Zach, is very good at handling the details of design to expenditures. He always knew where we were and how much we were spending. We could not have found a construction manager better than Jesse. No matter what came up, he was on it and handled it professionally. Kevin did a nice job with some of of our punch list items. J Francis Builders are an exceptional team to go with if you want to have a new home built.We were living in the state of Washington when we started the building process with J Francis Builders a year ago. It is not easy to make all the choices/decisions while living so far away from the building site, but the J Francis team (Jimmy, Joseph, Zach and others) were great to work with. Zach was our go to guy. He sent us pictures regularly, led us through the decision-making process, and would find the answers to all our questions.If we ever go through the building process again it will be with J Francis.

We visited the model around 3pm today, and the doors were locked. The garage was open, and the agebts silver Ford CUV was parked in front of the house. We drove around the development, looked at the sites under construction, and returned to the model. The agent picked up the agent on duty sign, went back in through the garage, and closed the door. Why bother having an agent on site if you dont want to know what consumers are looking for.. I guess its okay to take it easy when the market is hot..for now!
