I showed Jenny a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that cut. I love that she appreciated I was supporting my BFF with cancer & wanted all my hair cut off. I will be returning!

I’ve been going here since I moved to SC in April and every single haircut I’ve gotten has been inconsistent and honestly terrible except 1. Always a different person each time because I feel like 8000 people work there and I’ve had to go back twice because one person didn’t finish fading the right side of my head and the other one left a chunk of my hair sticking out an inch past the rest of the hair....Quality is equivalent to Great Clips at this point.Not only that but they have dirty clippers because I got a fungal infection immediately after my last haircut. Sam was our hairstylist and did an amazing job with my two-year-old son. He is not an easy customer to deal with, he is very difficult when it comes to getting a haircut and Sam took it like a champ! She did a great job and took care of my son and his hair looks amazing! Thank you for the time that you took to make sure my son was able to get a very nice haircut! Great experience! I went there for the first time at exactly the opening time due to having to kill some time and got one of the best haircuts of my life and the overall experience was truly deserving of the term you use ‘MVP.’ My only regret is I forgot(due to so much going on that morning) the name of the stylist who did such an excellent job as I’d like to have it again.I recommend this highly! Spend $6-$12 at other places for a medium or bad haircut 94 spend just a little more and get a great experience from haircut to relaxation! Can’t recommend enough!

My son has been getting his hair cut here for a few years now. I am very happy with my experience, and have always been pleased with how my sons hair looks after a fresh cut. Hannah took great care to make sure my hair was how I wanted it, and even got a trouble spot for most stylists correct. I was extra happy with the complimentary service for a first time patron of a hot towel, and neck/shoulder massage. I would recommend Sport Clips to my friends, and family without hesitation.

The women that cut my hair was very professional while also making me feel very comfortable which is hard to find now. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Plus they have sports playing throughout your whole haircut and is live. Overall an amazing experience and next time I go back I’m going to bring my son. Lastly the whole reason is I use to go to one in New York and it was like being home for a minute so I appreciated that fact. Go and see for yourself.

We suggest seeing Hannah for a great kids cut. She is super great with kids, especially those who have special needs. We wont go anywhere else :)I would give her 5 stars. I only gave 4 stars overall because we had a couple of bad cuts from other stylists.

Went in for a haircut. I always like sport clips because of the hot towel and shoulder/neck massage. I usually dont have to ask, they offer. Well this time it was not offered and while I saved a little money I would have liked the extra attention.

First time at a sports clips and I had Ashley as my stylist. She was great at her job, fun to talk to, and super friendly. I will deff be going back and requesting her for my next hair cut.Also as a guy with a beard she did a great job lining it up and trimming it

I am so picky when it comes to my son’s haircut. We have been to every Great Clips or Supercuts.. but Sport Clips, hands down, did their thing! I am so impressed with the haircut! The lady who did it, knew exactly what we wanted & how we wanted it too! We will definitely be coming here from now on!

Since it was my first time, she gave me the new client service which was great. Overall, it was a great experience. Donna did a super job, and I will definitely be back.

Your entire staff on Pelham Rd. Has been great every time we (my son’s and I) have gone in to get our hair cut! Mrs. Rushing (the stylist) is incredible and very attentive to use! She isn’t only a great stylist but can also cross sale your products which have been great!

After going to the Sports Clips in Spartanburg and leaving less than happy about my haircut (and I am fairly easy to please) once again, I went to the Sports Clips on Pelham to have my friend Ashley fix me up. Her team all acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door and I could almost instantly feel the difference in overall enthusiasm and warmth compared to any other place I had been before. As I looked around I could see the attention to detail in the haircuts as well as a friendly face to talk with. I would recommend Sports Clips Haircuts of Pelham to anyone who is looking for a superb haircut in a friendly, fun environment.

This was my first time having my hair cut at Sport Clips. It was a very good experience. Natalia cut my hair and really took the time to give me a good haircut. My wife commented that it really looked good and was much better than the haircuts I have been getting at another establishment. In the future, I will definitely be going back to Sport Clips!

Come here every month, Ashley R. is always great with cutting my hair and is very friendly. Always enjoy conversations with all staff members we have on top of the great haircut. Price is great for experience MVP is about as close to a spa visit I can imagine a man would go to.

