Dylan was great. Noticed how dirty our Jeep was, and that we were 1800 miles from our home state. So he took extra care in getting us “back to life”. Wonderful attitude. Thank for the care and smile Dylan!

My experience of this place was good because of the customer care. They do have a quality car wash and available vacuums. But I accidentally locked my keys in the car while finishing up with vacuuming. Vince went beyond his job description to assist me. I would recommend this place because a business is only as strong as the employees they have. I have been one other time and the young man there was equally as kind and attentive to his job.

Dylan was great. Just went on a 1500 mile road trip. The first wash got the car looking nice but there were some bugs and dirt left. I talked to Dylan and he told me to go through again. Quality service, A+ Car wash. High key recommend

Used to be really good. Started out at $5 for really good wash. The price went up to $6 $7 then $8 but the quality went down. A new car wash opened up across the street which might have influenced the company to lower the price back to $5. That didnt last but a few weeks and the price jumped to $10 for the basic wash. It did not do nearly as good of a job as it used to. The soap did not get rinsed off the back window of my car.

I just moved to town and I was referred by my Neighbor to come check out zips because I was interested in local car washes. They said talk to Dylan. When I got up here he gave me the run the down on the place and what they have to offered. After hearing I ended up buying a fast pass!! Great guy and Personality! This place gets my 5 ⭐️

Paid for the most expensive package because my car was pretty dirty only to find out that the only difference was a few different colored liquids sprayed when going through the system. Not worth the money unless youre only doing the $5 option. My car was still very dirty after going through. And the tire shine did absolutely nothing - after my tires dried they were exactly the same, just less dirt. (Photos show car even after I lightly scrubbed it myself while it was still wet) Not worth the money.

Upfront the staff is great. However, I have been coming to this car wash the last month since buying a fast pass and the lights that tell you what wash you are getting still doesn’t work! How do I know as a customer I am getting the proper wash along with how does the staff know I am getting the proper pre services for the package I bought. Zips if you want to keep customers take the time and do the proper maintenance and keep everything in good working condition!

Like there was no soap- still had dirty windows, windshield, and entire top of my car had junk still on it. Even still had some dirt spots on the side panels. Will NOT be back.

I got a $15.00 dollar carwash, but it looked like a $6.00 car wash. I told the young boy there about it he acted like he could careless. He didn’t offer to make it right or nothing . I was bothering him from texting and being on his phone. This location didn’t have any towels out there or no cleaner this location used to be top notch, but not anymore. I had to flag that kid down to let him know there was no towels. He acted as if I was bothering him. He needs to find him a new job if he don’t like his job. I will not be back to this location and I will tell others not to go there either .

Good place for a quick wash.

To be on such a busy road you would think you would get a good wash considering location and price. Soap all over my car when I pulled out and marks all over my car from a half a** wash job. I could have done it better by hand if I had the time. So much for being in the area and wanting a quick wash. Definitely will not be back

Just paid $20 for a car wash that included bug off...not only does car have dirty streaks still, but there are still hundreds of bugs. Worst car wash ever. Waste of money.

Zips is amazing and great value

Have had the monthly plan for several years. Once a good value! Now lots of equipment doesn’t work, still closed at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and overall decline in service, value. Sad really, what with all the new competition ☹️.

I’ve been a prepaid monthly customer for 2 years. When I first started using this facility, I was very pleased. It was convenient and the staff was great. In the past 6-9 months, the staff has changed and the quality has declined. I can’t tell you how many times my car has exited the wash still covered in soap to be told “Yeah something is broken today”. Great. Thanks. The vacuums are pathetic and the majority of the staff is rude and disappears 2 seconds after they send you through the wash. After my visit this morning, I would rather go through the hassle of using a garden hose in my front yard. I feel like this location is a waste of my and I am absolutely taking my business elsewhere.

The wash is ok. Equipment seems to need some calibration. For example The second set of wrap brushes on the drivers side actS at if its got too much pressure on the vehicle. The brush smacks around my stationary mirror instead of gliding over it like the other side brushes. Its as if the wash has a hard time cleaning rims and tires. Ive asked for the tire shine to be off, but sometimes its left on.

Not getting the car as clean as when I went to Snappy several times a week. New owners dont seem to keep the building as clean and maintenance as it use to be. Anyone else feel like the speed of the was is faster and I always have to spend extra to clean down my wheels. I hope they get better because I love the unlimited washes, but its not worth it now.

We have the fast pass on all 3 of our cars. This is a great all-in-one car wash. They have added towels to wipe the interior of your car with. Snappy washes our cars so well, a guy at a local dealership wanted to know where my husband gets his truck detailed. I hope Snappy expands to more locations

Best value for people who like to keep your car clean. $40 per month for the top end car wash gets you unlimited washes per month, so whenever my car gets dirty, I know I can just drive in and get a wash. They have high power vacuums and cleaning cloths on hand so you can make your car clean inside and out.

