I originally was not satisfied with my first visit to Cedar Pete’s. After expressing my frustrations on my first review I was pleasantly surprised that the owner reached out to me. Bobby went out of his way to explain things and be very thorough. He communicated with me and I took my car back to Cedar Pete’s. He completely rewashed my car and gave it a full service cleaning addressing any previous issues I had. He made sure I was satisfied and was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back again. This is an example of great ownership. He got my VW passat R line looking CLEAN!

Oh my goodness. I had a similar car wash in another state that had an unlimited program, but it was just a wash... this one does it all. They scrub your car really well before it goes through the wash (which was nice—I drove on the interstate for 8 hours the day before), the wash itself is good, then when you come out you get out of your car and they vacuum it out, clean the interior, and dry the car off. It smells brand new when you drive off. WELL worth the money. Plus, everyone is so nice.

This is one of the best car washes ever! My car came out sparkling, the inside including mats was fabulous and they asked me if I wanted air freshener - which I don’t, so I appreciate that. Plus, they were fast and friendly. I’ll be back!!

Classic wash. My car was fairly soiled on several levels, it had been 4 months since washed. Prewash applied after a brief high pressure spray. Machine wash was good and hand dried by staff after jet dry removed most of the water. If my car was less soiled it would have been excellent, but there were a few places that were lacking a little.

I purchased a gift card for my brother, he took his vehicle over to them, when they returned it to him it looked brand new he is very pleased with the quality of work they done and so am I we will be doing business with cedar Petes from now on thanks for a great job

I decided to try this place based on all the great reviews on a Sunday when my usual place was closed. Ive got to say they did a decent job but I was not that impressed. Im not much of a fan of the automated wash selector thing, nor am I a fan of sitting in my truck while the workers brush it down then driving through the wash where I cant see whats actually being done to my vehicle. After the wash the employees hopped right on my truck to get the interior. I did not like the fact that there is no other shop personnel around. So the 20 I was carrying wound up being my tip since no cashier exists at this place and did not feel like asking one of the workers on my truck for change. Last thing overall the job done was a 4 out of 5, little too much pollen left on the truck body, windows and bed. I know from reviews Ive seen the owner says you can always get a respray if youre not happy and thats good business practice for sure. However my usual spot has always gotten it right the first time and thats sort if what I expect. Place I usually go to has a bossman that checks over these vehicles and directs workers where its appropriate. Some sort of supervision like that wouldve probably helped with the cleanliness of my truck without any need for a respray. Top it off that this place is $10 higher than my usual spot and didnt do the job they would do boils down to a 3 star rating. Its not awful and Im sure if I pushed the issue my truck wouldve gotten cleaner and I might have gotten change for my 20. Thats not how I roll though I like to see what I get without fussing cause that shows me what Im really dealing with.

Fantastic service as usual. Full service car wash that does a really good job. They clean windows, seats, etc. but the one spot that a lot of places miss are the door wells. For me, they havent missed them yet. Keep up the good work!!!

I was not very happy with the service I received and then the employees removing items and not putting them back therefore making me drive back to them. The owner reached out and tried to fix my issues but due to already having to drive back and going to be late to an engagement I couldn’t stay for him to fix it. He reached out and made things right again so when I do have time I can come back and get my car cleaned the right way. I appreciate the effort he went through and appreciate him taking the time to make things right.

I did a full detail wash and my car came out like it just coming from the dealership. The service was very good and the owner was really nice. Prices are good as well.

Went to Cedar Pete’s for the first time this morning after reading all of their reviews. Did not disappoint. Even though it was early on a Sunday, they were very quick and thorough. My newly purchased car came out extremely clean both inside and out. I sometimes get nervous with automatic washes, but the equipment at Cedar Pete’s was gentle and I didn’t worry about it damaging my car’s finish. The pricing for the service was also very reasonable.TLDR: Just go to Cedar Pete’s if you want your car cleaned the right way. This will be my go to from here on out.

We paid specifically for pet hair removal. Told the people that we didnt care about anything but the pet hair. Still had to go in and lint roll it ourselves when we got home and noticed it spots where it doesnt even look like they tried.

Im normally very pleased with the service and the FRIENDLY staff. This time they rushed...they were swamped.....and did not do the best job. I had to show them SEVERAL spots to clean and also had to ask for my air freshener. I paid for the DELUXE FULL SERVICE WASH...$28... and thats what I expected. I also tipped $10 because they work hard and everyone has a bad day. After I posted the review,, I had a conversation with the owner and hes offered to make it right. From one small business owner to another, I appreciate this. Ive been going here for years with no complaints so this one day is definitely NOT a deal breaker.

I have had a company account here for about two years. This place is great. First the price is good for a wash and basic detail. If you want the works leave it for a day and Pete’s will have it looking awesome. People are super friendly and they seem to actually like the owner, who is often on site working beside them. If my company truck’s beds weren’t so full of stuff so often I’d send them up there even more! Below is my own 16 yr old Jeep after coming through Pete’s. Loving it.

