Unique car wash but it’s awesome. Well worth the club cost. They offer free vacuuming, towels and glass cleaner. I will certainly be going again. Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of this crafty car wash but it’s nice and very convenient. It does an amazing job too.

Clean and efficient. Nice that that supply free use of micro fiber towels to provide the final touch. Vacuum and Matt scrubber are also free. I got the deluxe wash (cant remember what they call it)... the only thing I didnt care for was the price. $18 seems a little steep.

Weve really been enjoying Fins! Automated wash is fast and thorough. Vacuums, towels, window cleaner and mat cleaning machine included with the wash price. My car was covered in bird presents and I could not get it washed off. I went to fins because they are the best and as soon as I rolled up Ryan came to the rescue. He got my car cleaned spotless and got the smudges from my daughters fingerprints off the windows. He even gave my tires and extra scrub. I’ve never seen my car look so nice! This place is the best and I’m hoping Ryan Pace is here next time I come back!

Waves is much better. This place did a nice job, but roll up your own hose? Need to fix that part of the vacuuming process. That is all.

Ryan was the attendant today (9/23/20) and he went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and professional. He provides excellent customer service and because of him, I’ll be coming back again. It’s rare to get such great, personalized help at an automated car wash. Yet, he took the time to not only make sure I was happy with the wash but knew where to get supplies, the mat wash, etc. I couldn’t be more pleased / thank you!

This is one of the best car washes I have ever been to. The machine is incredible and they have free micro fiber towels and windex as well as a floormat washer. Yes, a machine to wash your mats included. 2 types of vacuums as well. AAA owned.

As a former professional high-end auto detailer, this is the best DIY car wash in town I found so far.I mean speaking from the perspective of the exterior of the vehicle, I dont really recommend drive through car washes, but this is a decent affordable option, and fine for most cars under $40k. BUT, as any good detailer knows, the most important tool for the interior is a really good vacuum, Ive tried almost every single DIY car wash in town and this one by far has THEE MOST POWERFUL VACUUM IN GREENVILLE. You could literally spray mild degreaser directly into your carpets rub it in and vacuum it all back out completely dry. And theyre automatic car mat washer seems to work better too. although I will still take my car mats out and throw them in the washing machine at home afterwards, its still better than anywhere else.

Went to get my truck cleaned after taking it in a construction development and when I say all the mud and dirt was cleaned like it was hand washed. On top of that the two guys who were working Ryan P & Jaden T helped me with everything. Great customer service and very helpful guys. Definitely will be continuing to go and get my car washed

Love the vaccums, towels and wet rug washer. However the scrubbers never get the back of my car properly, I have an suv. Otherwise staff are always friendly and helpful and always clean towels!!

The wash club for AAA members is a great bargain.

As monthly member we use a few times a week. Always good until today. Our sticker wont activate the gate and worker was rude about it..when cleaning inside . 4 cars were there. All middle age women. Another car pulled in blasting music that had unacceptable language non stop. Atendant said it could be Christian music for all we know...wouldnt ask to turn it down..we go there for a clean car, not smart remarks from employees.

If you choose the Supreme tier car wash, your car will come out pristine, polished, and looking like new. They have complimentary mat washing machines and even specific stations for you to hang them to dry while you vacuum or detail your car. They offer two different types of free vacuums for you to use: Narrow-for hard to reach places, small enough to fit through tiny cracks and small areas between/under the seats; And Wide vacuum heads for the floor, trunk or your car mats. One of the employees by the nick name of Carlos was very nice and personable to us; Overall the staff is always attentive, friendly and eager to help. They also provide fresh cleaning cloths with cleansing spray for you to use for windows or touch ups prior to leaving. This car wash atmosphere itself is spotless, organized and very well maintained. Well done FINS!!!

Right as I drove in almost every employee waved and greeted me. That day I really didn’t feel like going to get my car washed but the customer service made it a really enjoyable experience.

I have a Fins membership in Mount Pleasant where I live and I love that location. I feel the same way about this location. Friendly, helpful, and curteous staff, great vacuums with excellent suction, quality of the wash (even the basic wash) is top notch. There is a lot of space, people that come there are generally friendly, cost of a monthly membership is a total bargain and if you’re an Uber driver like me taking pride in your vehicles cleanliness is essential. They have the same trippy Fins mascot here, which I love and think is fintastic! I highly recommend this car wash location. People take a lot of pride in their work here and it reflects in the overall quality of the location. Also, being adjacent to QT is super convienent! 🙂✌️

Car was not washed in 3 months. Car came out almost spotless. String vacuums and towels for wiping car.