Just moved here and needed a quick haircut as I had only an hour for lunch. Buddy of mine said go to sports clips up the road. Caroline ended up cutting it perfect (and Im picky) and very quick. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality as well. Since it was my first time I guess a got a free upgrade which ended being the best head massage ever and she washed out the hair so I didnt itch. Best part is I still had 30 minutes left to to eat and continue relaxing. Definitely coming back :-)

I took my son in about an hour before they closed. The lady at the register was nice and explain how to check in. After that we sat and waiting about ten minutes before anyone else acknowledged the fact he was still waiting. Mind you there werent any customers anywhere in sight. So finally a girl that was the first seat on the right came and got him and ask how to cut his hair. He told her as is, just shorter. I elaborated a little more. While shes cutting his hair she takes a personal call that looks argumentative and finally tells the person she cant talk. She cleans up my son stating hes done, I have to go back to instruct her where to finish cutting because it has uneven chunks all around. She fixed it a little but his hair is still uneven. He wanted his hair washed, and she did and that was likely the best part of the experience. Ill never come back nor recommend this place for even a childs hair cut.

Donna was friendly, caring and gave my husband a great haircut. I decided to have her cut mine also. We will definitely go back.

The staff here was so welcoming and had great personalities. As a woman with short hair I have a hard time finding places go get my haircut, Sam cut my hair and did an absolutely amazing job! She nailed exactly what I wanted & was great to engage with. I will for sure be back!

Ashley Rushing is a wonderful person and someone you can relate to. She is completely professional and she represents what your company is all about! If I were sports clips management I would give her a pay raise or a higher up position...... if you don’t that would be a travesty

Just had my first experience here. Ashley cut it exactly like I wanted, and that never happens when I get my hair cut. She also gave me a complementary hair wash and scalp massage for being my first time. I will definitely be back.

Place does a real good job of cutting hair. The only downside is some of the best stylists there some of my personal favorites are there for about a couple of months then fired or have quit. Thanks to the owner you might have a girl that cuts your hair really well then the next you go she has been fired or has quit. Would be better if owner or manger kept some of there stylist.

I signed in online. Estimated wait time was 25 mins. Got there at the time they wanted me to sign in and after 50 minutes of waiting,I just had to leave. Usually a good spot to get a haircut but the crew they had there on 1/4/2020 just didnt seem to care.

First time customer. Loved it. Dropped in, got in immediately. Cut, hot towel, massage, shampoo, back massage-was all wonderful! Will definitely come back next time in town!!

I had one of the best haircuts Ive had all year. Sam was professional, very pleasant, funny and she can give a really good cute. She was knowledgeable of products and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything.

Always had good experience when Marina was there. She would always greet customers and tell them they would be right with you. She has left and so did the costumer service. I came in 20 minutes before close, yes I know its late but the only chance I had. Been going there a year, so has my son. Put Marina down as preferred stylist.did not see her once I sat down, which is fine, just need a hair cut. No one said anything when I came in or sat down. One girl came to the register to check out her client, looked at me then floor and walked into the back. Then a second girl came to register, looked at me with irritation and walked to the back. Then last girl came to the register, said Marina no longer works here, looked at the desk and said nothing else. I will never come here again, nor will my son, nor will anyone I can let know how down hill the place has gone. Go somewhere else!

A 16-minute wait at online check-in was an 18-minute when I arrived 16 minutes later and a 23-minute wait 10 minutes after that. There wasn’t enough parking for the area or enough seats in the store for waiting customers. Despite being slammed the stylists were very slow, taking their time after each customer and sitting and talking to each other. I left and won’t return. The Sportclips on Woodruff is close and more professional

Usually a good experience. I get my sons hair cut here, been going here for at least 2 years. Once in a while we get a stylist who is not great and forgets to clean up his neck or something, but its usually fine and no problems. My son likes going here and hes under 14.

They arent so friendly. It fits the values and culture of the store perfectly. It was entertaining but still relatively fast. The hair cut itself looks great as well.

At both this place and a different place the previous cut, while a national ad campaign was promoting Double MVP it was not followed through by stylist. The first time I thought that maybe this shop was not following the promo, however this time the promo was posted in the stylist booth.

So was very confident and her abilities backed it up. Good cut!

This was my first time there and I have to say it was a great experience. Definitely got a good haircut and good customer service. I didnt catch the lady cutting my hair, but she was very polite and cordial to me. Understood my hair well and communicated with me, which i appreciated. Great experience overall.

25 minute wait. Stylist finished and didn’t come get us. Not polite. It was not busy. We left without haircut while took her smoke break.

Told the lady what i wanted ended up almost bald asked for a 4 a freaking 4 on the sides got abt a 2 asked for hardly any off the time started at about 5 inches down to 1 in on the top. this place is trash do not get ur hair cut here

This is my favorite place for a haircut. My hair dresser is Cassie and she is the best. The wait can be long at times, sometimes my fault as I am picky on who cuts my hair. The best part is the shampoo and hot towel after the cut.
