Let me start off by saying I am an incredibly picky person when it comes to how my hair is cut and the person who cuts it.Ive been getting my haircut by Maria for about 9 months now, I wont name the barbershop that I went to beforehand but they messed me up bad. Maria was able to sit down and talk to me about what I wanted to get to and to slowly start working towards building there. I had to grow out my hair to add some length to get to the desired look she was upfront and honest about the things that she could and couldnt do and what to expect, 9 months later not only is it such a great experience to sit down relax talk with her and Ashton, its an experience I look forward to! Its so awesome to have a couple people to have a great conversation with while enjoying a beer and getting a top-notch haircut.Ive never been so satisfied with how my hair ends up, the fades on point and the bulk on top is spot on. I have super dense curly hair and Maria has been able to tame it and make it look incredible, please swing by treat yourself to a cut by either Ashton or Maria!A lot of barber shops are going for that straight razor, craft beer, leather chair look, but the cuts arent up to par, the barbershops in town spend their money on how they look and instead should focus more on how they cut.TL;DRThis is the best cut and experience in town, if you arent going here youre not getting a good haircut.

This place is THE BEST! Not only is it a great shop, with plenty to drink - but Maria is FANTASTIC! You cant find a better person to work with. She is fun, engaging and incredibly good at what she does. You can easily pay 2-3x at a trendy place and get half the quality, or spend less for a much better cut. Hands down the best. Going anywhere else, is literally saying you want a worse value for your money!

Called for an appointment...I was told to text pics to her personalcell phone....I did and the owner never responded. Luckily I found THE EDGE barbershop where I was welcomed and serviced with amazing results! THE EDGE BARBERSHOP IS AMAZING!!!!

Apollos Barbershop is on another level. Its an experience worth going back to. Ive been a client for over a year now and each time is great! Maria gives me good advice when I ask for it and her execution is perfect every time. From haircuts to straight razor shaves, Im always comfortable and if Id like a drink shes got that covered too. I also travel from Charlotte weekly.. Like I said, its definitely an experience worth going back to.
