Once upon a time...I dropped candle wax on my computer. I had two other people look at my computer and called various places to see if I could find help. No one was able to help me and honestly I was loosing hope...until, I met Sergio. I was recommended by another person who couldnt help me and to my surprise Sergio said: todo tiene arreglo. Meaning everything has a fix. I left my computer for as many days needed for the parts to come in. He fixed it the same day he received all the parts which was amazing timing for me. In sum, he fixed my computer (hardware wise) which I believed and was told could not be fixed. He really is my hero as I rely on my computer so much for college work. A few days later, I discovered a new issue- my audio software was not working. I came in once again and he said that it was a software issue when he initially fixed my hardware days before. Once again he become my hero and fixed it within 20 minutes! I can truly say, I trust this man with my computers life and mine! Thank you so much Superman!

We brought in 4 computers for repair, one of them the power supply was completely burnt out. Surge Tech upgraded, reset and improved memory on all the computers quickly, and replaced the power supply. The computers are working great.

I reached out to this company online in the middle of the night, and had a reply first thing in the morning. The service was EXTREMELY QUICK, and the price was EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE AND FAIR. The work I had done would have cost a couple of hundred had gone somewhere else, but it cost me less than $50.00. He even threw in a part I was missing for free. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SERGIO GARCIA. Sergio is an excellent technician! I needed to retrieve the data on my hard drive and took my computer to him- expecting to just be told when to pick it up it... well no, not at Surge Tech! Not only did he rescue all of my files but he also took time to explain every single step and patiently answered all of my questions. Sergio was super nice and super helpful! He actually knows what hes talking about unlike several other reccomended computer repair shops on Google, and hes not going to cheat you either. He tells you exactly what he thinks is wrong and why he thinks that may be the case. He really cares about actually fixing the problem, not just replacing some expensive part and earning money regardless. He even looks at it the first time for free! Google doesnt have the location down well. Hes inside Los Garcia, which has delicious food being sold so its a win-win the whole way! I live in Clemson and Im still definetly going back if I ever have computer problems again. I highly reccomend him, dont bother with anyone else. Update 4/6/2018 ... he did it again. After 2 days of work (and I’m pretty computer handy) I couldnt resolve my Bluetooth problem. Sergio had it fixed info 30 minutes and his charge was reasonable.
