Michael Platt is a very reliable agent. He took the time to personally call me and go over any questions I may have had when I chose The Platt Allstate Agency for my auto insurance needs. I like having the mobile app for my cell phone because of the access to my policy information as well as easy access to a claims agent in case I get involved in an accident. I also intend to enroll in the Drivewise program in order to receive the Safe Driver benefits!
