I was in need of a job about 4 years ago and they helped me and a few of my friends get jobs RIGHT AWAY!!! This place really saved me!!!!They will help you in any way they can!!!

Theres a lady who works in the office(Jennifer) who was a great help.i worked under eldeco at the arthrex site and they fired every aerotek employee three days b4 my 90 days was up.this prevented me from getting the job the site manager and my crew leader had personally promised me and this other guy. unless I wanted to wait 6 months to be eligible for hire by eldeco due to their legal agreement with the temp company.this was over a workmans comp claim aerotek refused to settle . Kinda rubbed me the wrong way bc I enjoyed the job and was well liked by all of the supervisors and bosses.

Applied 2 weeks ago and called to verify my application but now theyve got my ss# and all my information and it seems like the company no longer exists Ive tried calling everyday for 2 weeks and it goes to voice-mail everytime whether they are gone or not that is highly unprofessional.

I want to brag on Lauren and Kimberly from Aerotek! They went out of their way for myself and for many others that I work with. They went over and beyond, and they made sure that the ones who wanted a permanent position, got a permanent position! We work for an amazing company, great benefits, great hours, great people! Hopefully I will never have to use a staffing agency again, but if I do, I will absolutely call Lauren at Aerotek!

Started out well with this company. Every assignment I was given I was offered long-term employment, but the environments were either not what I was looking for or just became intolerable. Well, I finally found an assignment I liked and when I asked my recruiter, Casey, if I could retrieve my live check because I needed my money ASAP for bills and whatnot, she said they change their policy even though the other guy on my line said he was picking his up Friday. When she didn’t like my reply, which was a bit of lite sarcasm, she said I was being rude and went on a power trip threatening to end my assignment right then and there at 7:30 in the evening while I was at the gym. Well, I’m from New York where sarcasm is a way of life and we have thick skin and do not succumb to bullying or threats, so she ended my assignment after nearly a year of loyal service. One of the worst staffing agencies with incredibly petty employees.

Where do I start? What a great staffing Company, Cole Patterson went above and beyond to find something that best suits me I would refer anyone to these great people. AreoTek thanks for the opportunity and thanks for showing me that all staffing companies are not all the same. Great Job!

People there play you. They know that you have been looking for months for a job and promise you you will have one. They never called my references and they never called to schedule me the interview with the customer and of course never returned my calls or emails. I have been desperately looking for work since June and I let them know this when I was on the phone with them before my interview with them and while there I told her again and she said I will call your references now and set up an interview with the company that will do your interview for the job. 3 weeks and not a word. I wouldnt work for this company or do any business with this company if I was paid a million dollars. They made me wait 30 minutes after my appointment to even come get me. Keep looking dont try here and businesses need to find other temp agencies to go through. I finally got a call on 12-14-15 saying that the company was looking for someone. I was told 2 weeks ago they decided not to hire anyone and the call Monday said the person working there failed the background check.. It takes a month for a background to come back???? NOT!!! I said I was still interested have my reference again and she called it but again nothing. She said she would call them and setup an interview but still nothing. I am losing everything I own because I cant find a job and she knows this and keeps getting my hopes up about a job.

Piss poor company. They misrepresent the jobs they have and they are completely incompetent. Unorganized buffoons! On top of it all I was told to pick up my first paycheck since it would be a live check. I took my lunch to travel to greenvill to pick up my check. The women up front tells me it was mailed. Seriously?!! Now its Saturday pretty sure the mail has come and gone and still no check. Guess what?? Monday is a holiday. That will be 4 days late. Never go back!

I have been working with Lauren. She is awesome to work with. She placed me at a great company. So far all is good. Definitely recommend her as well as Aerotek. Employment screening is fast and simple.

Aerotek is the first staffing company Ive worked for. In my process of searching for the right staffing company, I visited a few different places and Aerotek was by far the most professional and friendly. They made me feel like I was important and quickly found a position for me with a well-known company. The position they found for me has turned out to be a great fit. Ive been employed with them since December 2017. Kimberly Neperud is the rep from Aerotek that did my initial interview, searched for open positions for me, and has been my go-to contact since they hired me. She has been extremely helpful and is always quick to respond when I call or email her about anything. The experience has been great and I recommend them to anyone!

Had a decent experience first time, the second time different guy was super hateful. Told me that before the interview that i made up my resume. Im like dude you dont know me how are you gonna say that? Very uppity!

I submitted my resume. I received a phone call from Ryan the very next day. He went over my resume and asked what type of work I was seeking and how much I was looking for. Then a meeting was setup for me to come in a few days later. At this meeting with Ryan, he once again went over my resume, asked what type of work I was seeking and how much I was looking for. It was literally the exact same conversation we had on the phone a few days prior.Almost 4 weeks have gone by. I have emailed and called to get a follow-up and I have heard nothing. On the phone and during our meeting, he claimed to really like my resume and have connections with some 80+ employers and companies so it wouldnt be a problem finding me something.All of it was a lie and an absolute waste of my time. Fortunately for me, I have found work through a direct hire, not an agency. I just had to share my terrible experience with Aerotek.I certainly do not recommend using this agency to seek work. There are employers looking to hire and there are some recruiters and agencies willing to find you work, however, this Aerotek location in Greenville/Mauldin is definitely not one of them.

It was an excellent experience. I got a direct hire job within 2 weeks of my first contact with Sawyer Davis. He found me a better job than I had before. I would recommend him and this company to anyone looking for a job. Thank You Aerotek.

