Super quick in and out on a drop and hook

Came here to pick up a load. I was in and out within 1 hour.Check your weights, I ended up being 78,800 gross and 2600 pounds overweight on my trailer axle. After sliding my wheels 3 times I managed to balance it just right.33,800 on trailer, 33200 on drives and 11800 on steer.

It’s a hit or miss. Been here many times. Sometimes loaded in 45 minutes and sometimes it takes 4-5 hours. Very Polite People though.

Quick and friendly, from the security guard to the shipping & receiving staff. Make sure to have a clean trailer,Also a heads up, the drive way to the entrance to location is after the train tracks to your left at the light.

This place goes with different names. But location adress is 2721 white horse road its us40 warehouse. Friendly people. Friendly guard. Friendly check in n fast loader. They know value of time. Not sure about over nite parking but i guess they wont mind. At least not on the street. Its quite. 👍👍 Good place to get loaded. Enough space to back in safely. Do make sure to check weight. I was over weight on drive axles. But that was fixed even quicker than loading. Happy happy 🤩

Came here for a pick up at 0930. Was told my appointment was at 1300. I was early so I just waited. Got a dock at 1100 and was loaded within an hour. Polite staff from the guard to the shipping office. Trailer must be clean

Horrible. Don’t come early. Got here at 1230 for a 3 pm appointment. 1st shift could have loaded me but decided they rather not....it’s 5:51 and I’m still here getting loaded.

Great job for people who want to work. A little structure is needed and a few good people are there, but hours are jacked up but checks will not come up short and the pay is nice

Very nice and friendly employees from the guard to the receiving office. I was in and out in no time. They actually asked politely if I wouldnt mind putting my empty trailer in a door before I left with my loaded one.

My appointment was at 3pm I signed in at 2pm and didnt leave there until almost 9 p.m. they said that there was a problem with my load that they need to fix. To me its very disrespectful to the drivers that they treat us like this. companies like this make a big deal when the driver is late but when the driver is on time they make him late and mess up his whole week sitting at a loading dock for 6hours. I could have already been down the road for another 300 miles making money. They should be ashamed of themselves and the way they treat the drivers.

One star because I can not leave 0 stars. Do yourself a favor a find another load that does not pick up from this warehouse. It is a dry goods warehouse that uses appointments and still takes over 10 hours to get loaded. Calling them inefficient or ineffective would not do them justice I would say incompetent. In the world of e-logs this place has to be shut down.

Consider using robots to load trucks. These loaders are slower than a dead snail.

People were nice except GM. He lied to my face about working with my disability. I missed work because of it. I came back to work and the next day when my shift ended he had agent call me at home to end my assignment. When Lane Aire comes in to take over i hope they review what type of management they have representing their company.

To far back off the road and has no house number or street posting of business location .and when driving a 18 wheels this business is hard to locate if you never been there.

This place is screwed up, boycott, or plan ahead, no convenient bathrooms to use while you sit here for hours waiting.Stay AWAY
