Took my truck there for an oil change and to change rear brakes. When I left they were still squealing, i called owner the next day and he said it was the new pads breaking in. After a week they were still the same so I called again and brought it back in to let him take it for a drive. He said he didnt hear anything and that nothing was wrong. Several weeks later still concerned I dropped back in and told him I wanted them to take the wheels off and check the pads to make sure they were installed correctly or discover why it was they were still grinding. He took the rear wheels off, or said they did, put eyes on the brakes said theres absolutely nothing wrong and that I wasted 30 minutes of his techs time taking the wheels off to look at new pads.I felt kinda bad thinking maybe that was true. I let it go for 3 more weeks until the noise got worse and worse. I took to another shop just down the street and watched them take my wheels and pads off. The pads were original, and had nothing left. The metal stubs holding the pad had ground into my rotors. And on this truck you cant turn the rotors you have to pull entire drum and replace whole assembly. Now I wonder if my oil even got changed.

Very kind and wonderful people. I had a tire malfunction while on a road trip, was so lucky to find them. Not only they took care of the problem within 30 min, they gave water to my dog and let her wait inside(it was a hot day), and they didnt charge me anything. Guessing my problem was minor, but it is so rare to find businesses with such gracious attitude. Highly recommend and wishing a long good business to Mr. Keenan.

More than once Ive gone in expecting a bill of hundreds of dollars, discussed the possibility of an expensive repair, and then was told it was simple and inexpensive. They have successfully fixed everything weve asked them to and always for a fair price. Highly recommended!

I brought a potential vehicle I was thinking of buying to Keenans and they let me come into the garage to see everything myself. They were super helpful with figuring out what the car was worth and whether it would be a good choice. I had never met them, but they treated me like family. Ill definitely be back.

I was very disappointed in the service that I did not receive. I received a call to come and pick up my car because it was ready. When I arrived, I was told that I owed $50 and they didnt know what was wrong with my car. What am I paying them for? ?? Terrible service or lack there of! !!!

I dropped my vehicle and asked Mr. Keenan to CHECK it and tell me what could be wrong and give me a round about price. He agreed and called me the next day saying the car was ready and how much was owed. I told him I asked him to call BEFORE fixing it, he yelled at me and told me to come get it and bring his money now!!!Horrible, horrible man!

They keep the two shrine Vans up that we use to criidren back and forth to the hospital.