I normally don’t post google reviews but today I went by the fins wash on woodruff road for the first time and I was just BLOWN AWAY! So I travel a lot for work and my car needed some TLC! not only was this place super clean but they were the nicest people. Two guys Dawson and Tom checked on me, made sure my car was super clean and Even joked around with me and told me to “save my back and use the mat washer”. LOL! I will definitely be back this is the best wash in the Upstate hands down!!! THANK YOU FINS

Great place for a quick wash. Cool colors during wash. Clean and easy in and out. Towels provided at vacume station to wipe down.

I would not recommend this car wash! Bad service but most of all the car wash damaged my car and they refused to fix the damages. I will never go back.

Best car wash of this type in the area! My truck comes out very clean and dry. Microfiber towels, glass cleaner, and vacuums are available for post wash detailing. Multiple staff members check to see if you were happy with your visit. Experience is always very consistent at this location.

Great customer service! I went to Fins for the first time so didn’t know what to expect. Was a very easy process and when I got done I pulled up to one of the bays where the vacuums are located. As I pulled up I was met by one of the employees and he handed me some interior wipes and begun wiping down the front of my truck trying to remove some stuck on bug remnants. He was not happy that it wasn’t 100% clean so insisted I go back through the wash for free. Mind you I didn’t complain or even ask he just insisted and told me since I had bought the premium wash that if I was ever unsatisfied just to let someone know and they would let me run through again. He was an extremely nice guy and his customer service was incredible! I will definitely go back!!! Thanks Fins!

Not happy....$13 car wash left way to much dirt on the car. The trunk was full of dirt I had to wipe off with a towel. Also around the windshield in the corners. We take car of our vehicles and that one is garage kept

Had one of the best custom service experiences today! Would highly recommend this car wash service! Staff went above and beyond making sure that I was happy and even helped me get into my car after my child locked us out. Will definitely be going back.

App and reward program is one of the best. Only wish there was area to pre-soak or scrub bugs off windshield and bumper before entering the washer.

Be aware, their website says AAA members get discounts, but this only applies if you sign up for their monthly membership. There is no discount for an individual visit. I thought being a AAA member would atleast get me a 10% discount but that is not the case.Other than that the wash was good, pretty standard drive through wash from what I could tell. What sold me were their amazing high powered vacuums with two hoses per spot, one with the wider nozzle and one with a more narrow nozzle for those hard to reach places. They also have spray bottles and clean towels for cleaning inside your car if you’d like. My favorite though was their floor mat cleaner, an nice machine that really does a number cleaning your mats. Vacuums, spray bottles, and mat cleaner are all self service obviously. Will say staff were very helpful, 5 star service from them.Overall a nice newer car wash with everything and more that you’d need from similar services. If you are a AAA member you can get a discount on their monthly membership, just don’t expect anything else.

I’m sure this place is great but I saw a billboard saying you can get a free wash by downloading the app I went ahead and passed by another car wash just to download their app but their app is so complicated I did not see where I could create an account to get the free wash it was confusing so I just went ahead and turned back around and went to the other car wash

Went to FIns to try out their top level car wash and free vacuum. To be clear this was offered free to me as a reward for being a AAA member. I have tried several other auto car washes that offer this top tear cleaning (tires wax, under body), and this one was the best of the bunch, Hardly any hand drying needed and great application of products to the tires and the shine was amazing. If you have a new car and want to keep it pristine, I recommend joining the wash club and getting it cleaned anytime you are in the area. I you go 3 times a month, you more than pay for the monthly fee

Awesome car wash, great staff, lots of extras(love the floor mat cleaning station), and who doesnt love actually having a vacuuming bay to pull into at the end of your car wash, and not having to drive off with a half clean car?! Great job! Coming in for a membership! :)

Free vacuum and mat cleaner is a plus but when I spend more time scrubbing my exterior windows then the actual car wash itself I have to give 3 stars. I even purchased most expensive car wash and literally had to scrub the outside of my car.Left feeling like I should have washed car myself.
