Im usually someone computer savvy enough that I can troubleshoot my own issues, but suddenly, one came up that I couldnt troubleshoot. Thats when I came to Danny and submitted my work request on Friday and he had it done the very next work day. Danny definitely understands what hes doing and the most time efficient way to troubleshoot your device. He charges appropriately for the level of expertise he welds and is very responsive in both giving updated and receiving inquiries.

My laptop needed a new hard drive and its either buy a new one or have it repaired. They fixed it promptly, saved me a ton of money, and were very professional. Highly recommend you go before anywhere else.

I know nothing about computers other than using the programs I use. Computers on Main have been extremely helpful and understanding.

Update: I had to update this review for great customer service. After my original review I was contacted by the owner who told me to bring the computer in and theyd make things right. They took my computer, worked on it, and it seems its in great shape now. They told me if I had any further issues to bring in right away. I was very impressed and wanted to update my review to reflect that. Good customer service is priceless in this day and age!_______________________________________________________________________Wish I could write a good review as I liked the guy and had high hopes for the computer. Since getting the computer, which I was told only had a bit of a screen issue because it was dropped, I have had nothing but problems. The hard drive was replaced, a USB port, and the screen repaired. Well to start the screen began to split requiring purchasing a new screen housing and paying to have that installed. Then the keyboard started doing this weird thing where it would just stop in the middle of whatever I was doing requiring a re-start so I could type again. Then the keyboard died completely. I have purchased several replacement keyboards online, after contacting the seller trying to buy a replacement without any reply, and each one does not work. I am now facing an additional $80 expense to buy a genuine keyboard all the while the issue of the keyboard stopping responding continues. I have spent the cost of the computer again in trying to repair all the things wrong with it. Im just hoping I can get the computer to make it one more year before I can afford to purchase a brand new one from a reputable seller. Be careful, you get what you pay for and this guy definitely represents his computers as better than they are :( Very bummed.

I visited this establishment yesterday, and I couldn’t be more satisfied!My computer had a virus, and after taking my device to a different store and being quoted a long wait time and a more expensive bill than I had to pay, I stumbled across this jewel. Not only are their prices affordable, but they had my computer up and working in no time. I also love their location! It’s so close to many restaurants and things to do while you wait. Lastly, the technician was so informative on things I can do to help get the most out of my device that I never knew. I felt like they genuinely appreciated my business and I will definitely visit them in the future for all of my computer needs!

My brother was in the market for a computer and so I decided to give this place a try. The prices were great and the customer service was even better. We live in Michigan and this company shipped the computer to us and it works great. So great in fact that a year later we bought one and we couldnt be happier. They have a customer for life.

One of my kids decided downloading an email attachment was a fantastic idea to have while using my computer. I decided taking it to computers on main was also a good idea. I was right. They had me fixed up and back to work in no time!

Why would you go anywhere else?! If you have a computer issue, these guys can take care of it. Forget the Geeksquad. Dont overpay for service. Computers on Main can take care of you.
