Love, love, love them! Outstanding service from beginning to end. I strongly feel that 5 stars is way too low compared to the way I was treated. Spoke with Michelle on the phone who simplified setting up my appointment. She was such a delight to speak with and had me laughing and wearing a smile on my face after the call ended. BUT! Then I met Steve! He wound up being an extension to Michelle. When he walked into my apartment, I immediately felt energized, knew I could trust him and it felt like I knew him for years, instead of moments! He was: awesome, so helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, detailed oriented, treated my items that had to be moved as if they were his own, patient and not only sported a beautiful, genuine smile, but that really is who he is! Steve did an excellent job to my heavily soiled carpets. Kudos to Rainbow’s Associates! They ROCK and thank you all for such an easy, quick and fun experience! Oh yes, definitely going to spread the word starting here!

I wasted $65. Left typical household stains behind & said he usually has a special stain remover but didn’t have any at the time of service. My carpet looks exactly the same as it did before he arrived. I was hopeful & thought maybe it would look better after drying completely. I was wrong.

Patrick was amazing he did an awesome job. My sons room was the worst, I didnt think it was going to come clean. I will definitely be using their services again!

Had them come out due to a busted pipe, & they put holes in my walls that were in otherwise good shape, didnt drain the literal pool of water that was below my house like they said they were going to do, and they couldnt even do a follow up appointment for quoting without first having to contact them half a dozen times. Had a local professional do job instead that was much better and expedient, that found everything they neglected to do. They get two stars instead of one because at least the job appraiser was nice and polite. My wife and I do not recommend this business.

Rainbow international is a great service Ive been using them for about 3 years now and my carpet is always very dirty and they always get it very clean.

Patrick did a fantastic job on our couch and carpet!! My husband literally said “Wow! You can’t see any of the stains.” We have pets and this was a much needed service. You can certainly tell the pride Patrick takes in his job- he goes above and beyond to make you happy! I’ll be a customer for life as long as Patrick is there! Our couch and carpets couldn’t look better! It was very affordable and the quality outweighs the cost. Thanks Rainbow International!!
