My parents has them for couple of years and their roof is leaking bad and they what $3500 to proceeds the repairs. Thats not right. Insurance companies are robberies. Its good to take our money but when we have a problem they dont want to help.

After 3 years with this company, I will go out of my way to let people know not to use them. Roadside assistance was part of the package, we paid for it, and after a nightmare situation with a tow, we got absolutely no help from Safeco at all. The tow truck driver dragged our car for almost 3 miles, ruining the rear brakes, and then ripped the front bumper off the car when they dropped it off. We reached out to Safeco and they did ABSOLUTELY nothing. We ended up having to deal with the roadside assistance company, Get Urgently (also a terrible company), which took almost 4 months to finalize the repair of our car. We paid our premium every month on time without missing a beat and they did absolutely nothing to help the situation or step in when the roadside assistance company, Get Urgently, would go weeks without answering the phone or our emails. Then, to top it all off, they decided to raise our premium 200$ even though weve never made a claim, had an accident or a ticket. Horrible customer service, horrible roadside assistance, horrible follow through. Will NEVER recommend to another person I know.

The worst insurance company ever! You know why it is cheap? Because you get what you pay for! One of their insured hit my car. I have made several attempts to reach Amanda Richardson, the claims representative who was handling my claim to arrange for a rental car while my car was being repaired. To this date, she has not returned my phone call. How unprofessional and disrespectful! If I were looking for a less expensive insurance company, I would not use this company.

Not impressed at all with this auto insurance company. My sons car was hit in the parking lot at Clemson University while he was in class. I dont know how but she had to have hit it really hard because the front and side panels are ruined. This happened 4 weeks ago and we have not seen a claims adjuster yet. The claims representative does not answer his phone or hardly responds to emails. What do you have to do to get your car fixed from a auto claim at Safeco?

Would put no stars they were over charging my mom almost $600 extra a month and she can heardly speak insurance until I told my mom why are you paying $1200 a month for insurance with no accident or tickets. Told her leave them and switched insurances and dropped $600. They take advantage of people do not go.

Safeco is above the law !!!!!! There is no need to pay law enforcement to be on the roads because the insurance company decides if your guilty or not !!! Highway patrol has no say so whatsoever !!!!!!! Highway patrol write up an accident and says both parties contributed to the accident and your own insurance company says NO YOU ARE THE ONE AT FAULT !!!!! What in the world ??????? And Safecos customer service sucks !!!!!! So rude !!!!!!!

Wont claim fault even when the police says its their clients fault. Apparently they think they are above the law
