. Even when she was out sick. I have never been made feel as worthless as they made me feel.The interview went well and I was assured that she could place me immediately. I was told when and how to communicate. When I tried, I was either put on hold, hung up on or my calls were never returned. After 2 months, I gave up.You know, looking for job can be pretty depressing at times... but to have been lied to face to face and then to be ignored by a temp agency?Thanks for nothing but letting me down. You should have just been honest with me if you could not help.

For starters they are so sweet in the office and my bad experience was due to lack of communication. They found me job placement immediately which was amazing however during the interview process and even before I started my first assignment I was under the impression that I could be hired on whenever the company wanted to offer me the position. Come to find out there isnt a contract with me the employee but there is a contract with the company and thats where they get you. I was placed in my DREAM job working with such amazing people and because the contracted stated I either had to work over 500 hours which comes out to be 3 months and over $13,000 in the Liberty Groups pocket or pay a buy out which was close to $4,000 I was told i couldnt be hired on. I was not aware that there was a contract that prevented me from being hired on immediately otherwise i would have never started with them. If your someone looking to be a temp for over a year then this is the place for you but if you are someone looking for immediate job placement do not go to the Liberty Group because at the end of the day your nothing but money to them and they will not allow you to succeed further until they make their money...