I went for an interior Detail and left the car for 3 hours, he offered to wash the outside of the car but I was only really wanting the inside cleaned....I asked for my backseats to be shampoo and the same crust and etc. From spilling coffee were still in the creases, so this made me wonder if they just spot cleaned with that wet cloth he had in his handHe tried to say that the stain just came back up, and I told him that stain was already there prior and its still there... The rest of my car inside was not fully cleaned or done well, and he tried to argue with me what his definition of a detail is and what mine is, I didnt know O had to clarify I really great cleaningI thought thats what car detail already meant, now I have to pay again somewhere else to get my backseats properly shampood

Super reasonably priced, reliable detailing service from a family run business. Came to get my VW golf washed and had a working breakfast at the nearby Swamp Rabbit café (10min walk). Price was fantastic and the owner Bobby is a great guy. Highly recommend!

Petes offers full service washes or a basic $7 (and up with optional add-ons) wash with free vacuum use. You can stop at the vacuum/self-detail station BEFORE going to the pay gate and wash. I purchased the Basic. The wash was thorough and staff did a good pre-soak and towel-dry after. Minus 1 star for poor instructional signage. I missed the vacuums and detail station because I didnt know what I wanted (full service vs exterior) before I saw the menu at the pay booth. Had to ask the towel guy what to do for vacuums and he sent me to some on the right side, going the wrong way against flow of traffic. Petes should have a menu with options before you pull past the vacuum/detail station or move these features to the end like many car washes do. Blue Sky is a little better about providing self-detail supplies at the same cost but Petes has full-service options that Blue Sky lacks.

Not only did my truck look like show room quality but my headlights were restored to a condition I didn’t even think possible. Don’t waste your money anywhere else if you want what you pay for go here. Nice family owned environment and super professional work I would take my mamas car here. If I could put 6 stars I would because they checked every box when it comes to getting your car clean.

The company I work for is having a company vehicle inspection tomorrow. Since I also have finals this weekend, I decided to pay to have it cleaned since I have very little free time. Cedar Pete’s did an AMAZING job cleaning my van (inside and out) for a very reasonable price. This is a great value with unbelievable results.I’m definitely not going to clean it myself anymore. They have my business and gratitude.

My granddaughter was getting her car cleaned and I must say for our first time being there they did not give us enough time to get all of the trash out of your car and they left some windows and wife and some of their cleaning chemicals on the surfaces inside of the car. She left $5 tip but shouldnt off. It only took 10 min and wasnt what we expected, next time we will choose basic instead of deluxe.

Good balance between spending an hour or more at other local places and your typical service station wash. If you want a good wash and are in a hurry, this is your new place to go near downtown.

If your problem is pet hair, look no further. This is HANDS DOWN the best car wash in Greenville. Ive been to them all, too. Not only do they clean exterior and interior, they do it for a very fair price and they go the extra mile to get the job done right.Im a dog owner. I chauffeur my dogs around like I work for Mutt Cutts and Im running late. I know its a pain to get dog hair out of seats, but Im willing to pay for the effort required to get it out. At Cedar Petes, they get every last bit of hair out without me even having to ask. Theyre miracle workers.As a comparison, I visited a carwash in Simpsonville in hopes of getting my seats cleaned. When they honked for me to retrieve my vehicle, I returned to my truck to find that the seats hadnt even been touched. I asked the nearest manager, and he told me its impossible to get dog hair out without special tools. He didnt even try. The kicker? The Simpsonville wash was MORE expensive than Cedar Petes.Cedar Petes gets the job done right the first time--without special tools--and they charge a fair price for their incredible service. Stop searching for the best car wash; this is the one. Just be sure to bring a generous tip, because theyre angels from heaven whom we do not deserve.

Amazing experience! First of all, this car wash is unique because it offers self service and full service. The car wash itself has a very thorough washing ability, and I could tell the outside of my car was clean by going through it.I ordered the premium full service (not sure if that’s what it’s called but the $33 option). I had an entire bottle of bourbon spill in the carpet of my back seat, and was looking for some help with cleaning and the smell. When I pulled up, the gentleman called his manager to assist me in purchasing a carpet shampoo. Overall I spent $58 for an entire car clean inside and out, with shampooing and extractions. It took 35 minutes max, and I got to walk to the swamp rabbit cafe for a refreshment.Once I returned to my car, it was immaculate and smelled very clean and fresh. The owner also gave me some tips on how to further eradicate the bourbon smell.10/10 recommend this efficient, thorough, friendly service to anyone who needs vehicle cleaning or detailing! Thanks so much!

Brought my car for a full interior detail! Great price and he worked the interior as best as he could with as difficult as my interior fabric is to clean! Even got a purple plumbers glue stain that happened when taking the trash off one day to turn pale purple vs the dark purple it was for almost a year!! That amazed me because I told him not to worry about it but he worked it anyways! Definitely will be returning for future detailing! I came here to get my car detailed since i had a lot of dog hair in the back seat. I got the premium wash for both inside and outside. I also got my seats shampooed for an additional fee. After about 1 hr, it was all done. The inside was immaculate. Bobby, who is the owner, offered great customer service. I highly recommend!

