My son and I are trying to do some things differently than we did in the past. One of them was to go to Sports Clips. I will NEVER go any place else. Two main reasons: The hairstylists listen to what you say. and do that. My hair growing under that arms of my glasses has a tendency to curl up making it look like wings. Other places I have asked the stylist to keep the hair shorter there. At Sports Clips they actually do it right. Additionally they do a wonderful job on trimming my beard. Second main reason: I leave after being pampered. After the haircut, I get the MVP treatment. I am seated in a massage chair, shampooed, a warm towel wrapped around my face, and more. Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Its worth every penny. Looking forward to my next visit.

Since I like my hair very short I felt like sports clips would be a good place to go for a good haircut. I wasn’t disappointed. Kayla did an excellent job on my hair. The entire staff was friendly and it is very comfortable atmosphere there.

The stylist was knowledgeable about what I was asking for. I told her that she was starting to spoil me from going anywhere else. The shampooing process was excellent. She massaged my scalp and when I returned to the chair she massaged my neck and shoulders. I will definitely make this my place to go for my haircuts in the future.

My first time at this location. I was pressed for time so I just picked the closet. I came in was greatest right away by the very friendly staff working. Even though it was close to business closing hours, the girls didnt seemed bothered at all which was very nice. The girl that cut my hair was amazing. It was what I believed to be here last shift and even though Im sure she wanted nothing more than to leave, she made me feel very welcome at a new store and new styles. Her name was Kendra I think. But I would recommend this location to anyone who was thinking of trying it out.

I’ve been going here for quite awhile and had good experiences until this visit today. New face cutting hair younger girl whose obviously not ready. I get the same cut every time and every one has had no problems following the instructions until today. I wish her best but she’s not ready yet. I’ve got a trade show in FL next week and will now have to wear a hat for the week even out to nice dinners. How it was even possible to cut the top of my head that short without clippers is beyond me. 2 stars instead of 1 because of past experiences and she didn’t charge me once I realized how short (barely 1/2”) the top of my head was.

Im writing this after returning home and shaving the remainder of my hair. I was really concerned at first, because the stylist didnt seem to know how to hold her clippers - instead of following the natural direction of the hair, she just seemed to poke my head at odd angles.I asked for a 0-2 fade, and there was no fade - she literally just cut a 0 to a blunt 2. I asked her to just trim the top to a 1 to see if that would even it out, but it still looked too obvious. I should have had one of my friends with no experience cut it - there would have been more attention to detail at least.In the future ill make sure to go see a consistent barber with experience - im giving two stars, because part of this is on me.

This was my first time here and I got hooked up with an awesome stylist who made sure to clarify what kind of cut I wanted and executed it very well. I enjoyed an amazing and thorough scalp massaging wash afterwards that included a hot towel over my face and a vibrating massage chair for the duration. The shampoo she used on me was awesome too. It tingled and was cooling and refreshing. She finished me off with a shoulder massage and made sure I was happy with the way I looked and felt. Do yourself a favor and go here instead of liberty and have a better experience for less than half the price.

I recently went for my first haircut. It was an extremely pleasant experience. The stylist was very friendly and informative. And she did a great job on my hair. I will definitely be back on a regular basis. I like the sports atmosphere.

The black lady with the red in her hair gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Multiple places were uneven and buzzed randomly. Also have cuts on my ears from the buzzer. It is nothing like I suggested. Careless stylist. Needs to be trained again or fired.

It was ight until the bald spot came to be, after that it went downhill for sure. My haircutter was also laughing half the time.

I took a photo in & they cut it that way. Looks great. And theyll clean-up your neck & trim around the ears for free as often as you need it in between appointments!! This is a big help to my husband. Recommend Tammy.

The woman who cuts my hair Tessa consistently gives me and exceptional, even haircut. She remembers how I prefer to have it cut, and although quick, she is thorough and a bit of a perfectionist. I am also able to relax a little when enjoying my hot towel and scalp massage during my MVP treatment. Her personality and welcoming demeanor, as well as that of the whole staff, are just one more reason to continue coming back. I am grateful that she returned to your staff after her giving birth, and feel like I have developed a personal relationship with her and the other girls.