Before Zips acquired Snappy, the services provided were always fantastic. The tire wet was better, the soap was better, the customer service- and everything else. Now, it seems that Zips does the bare minimum to operate their locations- especially this one. I visited on April 29th, 2019, and the vacuums were down, the tire wet dispenser did not work, the top-of-car wash mechanism didnt work, and the green light at the end of the line did not work. Additionally, only one attendant was present, and seemed stressed and over-worked. If Zips will improve, Ill continue my now 2 year subscription. If they dont, Im high-tailing it to one of their competitors who already seem to be way better in service. Get it together, Zips, because I guarantee Im not the only one who has seen such a drastic decline in service quality.**UPDATE**:24 days following my initial review, the tire wet still doesnt work, my car is again left soapy, and corporate has not responded to my written complaints. I washed my car today, 5/16, and the apathetic attendant wearing ear buds barely rinsed half of my car on only one side and didnt seem too happy. I dont blame him. Im sure hes over-worked and under-paid. One person cant handle managing an entire car wash. Snappy staffed adequately, but Zips cut staffing back to one poor soul who Im sure is stressed out of his mind. Id probably be wearing ear buds to survive the day myself. Thank goodness for brand new competition opening all over the surrounding area. Zips just lost a customer who cant wait to get a better weekly wash at a clean, friendly, reliable facility- all for the same price.

The worst Zips location Ive been to. Most of the vacuums have awful suction. The tire shine applicator must be broken, so even if you say no tire shine, it gets applied to the passenger side tires anyway - including the rims. (Ive messaged them about this and it never got addressed). My truck comes out with a significant amount of soap & water still on it because the dryer stinks. On top of all that, the parking area around the vacuums is extremely cramped. It blows my mind that this is the same company as the Zips on Hwy 81 in Anderson - that one is top notch.

I love the $20 monthly unlimited pass. My kids love it too and always want to help. Go in the mornings. The guys in the morning tend to wipe the car down better initially so you dont have to scrub a lot of extra stuff off when drying your car after. The vacuums are great!

Thank you Snappy for going the extra mile to help remove the road paint splatter that the lane painters got all over my car while I was sitting at a light. You went above and beyond to help me remove the paint and get my car clean. It made my day. My car looks great!

They have a $20 deal for a month of car wash, as many days as you want to stop by. Great deal and good service. I love that they have wet rags for wiping your car interior and exterior after the wash.

Today was my first time going to Snappy. My complaint isnt with the staff who were nice and helpful. My problem was with the wash. My car still had bugs all over it, dirt and grime are still evident and now there are spots all over my car! Plus when I went to vacuum and use the towels I noticed that my hood now has a chip in the paint and I can tell you with absolute certainty that there were NO nicks or chips in my paint before! And the vacuum didnt reach beyond my front passenger door! And to top it all off the machine didnt give me a receipt so if I were to call customer service to complain Id have no proof of purchase. I thought it would be better than it was. Im disappointed and didnt have $10 to waste. I will be going somewhere else or doing it myself at a coin wash from now on. I honestly dont believe I got what I was paying for. :-(

Second time here and the experience was ok. The vacuums did a OK job at suctioning compare to the other places. Limited parking spaces after car wash due to inoperable vacuums or people sitting in their car on the phone. Had a guy in a 4 runner the whole entire duration of our visit just talking on his phone while people were on standby trying to find a parking space to use the vacuum. Car wash did OK but definitely missed a couple of spots here and there.

Love taking my car almost every day because I have the monthly plan and go unlimited times! Also love that they added the towels to dry off the car! Love snappy!!Updated review 3 years later- not as good as it used to be. Leaves soap on car, and it just isn’t doing the job it used to. Seems like things have changed a couple of months after it changed to zips from snappy. Don’t know if we will stick to this place. Sometimes vacuums aren’t working well either. They come off the tube sometimes. We like the customer service but car wash needs to improve.

I love Snappy! Its the only car wash where my car comes out sparkling clean every time. I also love the free vacuum. Its so fast and convenient that even people on busy schedules still have time to keep their cars clean.

I’ve been a regular at Snappy’s ( and now Zip’s) for about two and a half years and I have finally decided it’s time to take my business elsewhere. Over the last year or so the customer service, car wash and equipment have totally fallen apart. There is constantly something broken on the car wash. I went twice in a span of about 3 weeks and the top brush that cleans the roof of the cars was broken on both occasions. Today when I went, the tire shine brush was broken. The vacuum heads fall off very easily and some don’t even work. The past two visits here there have been only 1-2 dry towels that have clearly been used and thrown back on the clean towel cart. They were soaking wet and dirty. Today, I had dirt ALL over my car after the car wash today and it literally looked like someone had taken a dry brush and just marked through the dirt. This was on the hood, the front bumper of the car, front of both side mirrors, in the door handle nooks, on the trunk door, near the license plate, etc. There was even another customer there complaining to the staff about the botch job on his car, too. After the wash, there was still soap in several different spots on the car. The ONLY reason I don’t give them 1 star is because it is convenient, quick and cheap. Just know you will get what you pay for! Unfortunately, I would 100% recommend you go elsewhere.