Although it was a good experience I just feel like the girls when it come to the inside of the car was really rushing and it made it very panicky with someone who has anxiety problems and they left streaks all over my windows and got my GPS wet and knocked it off of the window and just left it there was my first time and honestly Ive had a panic attack I felt rushed the entire time I understand there are more customers but I just dont like the experience of being rushed it makes me panic

We were just expecting a drive through to remove the revenge of the birds that had defacated beyond belief on our vehicle the previous day. The attendants were attentive enough to scrub the vehicle very thoroughly before entering the drive through. Make sure you take tips, we had to come back as we didnt realize. Great car wash!

I took my car to Cedar Pete’s today for the first time, and the workers did a terrific job. As other reviewers have mentioned, everyone is so kind and helpful. Clearly, they take pride in their work and want customers to feel welcomed. My car was really dirty so I paid for the best automatic wash they offer along with a thorough cleaning on the inside. Wow! My car looks wonderful. I also appreciate the fact that they offer cheaper washes for times when I just need a quick clean for a semi-dirty car. The waiting room is clean, cheery, and surrounded by windows, and they have clean restrooms. Thank you for taking care of my car today. I will return here many times.

The team here made my coffee stains disappear from my upholstery. My car looks new! Exterior and interior detailing was perfect! They cared enough to wash my seats multiple times to make sure all coffee stains were completely removed and my floor mats look new!

Cedar Petes Car Wash is amazing with a capital A! A tree I parked under at work left some tree gunk covering my windshield and the hood of my car so on my way home I decided to run it by Cedar Petes. I got the cheapest package they have, the $8 basic since a car wash was not on the agenda but rather I just needed it hosed off. Well, if thats what you get for the cheap package, I can only imagine how awesome my car would have looked had I bought one of the packages that cost a little more! The car was pre-washed, by hand, by a young man who took his time and did a wonderful job then the car was sent down the conveyer belt and continued to be washed, like at a regular drive-thru car wash. Once I exited, a young woman motioned for me to pull up towards her where she proceeded to hand dry my car. My car sparkled and shined! If you are in the area and need a car wash I would highly recommend Cedar Petes...you wont regret it! I know I definitely will be going back the next time in Greenville!

I get my car washed here about once a week. These guys do a great job every time. Very courteous, kind and professional. It would take me 3 hours to clean my car this well. These guys get it done in 10 minutes.

I pay 20.00 bucks to have it cleaned in and out. Yes the car was nice and shiny on outside but my rims were not cleaned right you can see the dirt on some spots of the rims. Reason I went there is so I won’t have to do it myself now I have to retouch what was not done good. Cup holders, side pockets, and middle compartments were not cleaned good they could of done a better job. Honestly I was not happy I expected better.

They offer quick express washes along with a hand wash prep, towel dry and free vacuum for every job, they also offer full service washes and do one heck of a job cleaning your inside and out, vacuuming, interior wipe down, inside windows get cleaned and thirdly they offer detailing, car pet shampoo, seat shampoo and polish buffing all in one place. The best deal in town is there $32/month package. You get there $18 exterior “Ultimate Wash” every day if you choose and club members have to option to upgrade into a full service wash for $7 BUCKS. Were can you find a full service wash for $7. I’ll be back.

Cedar Pete is super dependable. I took my car filled with shedded dog hair on every square inch of interior and they made it look as if a dog never stepped into my car. I rely on Cedar Pete for all my washes.

Stayed in town on a business trip and needed to wash the car, 2017 challenger. The guys were excellent and took great car with my car. Highly recommend this place.

This is the best car wash in Greenville IMO. Service is always impeccable and prices are reasonable. The owner always seems to be there and is very friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend the full service wash services.

Facility is extremely clean. They use flexible foam instead of brushes to wash the car, my only complaint is they missed a couple spots on my front bumper and around the license plate area. While the foam is softer on the paint, its also thicker and doesnt reach all the nooks and crannys. The owner is really nice, friendly, and so is staff. They do a great job. Maybe next time, just need to do a more thorough wipe down- maybe use some detail spray to get the spots the tunnel misses.

This my favorite car wash I like how they not only spray rinse your vehicle before the wash they brush the front & rearend & the hard to get places the actual wash may miss. Then after the wash the staff dries actually put on the tire shine.. GREAT SERVICE!!!!.

I love this car wash! I go out of my way just to go to Cedar Petes. The customer service is top-notch and the car wash actually gets my car clean (unlike similar car washes), not to mention, the team towel dries my car so that there are no water spots. Highly recommended!

I love this place. I recently got paint all over my car, and called about detailing to handle it. I asked about pricing and to see if they could do anything. The gent I spoke with talked me out of the most expensive detailing and just worked extra hard on the 20ish dollar service. They removed 95% of the paint and Ive been several times since then, and they always impress me.