I was welcomed upon entering and invited to have a seat. Was explained how your salon operated and given excellent service. I just happened to walk by waiting for my phone service to be completed. Very clean and warm, friendly environment.

The person that helped me was professional and very good at her job. She made good recommendations and spent a lot of time to make sure my hair was done right. Most other places rush you out the door and do not care about how your hair looks when they are finished.

Friendly stylist. You can watch sports while get your cut and have some other fun options massage chair and hot face towel while they shampoo your new dew. And a shoulder massage when its all done extra money for the massage not worth it to me cause its not that good really. But they are good at everything else.

By far the best experience I have ever had getting a haircut, but it is more than just getting a haircut, when you walk thru the door there is a sitting area with ESPN on, the place was clean and i felt like i was welcome there.When you go into the cutting area its obvious that these ladies are trained well and know their craft. After the cut there is a chair giving you a message while you are getting your Hot towel, what a great feeling that is. All the bells and whistles are great but it is the the styling that went a long way in making me a permanent customer. The nice young lady who styled me (Dallas) was attentive to detail and pleasant in her demeanor and helped make this a great experience.

Good haircut, but NOT great service. I walked in and there were 2 ladies cutting hair. I waited just to get my hair cut for 45 MINUTES. Absolutely Ridiculous.

I have been coming to this Sport Clips for almost a year I did enjoy it once upon a time, since they went through a management change, the staff seems to not care. I went in yesterday and both of the young woman that were working were hanging outside smoking and ignored me. Other times it seemed as if the staff didnt care and the new manager is horrible about actually running a staff.

First time customer. The hair cut was very good but the wait was long on a Saturday afternoon. Worth the wait.

I don’t like to give a negative feedback! I came in last week for hair cut! After a week came back for my ear, back and clean up upper sideburns a little, They charge me $19:00 again witch is recently paid last week. So paid twice $38:00 plus $8:00 tips.I have been came in this shop for seven years, very disappointed, next haircut I have to looking forward a new barbershop.

Had a great experience yesterday at Sport Clips. Got in and out in less than an hour. The cut was great and I got to work on time!!!

Overpriced for mediocre haircut. People were friendly. Wasnt anything wrong with the cut per se, but nothing spectacular that made it worth the price charged ... Free shampoo because it was first time, but wouldnt want to pay more on top of what we already paid for the cut.

I loved my haircut, the massage and the way that I felt when I left. I have been diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis and I am in constant pain but I felt pretty good on that day.

I like the relaxed atmosphere and how easy it is to talk to the stylists. I always get a great haircut and come out feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I came into the Cherrydale location of Sports Clips, I was a bit aggravated with the fact that when I gave my phone number my info did not show up. When I have used other locations in SC and GA the personal info is there. The stylist ask what we were going to do today and I explained to her that I usually get a hair cut using the 1 inch guard on the sides and back of my head and they usually scissor cut the top, on my beard I usually get it trimmed with a half inch guard and she said she would start with a 1 inch guard just to be sure and go from there. The stylist told me there would be an extra charge for the beard trim and I said that was ok. I ask for the MVP and she got started, the hair cut went ok although I thought it was shorter than usual and then she went to trim my beard and she went on to use a number one guard not a one inch guard and it appeared to completely take all of my beard on the left side of my face off. She then said is this too short? It was definitely not what I was expecting and I replied it will grow back what can you say or do at this point? She then finished the other side of my beard and she tells me that she has not used clippers very much. We go to shampoo my hair and finish up back at her station when she asks if I wanted her to trim my eyebrows and said that she would not use the clippers. At this point I did not know what to expect, but she trimmed my eyebrows. In the end I was not charged for any of the services for the visit that day and given a coupon for a free hair cut or mvp upgrade for upto a year in advance. I will not be using this location or the coupon as I was traveling and this area is not where I live. In the future if my phone number does not reflect my information I will more than likely leave the store. I am still not very happy with the experience and have had people ask me back at home in Beaufort SC what happened to you?
