I have never been so insulted in my life!! One of the agents(Christine) obviously was in a bad mood and because I had questions about a bill(which was explained in 3 mins from corporate). Desided after months of speaking to me to call me sir, knowing I am transgender and trying to be offensive. I stopped her 2 times and her response was I’m going by what’s on the policy. Yet when she called it was MISS. She was very rude, abrasive and over talked me and said she had other calls to take after being on the call less than 10 mins.