There are many car wash places in the area. It seems like the monthly option is a good value. The bug off I paid extra for didnt really work for me, but the free vacuum is nice.

This is the only place we use now. Its affordable, fast, consistent, and does the best job out of any automated car wash around. We also like taking advantage of the free vacuum. No need to hurry and worry about pumping more quarters in before that annoying sound goes off telling you to feed it more money. This place has really changed the way we feel about automated car washes.

If you want a cheap car wash and dont mind doing the interior of your car yourself, I highly recommend this place. For about $5 you can get the basic option, which also comes with free use of the vacuum. It is fast and convenient.

Snappy is a semi-automated carwash. I have had only positive experiences here. Its a great, lower cost alternative to a full-service wash and vacuum, and is a far better option to the do-it-all-yourself, old-school washes.Occasionally, the machine does a poor job on my wheels, but the attendants are great, and if you bring it to their attention, they will manually wash your wheels, or run your car through again. They do not allow you to leave unsatisfied, if you will just bring it to their attention. I read a few other remarks where people claim that they got a bad wash. Again, if youre not completely satisfied, let the attendants know and they will fix you up.There are ample self-serve vacuum bays, with hoses on each side of your car. Convenient location, good equipment, great service, and reasonable prices make it Snappy car wash a great find!

This is my new favorite car wash! There is plenty of help on hand so the only wait is for the cars in front of you to get through the car wash, which is impressively fast! You can choose one of several options from a one time car wash to a monthly flat rate of unlimited car washes at 3 different levels ranging from $20 - $40 / month. There are PLENTY of vacuums to use and I didnt see anyone having to wait for one. They also provide towels to dry your car before you drive off so your car really stays clean. I also appreciated their sign that politely says, please help keep this service free by returning the towels when you are finished.

I maintain a subscription to this place. $30 per month keeps my truck shining. One of my colleagues ribs me about having a clean farm truck. Its easy with Snappy.

I just left the snappy express wash #2 and my truck has the same dirt on the sides and I paid for the tire shine and my tires look like they haven’t touched any water or tire shine. My windows and hood is filthy. So disappointed I in the past would bring my car often but now I have a truck and this. Not happy at all.

The kids that work here do not. The one worker didnt even look at me directing me into the wash. So I came in at a weird angle causing me to go over the belt I was going on to. I said to him You were not looking. I hope I didnt do anything to my car. He laughed and said I was not looking. Told me to back up and correct it, as if it was my fault. It seems every time I come through here they arent paying attention, they are slow, or not doing their job. I come here often but I will be cancelling my service and taking it else where.

First time getting a wash here and the manager Dylan had great customer service and made sure my car came out looking brand new.

This is a nice place for a quick car wash. The staff brush clean the windshield and rear window before the automated wash begins which is a nice touch. The free vacuums are nice and make for a real value.

I moved your over driver so I go there often they have a you go to the car wash you walked get the vacuum your car for 1499 a month or its like 8 bucks for one car wash so very easy service very fast efficient a lot of space to wash your car Ive never pulled up and not had a space the vacuum my car out and sometimes a little busy getting through the wash but the vacuum is always easy to get through

The only thing good about this place is it’s convenient location and for that I will give it at least two stars. Other than that it was Wham! Bam thank you ma’am. There were no attendees at any portion of the check in line to help new customers forgive things out, other than a kid standing there guiding you in to the auto track. I got no pre-brushing although I paid for it. The machine where you order is overwhelmingly confusing and does nothing but badger you with every kind of special deal which cost extra money. By the time you’re almost afraid to push anything you make a choice and end up paying extra for something you didn’t even want. Then the most important part, it did not get my truck even 75% clean. I still had road grime on my tailgate and running boards and there was nothing to make the wheels or tires stand out. Will definitely not come back here again, even with the 50% coupon that I paid $10 for that I didn’t need.

I do not recommend this car wash. I usually go to happy car wash on South Pleasantburg. I went to Zipps Express one day because I was on that side of town. There was nowhere near as much Suds or scrubbing going on inside the car wash. My car was still dirty they had to run it back through. They gave me the best car wash they had to offer and I still had dirty spots on the car and tires. They were places on the tires missing tire shine also. The vacuum cleaners are all so much weaker at the zip Express. Happy Car Wash is way better

Reasonable price. Great to have free use of their vacuuming. They also provide clothes to dry your car. Awesome.