Sent me to a job that was suppose to last 3 weeks and it ended early. I was suppose to go to a job paying the same amount instead I was told it was pending and prior to that I was told I would get lunch which I never received. Don’t go here they give you misleading information about the jobs

Aerotek in Greenville is all about numbers. They don’t care about their employees one bit. I had a better experience with the office in Charleston. The recruiter I work with in Greenville is highly unprofessional, never answers phone calls or emails for well over a month. When I let her boss know she was unprofessional she called me on her personal phone to confront me about what I had said. If you don’t believe me just go sit in the office for an hour and listen to all the people coming in to complain.

Mary and Catie and another unknown employee are a complete joke. Of all the Staffing places, they are definitely the worst. They have no clue how to match people up with their skill set and then get mad when you refuse to work on an assignment that doesn’t fit. If you want valuable & personalized care, then you should look elsewhere. Complete waste of time and they never return your calls either!

I visited Aerotek in Greenville SC. My experience was very prompt and professional. The Commercial Recruiter that helped me was Sharmaine Johnson. She extended to me a vast and variety of job opportunities with shifts that were well suited for me. She was excellent at matching me to suitable jobs. There are a lot of agencies out here but this one has best represented me and my qualifications. Go see Ms. Johnson, you wont regret the experience!!!

The absolute worst company to work for. They didnt bother to give me a pay card during my orientation. They said it would take ten days to get a card. Never told me I was supposed to get a temp card during my orientation. When I asked about it after ten days past, they proceeded to hold my check back and I lost the job they put me on because I needed the money. Then they gave me the runaround for almost a month and tried to blame me when they should have just put it in the mail according to proceedure. They made every excuse in the world deflecting their guilt. I would be working for them now if they would have left my check alone instead of bouncing it back and forth. Im not the first person they did this to. I would definitely not recommend working for them.

Not sure why people are bashing this place. They did good finding me a job. My recruiter stayed calling everyday and made sure they found something that fit me. I recommend this place to anybody. Sometimes the person just wants the job they cant provide. Thats all I can say for the bad reviews.

I would not recommend at all. I passed a drug test and went to an orientation for a position there and was given a start date. I was bitten by a spider and hospitalized for 4 days because of the poison in my legs. I informed. Them every step of the way and even sent pictures of the paperwork and my hospital bracelet while receiving treatment. Not only did I lose that position after pushing myself to get my legs right in 2 days, They would not return a call period. Over a month later they tried to call me. If you actually need to work dont put your faith in Aerotek alone.

Went through the whole interview process and drug test for Magna Decostar through them just to have them reschedule a training class for next week. When asked if I could start work the same week as training class was told theyd get back to me. Never heard anything back from them. The number I usually call to speak with someone onsite all of sudden is not working and going straight to voicemail. Idk who has that much time to sit around and wait on a wishy washy job that reschedules out the blue. A man when I went for my interview had been there twice for an interview they scheduled for him for the next week just to have turned him away twice and reschedule him a 3rd time for the next week because of miscommunication within the company. Smh

Aerotek is a pretty awesome hiring company. Yes they are selective but thats exactly why they are good at job placements for bigger companys.But what really made love working for Aerotek is Lauren Stockon. You have a problem with a job and the supervisor. You inform them multiple times and they do nothing about it. They will terminated you from them bc the other company doesnt want you. Olivia is great on talking but her or the aeroket family doesnt look out when you tell them you have a problem.

I would not recommend working for this company. I worked for them for three months without any absenses or being late and they ended my assignment because I was got sick at work and left early. I had an excuse from the emergency room and I used the callout line to callout and they still fired me. Rhame gets a kick out firing people and Ryan lies about helping you get your job back.

Very unprofessional. Turned down two jobs because they said I would start on Wednesday. I turned in all my infornation a week prior and called repeatedly for a week and my recruiter never answered her phone. Their excuse as to why I hadnt gotten a call was because they were still waiting after a week on my (clean) background check. They finally called after their business hours the day before I was suppose to report to work only to tell me that they didnt get my background check in time before they had the spots filled. That all my information cleared but not in time before they filled all the spots and that I would have to wait for the next class (undetermined how long that would be).

This stupid place called my boyfriends current job for a reference without him knowing and then never called him for the job he applied for. Now his current job is treating him horrible trying to make him quit. They loved him before Leah Jones called his job. If you apply here dont put down your current job, they may call them and then never hire you!!! Stupid!!!!

Terrible company to work for! They say theyll send your live check to you to recieve it on Friday, but didnt recieve it until Tuesday because of the weather! ( its summer time. The only weather is RAIN. ) Wouldnt recommend this company to ANYBODY!

They are full of crap. They will call u for a 2 minute interview. Sat they have something for you. But you have to constantly call and email them to get them to follow through. Then they may set u up for orientation I got there 10 minutes early then my set time. But they made me sit for 50 minutes until they came and got me did they orientation took my drug test and did the online orientation THEN NEVER heard back from them. Really? The recruiters is so unprofessional and they dont want to help you . its sad because all people want is to come there and have some help finding a decent job and the workers that suppose to do that do not want to help you. SMH I hope something is done about this company.

Went to Aerotek about 2 years ago I guess it was now. They offered me one job, and I met with the people and I wasnt the right fit and they had nothing more to do with me.

Honestly, it is a waste of time. Although it is direct hire, you go through multiple interviews, and then you still may not get the job, or complete any screens or paperwork. Also, I didnt like the fact that they interview for companies that have already chosen a candidate for the job.

Highly unprofessional and even went as far as falsifying job history in my resume for a position I had no interest in. The recruiter didn’t bother acknowledging any of my education, work experience, or skills when finding a job.

Lindsey Carney that works at Aerotek spends time while at work posing as a lawyer harassing my company and leaving bad reviews about our work on her mothers home,We have not done any work for Lindsey and wanted to notify Aerotek of her harassmentand unprofessional behavior while at work.
