We did a complete kitchen remodel. Converted from electric to gas cooktop and completely rearranged the kitchen layout including new lighting.

Riggs is the Chick-fil-A of the construction/remodeling business. Their attention to you throughout the process is truly unparalleled. We used Riggs for a complete remodel of our 2 bathrooms (took it to the studs and then put back). Was so pleased we had them build a detached home office following the bathroom project which also went outstanding. Honestly - I cant recommend enough. The main difference was their communication throughout the project. You felt understood the entire way and any concerns were immediately addressed without push back. They also use a software tool for scheduling and communicating that helps the entire project run smooth because you know timing and expectations at all times. Construction is messy. Riggs insulated us from the stress. Our foreman was Chadwick. I recommend you request him by name. He delivered in every category and was a blessing to us for this project.

Riggs construction is the best. They took excellent care of us. Their professionalism was noted even by our neighbors. From the owner of the company down to the construction workers, we felt like our needs were of the utmost importance to them. The end result was beautifully upgraded kitchen and two bathrooms. I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable.We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because its construction, right? We had Jacob and his crew do 2 jobs for us over the past 2 years - a complete crawlspace cleanout and encapsulation, and then a whole-house renovation. Both times we were blown away by their professionalism, their honesty and the quality of their work. Our renovation was ambitious and we were pressed for time, but they were on time and under budget, paying close attention to every detail. I hear so many friends complaining about unresponsive contractors, having a hard time even getting bids on jobs. Call Riggs and 1) you will get a response, and 2) you will love the end result! Cant recommend highly enough.

We could not be happier with Riggs. Our project was done in a timely manner, with quality and attention to detail. The thing that most impresses me about Riggs is the constant communication. I was always able to get in touch with them with any of my questions or needs. We also had access to their work calendar so we could see how items were progressing. Riggs Custom Builders helped us do a thorough update / remodel of our recent home purchase and we could not have been more pleased!!!!
